Debbie and her team are top notch! I would highly recommend Real Value to anyone! They not only delivered but they over delivered on service. They have far exceeded my expectations on my recent kitchen countertop install and I would use them again in the future for any future projects. They stand behind their work and products and are great to work with. Debbie is extremely knowledgeable and caring and takes the time needed for you to feel comfortable in your purchase. Her follow through is fantastic and she genuinely cares for your happiness.

Being a small business owner, I absolutely hate posting a negative review. As a matter of fact, this is the first negative review I’ve ever posted on any business. I was referred to Real Value by Complete Contractor Services. A gentleman came out to take measurements of my kitchen and was super nice. I was excited by the level of professionalism and friendliness the gentleman showed me. Then today, I drove 45 minutes from Chapin to pick out my granite. Being that I was referred, I was enthusiastic about my experience of picking out my new countertops for my kitchen redo. I was informed by Complete Contractor Services that Real Value was indeed open from 9-12 on Saturdays and just head down there and ask for LaToya. When I arrived at 11:30 to Real Value, the doors were locked, so I rang the doorbell. LaToya answered the door and I told her who I was and who referred me. She rolled her eyes and said, “we take customers by appointment only on Saturdays” . I explained that I thought she would be expecting me, and I had made the drive from Chapin to see her. She said that she was not expecting me, and said “it’s almost twelve, and I have no idea what we are supposed to be doing here”. Her attitude made it very clear she did not want to talk to me or help me at all. So, I just said, “Nevermind, I’ll go” and I left, crushed. Listen, as a business owner, I get it. I’m sure she was ready to go home, and I probably would’ve been cool if she had explained that in a friendly professional manner, and make an effort to set up a time for me to come back that was convenient for both of us. But when a customer shows up to spend their hard earned money just to treated like a burden and annoyance is terrible and unacceptable. It reminded me not only that my time and money will be valuable to someone else, but it also reminded me how to not treat a customer that would be excited to do business with me. Such a shame. I have notified Complete Contractor Services of my experience and I’ll make sure to tell every single person I know to not do business with Real Value.

Amazing experience from start to finish!! Latoya helped us from start to finish. She showed us all the granite, and they have an great selection to choose from, set up a time for our measurements, and then put us on the schedule for our installation. Everything was done according to the time slot that was given to us. The installers were very professional and I am left with beautiful new countertops! I would highly recommend this company and their very professional team. Thank you!

We really wanted to do business with them, but... A few months before our cabinets were due to be delivered, stopped by and spoke to the receptionist/sales rep. After reviewing the granite they had in stock, we picked out a few options to price and left detailed drawing from our cabinet maker of the cabinets to be installed. Waited 2 weeks, but were not contacted by anyone at this store. Stopped by again and reminded her that we needed a quote and we were told another person at the business was "to blame". She assured us we would get a quote in one or two business days. Another week went by. Stopped by again to remind her. No reason given, but finally 5 days later got a quote - for the wrong granite. The quote was for a material that was not what we wanted or looked at, but we were told by another granite company (the one we finally went with after a quote done the same day we requested) that the material we were quoted was a lower quality. This quote for this low grade granite was for 40% more than the higher quality material we chose.

I wish I could give this "company" less than one star. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Our house flooded on January 2nd. I selected our countertops on January 6th. They have caused our construction to be pushed back three weeks now. They rescheduled us and blamed me for not selecting edging on the counters even though they had TWO MONTHS to ask me a question that I could immediately answer based on personal preference. They were supposed to install LAST Monday. Then rescheduled VERY last minute for Tuesday/Wednesday. Finally said they wouldn't be out until Friday. My husband got off of work early Friday and they had not been out to our house yet. They dodged phone calls and all I can assume is that they were hoping they'd be closed by the time we got home and they wouldn't have to deal with us for the next four days. I finally got ahold of their "project supervisor" who has proved to be worthless. And says "she is just as upset as I am".... AS IF. I would have been upset about delaying the work either way, however, the fact that they didn't bother to tell the contractor or us that they weren't coming out is INFURIATING. The supervisor then continued to make excuses saying that the granite was being polished Friday and would be schedule for Monday morning. We had to pay to change the delivery date of our furniture and we had to reschedule the plumber and cleaning crew. We had to put visiting family up in a hotel because the house was not ready in time . Then come Monday, I did not receive a call as promised at the beginning of the work day and had to call multiple times to get an explanation from the so called supervisor. She then said "the cutting machine broke" "your countertops are still being polished" "they have to cut the sink bowls out" "they have it on the truck". Clearly, many of these statements are contradictory. I have had to call over and over to get updates . I have been laughed at by an employee, Latoya, and told that the owner is the only person I can speak to above the "supervisor" Lynn and he would not be back in the country until the end of the month. And then Latoya, at the front desk, proceeded to tell me he has no phone number or contact information and then said that she didn't feel comfortable giving me his contact information. I am reporting them to the BBB but with this lack of professionalism, I would not be surprised to find out that they are not even licensed or approved by the BBB. ***UPDATE: same worker called to follow up leaving a voicemail that said they jumped through hoops for us and did me a favor for getting it done so quickly and "actually in half of the manufacturing time". Of all of the times she did NOT call me, its comical that after leaving this review, she then called me first thing in the morning (which yesterday she was supposed to do but conveniently forgot).*** STILL unbelievably dissatisfied. However, I will say that the installers were two very nice and accommodating PROFESSIONALS who did wonderful installing and got it done in around an hour.

This is absolutely the worse, most unprofessional group of fabricators that you could use. They take twice as long to produce the product as you are quoted and the installers do not show up when promised. The fabrication itself was incorrect and took over a week and a half for them to recut and fix the problem. Meanwhile, their customer service couldn't care less and will not do anything. One can definitely find better service elsewhere.
