I have had a few experiences working with Rays but have followed an order all the way through the install process yet. Setting up the order and getting quotes over the phone and email has been a fantastic experience thus far though. Their office staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt. They even took a detailed question of mine to the fabrication floor obtained just the answer I needed. I look forward to more future experiences like this!

These folks are amazing! From the time you walk through their door until you find exactly what you want! You have their undivided attention and they are there to answer any questions you might have. We picked out new countertops for our kitchen and a new sink(which I love) and they made our order and came to our town and installed it. I love my new look and these people are amazing

I heard of Ray's on the local Christian station. Drove down the frontage road to Glenarm, and this place is a true hole in the wall. The daughter really knew her stuff, and was able to match my wishes perfectly. She educated us a bit and made the whole process enjoyable. The installers put in my counters and special tile backsplash beautifully. My one suggestion would be to have them cover the area around the tile saw.

Our counters looked great when they were installed. Within 6 months the laminate started to come loose. When the installer came to check the damage they said the counter was not sealed correctly and they sealed the edges of the counter. When it came time for the company to fix the problem they said it was water damage and was not covered under warranty. They said kitchen counters should not get wet. Will not use them when we replace our kitchen.

I own a cabinet store and have tried to use them multiple times and it is always a chaotic mess and unprofessional. WORST customer service and lacks in communication big time. I wont be using them ever again! They have told me several times on the last order it is in fabrication and then this am I call to check on it and told it is in fabrication STILL and then she tells me NO it was installed. She argued with me that someone tried to call me when they were installing it (which is true however when I listened to the message it was all broken up so when I called back no one answered) there was no notice of appointment and they knew where key was to get in from when they measured so they went into the home and installed with out any permission. My last order they came to deliver it and had to take it back because it was not measured right. My customers in both the last 2 orders had to wait more than 4 weeks for there laminate counter tops I never wait this long for granite to come in. Both customers are extremely unhappy with them and will follow with reviews as well. VERY unprofessional! I had to give them 1 star only because it made me!

I was originally pleased with my service until I had to use my warranty. They are saying my countertop is covered by the warranty, but they want $230.00 in labor to fix "a default in the plastic". I really wish I could go back in time and choose a different business to redo my countertop. The new countertop did not last a year, and now I'm stuck with a blemish in my counter.
