Very highly recommend. We consulted with Fredy about our desires for an outdoor bbq and serving space. He gave us excellent recommendations on countertop choices, as well as suggested we consider all-aluminum cabinets instead of traditional bbq island construction. Once we were ready to have the tops installed he came out once for rough measurements and estimate. After we agreed to proceed he advised us on which type of granite and how to choose. He came back out to perform precise measurements. Around 2 weeks later he and his crew delivered and installed our countertops. The team also installed our grills that we purchased separately. Fredy went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The tops look fantastic!

Based on the highly recommendations of fellow yelpers, I contacted Fredy of Modeling Plus regarding updating my kitchen and bathrooms. He came out to my place the next day to take measurement. The following day, I went to his showroom in Riverside to look at samples so I could pick out what I liked. I received a fair quote on simple white quartz counter tops, white subway tiles back plash, new farm-house stainless steel sink and faucets. I was told that the demolition would start on a Wednesday and everything should be completed by the following Friday. Wednesday's morning, Fredy showed up with his partner, Caesar. The two of them worked tirelessly all day and the next two days. With the installment of the subway tiles, my kitchen window frame (installed by the builder) was crooked and stood out like a sore thumb. Fredy fixed it and installed a new window sill with the same quartz on the counter. That was a very pleasant surprise I must say. Friday afternoon, I came home from work to a kitchen and bathrooms that are exactly to how I wanted them to be, simple, yet functional and very minimalistic. Fredy also installed under counter lights as a last minute add on request from me for an extra charge. All in all, my experience with Remodeling Plus was a positive one. Fredy was very responsive to all of my inquiries. I appreciate the speedy and high-quality service that Fredy and Caesar delivered. If you are reading reviews trying to locate someone to upgrade your kitchen, what are you waiting for? Again and over AGAIN Fredy has done what other contractors could not. My insurance claim was a difficult task in 2010 his advice and scheduling kept me on track and the work had no issues with the inspector again this year he corrected a contractors error with a terrible cabinet install and made my granite counter fit expertly. We obtained a quote from Fredy to remodel our kitchen and we found that he had the most competitive pricing in the San Bernardino area. So we hired him and, at the end, we were glad that we did. Fredy is friendly, quick, diligent and professional. He helped us pick out the right materials for our kitchen according to our budget. We were pleased with the quality and timing of his work because our kitchen turned out beautiful in a matter of a few days. There were a few minor fixes we noticed after the job was done but Fredy was responsive and made the needed changes. If I could do it all over again, I'd hire Fredy again. I should also mention that he's a trustworthy contractor, which is hard to come by. p.s. He also did our flooring on 2 bedrooms, master and guest, which also came out very nice.

Fredy and the Remodeling Plus team (including Fredy's wife) are great! We had them remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms and the results are awesome. We were on a tight timeline and on a bit of a budget, but they were able to compete all of the work with time to spare and on budget, even with a few changes here and there. Fredy is very easy to work with, very accommodating and very responsive when we contacted him. And his showroom is great. Visiting the showroom really gives you a good idea of what you will be getting when you pick cabinets, countertops, etc. My only criticism would be that some of the work (work that Fredy did not complete himself) needed to be fixed, tightened, adjusted, etc. Most of the issues Fredy either addressed himself, without prompting, or fixed very shortly after we made him aware of them. All in all, I would highly recommend Fredy and Remodeling Plus!

My wife and I hired Freddy and his crew based on a recommendation from one of my good friends. Freddy mentioned that he can do electrical, plumbing, counter work, cabinet work and much much. We used him for raising our ceiling, drywall, cabinet install, baseboards, Electrical, window installation etc.. we had an old 1980s kitchen with drop down ceilings, poor lighting and awful tile. My wife and I were nervous about hiring any contractor because we were worried about people lying about time frames, cost and quality. There are so many lying contractors out there that aren't trust worthy. Freddy and is wife were like family by the end of the project. We would definitely hire him again.

My husband and I hired Fredy to remodel our kitchen, powder room, fireplace/built ins, flooring, baseboards, crown molding and move and install a new slider. We absolutely love how everything turned out and are especially happy with Fredy's work ethic as well as the pride he has in his work. He is very detail oriented and does not cut corners. Fredy made custom frosted glass cabinets for us as well as custom panels for our wine fridge and bar fridge/freezer. He also completed all plumping and electrical himself when removing the ducting. He found us a 100 year old wood mantle for our fireplace. Fredy is a one stop shop so you won't have to hire separate contractors for each job. We had to be patient since Fredy is in such high demand however once we saw finish product it was well worth the wait. His prices are also reasonable compared to Orange County contractors. He is very friendly and personable. We look forward to hiring Fredy again to remodel our second floor.

We had Fredy do a complete remodel of our kitchen and we couldn't be more pleased! Fredy always gave us clear answers, was on time, and was true to his estimate. He gave us guidance on how to approach certain aspects of the remodel but never pushed us to do things any specific way. He kept us in the loop when things came up (something always comes up with such a big project!) and was overall a great communicator which is, in my experience, so rare for a contractor. He was so nice to my kids, always respectful of their needs and schedules (they were 2 years old and 5 months old). Most people that do a remodeling project end up with mixed feelings about their contractor. So when Remodeling Plus was recommended to carry out our kitchen remodel, we made sure to speak to some former clients. They all highly recommended Fredy and his crew. Now we see why. All who were involved in the remodel were skillful subcontractors who made the project run smoothly and their work was impeccable. My husband and I came to know each and every one of them and they were all respectful and professional. We made a trip to their showroom in Riverside and met with Fredy's wife, who helped in our countertop and backsplash selection. I asked around at work and got several recommendations to call Fredy at Remodeling Plus. I actually got 9 different people who suggested him with rave reviews on his workmanship and pricing. I called Fredy and he came to my house and gave me a quote for granite for our BBQ island. Fredy gave us a very reasonable quote so we decided to have him do the work. I have to admit it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with him, but it was the holiday season and it turns out he was super busy. I asked my friends at work about it and they said that he was reliable and did a great job. We picked out the granite and Fredy came to the yard to pick it up. He gave me a date and time when it would be done. He arrived at my house to do the installation when he said he would be there. I didnt expect him to show up because of the rain, but he showed up and did the installation in the rain. We are doing other work in our back yard, and he didnt expect some modifications to be completed which hampered his ability to install the granite. He and his guys modified the granite on site and ended up working late into the night (in the rain) making the necessary modifications to get the job done. I was so impressed with the work and with Fredy's attitude. The workmanship is great, I have gotten all kinds of good comments about the granite. Im going to have Fredy come back to redo my bathrooms. I cant wait to see what he does. I highly recommend Fredy and Remodeling Plus.

We had the "builder grade" Fiberglas shower and a bathtub in the master bathroom, and a Fiberglas bathtub w/shower enclosure in the guest bathroom. We wanted to upgrade and remodel both bathrooms with new tile shower, vanity, flooring, etc. After having a few contractors visit for quotes, we discovered Remodeling Plus on YELP and gave them a call. Fredy came out and took measurements and we had a written estimate within a few days, and the estimate was for several hundred dollars less that the previous bids. His excellent reviews on YELP was the deciding factor, so we hired Remodeling Plus. We decided to start with the guest bathroom first so that we would have a nice bathroom to use while the master bath was under construction, and it also gave us the opportunity to see if Fredy's quality of work was up to his great reviews. We were not disappointed. The Fiberglass tub/shower combination was removed and a new walk in tile shower was installed in it's place, along with a new vanity, sink, and tile floor. The project took just over two weeks and turned out even better than we had hoped for, it is truly beautiful. Fredy and his helper were constantly cleaning up after themselves as they went along, and on the final day, Fredy's wife showed up and added the woman's touch to the final clean up. When they left it was spotless and ready to move back into. I am happy to give Remodeling Plus and Fredy a five star review, and we have every intention to have him return to remodel the master bathroom when we are ready. After seeing the quality of work he is capable of doing, and how easy he was to work with, we are very definitely bringing him back. With the approaching holidays and expected company, we have decided to wait until the first of the year before doing the master bath, but I told Fredy to save a spot for us in the second week of January.

We were referred to Remodeling PLUS by several co-workers who had used them for their kitchen remodel (and each of them were very satisfied). I met with the owner, Fredy who gave me a quote that beat the other quotes that I already had by several thousand dollars. During the construction, I made several changes/additions throughout the process and never heard any grief from Fredy or his workers. I was waiting until the end to see how high my bill was going to be with the changes, but Fredy only charged me for the parts (not the installation). He is THE MOST HONEST contractor you will ever find! I can see why so many people recommend him. His attention to detail is also far from anyone else that I have used. We are extremely happy with their work and the service we received and completely recommend Fredy for a remodel.

I found Freddy on Yelp. I was a little hesitant at first, since he had few reviews and was at the top of the list as an AD. However, I decided to give him a call and find out if he could come install some leftover granite in my downstairs half restroom from when I remodeled the kitchen. He came the next day gave me a quote and I ended up buying restroom cabinets from him as well to go with my granite. He took my leftover granite that day and began to cut them at his shop in Riverside. Two days later he was here with his crew to do the full job in one day. We also purchased the sink from him and provided him with a sink faucet and toilet, which were installed by him professionally. I would highly recommend Freddy and Remodeling Plus to anyone for their remodeling needs and plan to use him for other projects in our home soon.

I moved to Murrieta from San Diego and had trouble finding honest and trustworthy contractors to do my whole-house remodel. I was burned by a few others, and I was very happy to find Freddy at Remodeling Plus. When I first met him, I knew right away that he knew what he was talking about. I decided to go with him to finish my kitchen and I was very impressed with him, but also with his entire team. They came to my home and treated it like it was my home, not just another job site. They laid down cardboard on my newly installed floors, masked off my living room and dining room just to make sure there were no "Mistakes". (Please note that there were always "mistakes" when I hired other contractors) Needless to say, the job was done perfect. And I do mean perfect. I originally hired him to install just my kitchen countertops(Polished White Quartz), but he also tiled my window seal that still had old tile on it, added an exhaust to my range which the builder did not build), and installed 3D Brick backsplash to my fireplace. I can honestly say that Freddy and the guys at Remodeling Plus definitely came through for me in my time of need. If you are leery of contractors; whether it be because you don't trust their skills, trust them in your home, or trust they won't rip you off, you are exactly like me... super suspect of everyone. Luckily, after several quotes from different contractors, I was referred to Freddy and his crew by a good friend. The best expertise, price, and overall vibe for my small kitchen and 2 small bathroom job. I had gutted the place and needed new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop, backsplash and my bathrooms turned from a tub/shower to walk-in and crappy corner shower to a tub/shower. Freddy was completely trust worthy. I handed the keys to my newly bought home over to him and had complete trust. I did not need to be present to monitor his workmanship, because he proved to me that even he was more critical of his work than his clients! Take it as a pro or a con, Freddy is not a fan of shopping around for tiles and asthetics with you. So you buy it and he'll install it! Personally, I think it makes sense for him to avoid indecisive clients and let you pick out tiles on your own with no pressure. During the process, I got to know him, his crew, and even his family. We hired Fredy to remodel 2 bathrooms, install granite countertops and backsplash in the kitchen, a bench seat for a window "bump out", new kitchen and den floors and MAJOR demo work. Fredy is a perfectionist which shows in the final product. The outcome is gorgeous; 10 stars out of 5 for the final product. Unfortunately, the initial tile installer wasted 6 days with neither bathroom completed. I called Fredy and asked him to see what had been (or had not been) completed. Fredy came the next day; he demo'd the tile work because of the poor job that had been started. (This is why I had to deduct one star ). By himself, Fredy completed new tile on two shower walls and a shower floor in less than 2 days. We were grateful that Fredy redid the work; perfect workmanship is what Fredy is known for. He sent another tile installer to complete our floors; Melqui astounded us with his fantastic attention to detail. He worked an entire weekend to finish the job to make up for the other delay. Fredy is receiving two stars instead of one because when I requested a quote, he came to my house promptly and sent me the actual quote within a few days. I wanted to hire Fredy to remodel a small bathroom at my new house. After making initial contact, Fredy was unresponsive when trying to set up an exact date to begin working. I texted and messaged here on Yelp, only to be met with vague answers or no responses. One of the main reasons I wanted to hire Fredy was because he was supposed to be able to start quickly. For two weeks I expected Fredy to do the job, so I stopped my search for other contractors, only to have to begin again, causing much delay in my home renovation. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but still to this day he has not contacted me back. I understand it's a small job, but if he didn't want to do such a small job, he could've let me know. I also understand people have personal lives (families, vacations, etc) and hold none of that against anyone, but I felt misled.

I had him come to my house for a kitchen estimate and he never even sent it. Beware with this guy either way because he is not licensed and he was also telling us false information about granite/quartz to give us a cheaper product and excuse his poor craftsmanship. He recently even changed his company's name on Yelp... sounds like he's trying to hide something to me...
