Talked to Bình on the phone. He was nice. Thereafter, I talked to Kevin throughout the process. He gave me a very good deal on the kitchen countertop. It took about a week from measuring and got it all done. Yosbany and his buddy came by to do the installation. These guys are super nice and did a good job. I can't wait to get my mom's house done, then do our house kitchen countertop very soon with them. Definitely recommend family and friends to this company.

We are so happy we found Quality! I thought we were going to go through a lengthy time consuming process to get countertops, but Binh assured me they could get the job done in three days! And he absolutely did! Jakob set everything up on the phone, Dan came out to get rough measurements, Yovansy templates, fabricated, and installed. It was such a smooth transaction. I still can’t believe how amazing the countertops look and the prices. Binh gave us THE BEST price in town but also delivered quickly and efficiently. Words can’t express how much I appreciate what they did for me. They really listened and cared about what I needed, and went above and beyond to help me achieve my goal with a huge discount plus extra work with no extra charge!! My schedule was messed up and my difficulty in picking the right style caused them to visit again and again to re-measure and get things done right with a smile every time I see them! They were gonna throw in a bathroom vanity for me for free but I bought wrong size vanity base and changed my mind again😅, they helped me transfer that extra piece to a small island in kitchen. I’m really sorry for going back and forth.😂 and now the dream kitchen, great workmanship, every corner and every inch are exactly how I wanted. Truly amazing team they have here! Especially Kevin! their work ethic and attitude is rare nowadays, it was an accident running into their store and I'm so so glad I did!

Priced granite at the big box store and I was told 6 to 8 weeks to install. I happened upon Quality Granite & Stone. They were prompt to respond to all my questions sent me to a stone shop to pick out my Granite. They came and did template on the same day. They quoted me a great price and it was quite a significant savings over the big box store! I was able to have the same stone type and color I had looked at at the other store too! I had my counters installed 2 days later. Great service great communication and a great price. I was also able to include new counter tops and sinks for my bathrooms too and still less than just the kitchen at the big home improvement store. Thanks so much guys!
