This company without accountability, impolite, poor customer service, and poor quality craftsmanship. I do not care what they post. They post what they want. They do work with builders but beware once off warranty. The company has the most terrible reviews on yelp and other sites.Facebook will be my next review. I hope you read reviews that are honest.

I On 8 19 had a scheduled install from 8 12. I Called at 1030 to confirm on scheduled. Was assured it was. At 12 when no one had called or showed I called again. Was told she would call them and get me an update. Over 90 minutes later no return call. Called again and was assured they would be here..I had to cancel plans and waited again..again no one showed or called.

this company has very poor reviews. i will add to this. the website declares, customer satisfaction, and quality craftsmanship. first, customer service on three attempt is very impolite and poor. never reuotturned call. the company does not take any responsibilty for there work. new home off warranty. the company without seeing the problem will automatically tell you they have to do and quote a price of close to 500.00 with out looking. well the kitchen sink dropped no silicone or adhesive to sides or back. it took a professional to come out prop it up and charge me 100.00. please look at the other reviews and heed advise. do not do business with people like this. the builder used this company after one year do not expect them to help or take responsiblity except to through you a way out price over phone. this was a dropping undermount kitchen sink. dthe home is 4 1/2 years old. i live alone with little use of the sink. do not expect call backs either. they do not deserve one star...could not leave a review without one star. by the way the quartz is very poor quaiity

This company does business with Cabinets to Go and does a horrible job in fabrication of countertops. They did not center hole for cooktop on island and don't care. Cabinets to Go has been zero help. Plenty of countertop companies to choose from. Do not use this company. C

Terrible experience with this company. First, they came to measure and give me a quote and everything was fine. When I selected the countertop, they charged my card immediately and set the installation for the 2 weeks after which was fine. But then, No one showed up that day. No one called or told me why no one showed up. I had to called them a couple of days later and they told me they needed measurements for the sink even though they already had that info when they came to asses and measure. When they came to install the countertop, the piece looked completely different to the pictures we approved, when I call them to see if there was something we can do, they blamed the lightning of the pictures and told me they can come and sell me another countertop. Not even to try to work with me or nothing. Really bad experience.

Very poor follow through as a worldwide membership company supplier. No initial promises kept -- No show for appointment. No emailed pictures of possible countertops. No communication of any kind. When I called to find out why no one showed, after my waiting for their promised arrival time window of three hours, I was met with extremely poor treatment from an argumentative staffer who made excuses without any managerial oversight. I suggested that she communicate with the staffer who set the appointment and get back to me! I still anxiously await that telephone call. A total waste of hours of my telephone and research time without the slightest apology or attempt to correct the problem with my promised in-home sales call. AND I SHARED THE EXACT PRODUCT, manufacturer and pattern, I SOUGHT. Easy opportunity for a sale lost. How embarrassing for them! Such inconsistent customer service experiences within days of each other. Perhaps its due to that Covid-19 thing! However, what was initially promised is currently being promised on the company website.... Puzzling.
