I advise caution. Overall, I am mostly satisfied with my new granite countertops. However, I had problems with damage caused. When the template was made, there were 2 areas of minor damage caused to my brand new cabinets. I brought this to their attention, not for a price reduction, just to ask they be more careful during installation. Sam was very defensive and accused me of lying about the damage. After discussion, Sam told me it would be discussed with that person, but it was not. He was unaware of the problem when he returned for the installation. Upon installation, apparently the installer thought there was a defect in the granite which needed to be fixed. Instead of pointing it out to me to see if I would accept the naturally occurring defect, (which I am aware that occurs with granite and may have accepted "as is"), he went ahead and scraped the area, removing the polished surface and sealant down to bare stone. This left a further defect caused by him. When I mentioned this problem to Sam, he became defensive again and argued with me. Fortunately, Dion came out the next day to try to correct this man made defect. Epoxy was applied to smooth out the area, but it remains dull compared to the rest of the countertop polish, which is noticeable. It is in a prominent area which has light reflection from a window, so the blemish is apparent. But I was told this is the best they could do to correct this. I find this disappointing. The original "defect" might have been acceptable, but I was not given a choice. So overall, the rest of the countertop looks good except for this prominent blemish, but the defensiveness and accusations when I brought these issues to their attention was problematic. Your response to the damage caused by your company was completely inadequate. I have more countertops to be installed but would NEVER use your company again and would not recommend you to anyone else. Potential buyers beware!!!

I was referred to Dion by EleMar, and he's been great. The countertops look great. His crews were professional, friendly, polite, efficient, just really great all around. Just as an example, they parked further away than they had to because they were concerned about a tree, even though it meant they had to transport the countertops further. The finished product is really great, and Dion has continued to be responsive and communicative when I've had a follow-up question. I'm planning on using them again for my next project, which is a stone fireplace surround.

I called in for information on quartz counters as we have them in our new home installed recently by the previous owner. I explained we are getting horrible transfer from any hard material on the counter from handbags, coffee cups, to silverware. We also have visible rings that cannot be removed from cold beverages like beer soda cans. I do not place hot items on the counters. I was interrupted while trying to explain my initial situation then talked over and told "I should just not put metal anything on my counters" and "Your wife needs a new bag". I understand quartz counter tops are a hard, non porous, man made material. I tried to explain my family members have quartz counters that DO NOT have these issues. I was then told I am wasting his time and that I think I know more than him. Sadly I was trying to find a company to look into replacing my counters through a home warranty if defective but realized this was a hostile conversation and hung up. My original question was regarding the symptoms of a improperly manufactured quartz slab but was told "All quartz are the same. The hard material will cause transfer" I know transfer is normal but there is a degree to which it is not. I called another local company and they quickly understood my concern and acknowledged that the experience with my counters does sound like an issue with the slab when manufactured. They gave me advice to test if this is the case and offered services if so. I would be concerned purchasing or working with a company that has a lack of knowledge on something as basic as material defects in quartz. Try to fully listen to a prospective customers situation before interrupting and disregarding them and their concerns.

Dion and his staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process for our countertops. Aside from delays from vendor for a slab we are very happy with the end result. The installation crew was professional, clean and careful when installing the slabs as well as answering questions we had. Pricing was competitive and better than other companies in the area we looked at. Thank you!

Personable, easy to work with, attentive to concerns, gorgeous work! The counters are neat, cut and finished perfectly. The sinks were on display at their showroom and they installed those with the counters. When I ordered they had a special. The bathroom vanity quartz was free. I was able to pick any scrap from the yard and pay just for installation. I decided to use what I had used in the kitchen. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Dion and his team were excellent! His knowledge of of all the products they offer, as well as the quote process was super easy and very helpful in making the best decision. The demo and install team was super courteous and professional. Demolition was very quick and clean. They resolved minor issues very quickly and the measurements taken were absolutely perfect which ensured a flawless fit once the countertops were installed. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could!! Don't go anywhere else for your countertops!!!
