RDH has such a wide selection and people who think outside of the box. The entire process was seamless from selection to installation. Diego and Kiana were super helpful and always available!

Our builder chose Real Deal Countertops for bathrooms, using a faux marble per the builder salesman. We've been in our home about 15 months. These countertops are frankly SUBPAR. We take extraordinary care of our home. Every item on the counter has something under it to prevent scratches. We had etching and scratches immediately, as well as several chips. I have owned homes for 49 years, and have never has issues like these. Mind you these are not cheap homes, many started in half million range. I understand that so many homeowners complained that our nationally known builder stopped using these in any of the homes. I would highly NOT recommend.

Avoid them if you can! Lowe’s Hardware chose this company to install granite countertops for me at a price of over $8700. Here is how their business works: Lowe’s gives them money for parts and labor and Real Deal Countertops then finds the cheapest non-English speaking installers to do the job. The language barrier made it impossible to ask questions and get instructions for the next steps in the process. During the disassembly and installation the workers took paint and drywall off the walls, left some corners misaligned, and left obvious streaks of calk. We told the company about it and they sent a representative to inspect. The company then sent the same non-English speaking people to repair the damage, align the corners, and take the calk off. The workers actually managed to make the damage to the drywall worse and also did not remove the calk line they were asked to. At least the corners are correct now. I will fix the damage myself and repaint my kitchen and bathrooms, which I wanted to avoid. I cannot express my disappointment and the feeling of being taken advantage of by these crooks enough. The many recent 1 star reviews should have been a red flag. Avoid them! Edit: added photos

Real deal counter tops were very professional. The ladies in the ware house were knowledgeable and helpful. The prices and choices were great. They were timely and efficient. We knew when our install date would be when we scheduled our tempting. That is fabulous for planning. The template gentleman was quick and efficient as were the installers. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Great experience from the start. They have a deep assortment of slabs to pick from, courteous staff, very detailed. Installers do a great job, clean and professional.
