I would (and do) completely recommend Quality Granite without any hesitation. The team there was helpful, thorough and patient with my family and I during our countertop selection process. They moved at our pace, kept us aware of the next steps, the timing of each step along the way. The template team that came out was fantastic, knowledgeable, professional and the installation team that followed were terrific as well. They came in, reviewed the scope and got to work swiftly. They delivered a quality product and left us completely satisfied with the process. They continue to support us even after installation, and offer future support if ever needed. Again, I totally recommend Quality Granite for your projects and will definitely use them again in the future.

Our plumber discovered the original granite cutout wasn't large enough for our new Thermador cooktop after taking out the old cooktop. We were left with our kitchen torn apart and no stove. Quality Granite came out the very next morning at 8am and enlarged the opening. Homest friendly owners. 5 star customer service and cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Stephanie and Janelle did a great job designing our Kitchen and MBR vanity cabinets and quartz counters. We could not be more pleased with their pricing, attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire process. This is the third time we've used Quality Granite but the first for cabinetry. We have had the same kitchen for almost 30 years and it was time for an upgrade but I had no idea what I wanted to use for countertop material or who I wanted to use as an installer. I stumbled on Quality Granite via a search for local granite companies. After visiting several different shops in the area I chose Quality because they were so nice and very patient with all my questions. This was all new to me so I had a lot of questions and they were great with guiding me through the process of marble, versus granite versus quartz and the pros and cons of each. They even had a small chunk of my favorite marble that they let me take home to look at and test its durability. I ended up picking granite slabs from Boston Granite Exchange in Haverhill and Quality Granite was great with organizing the movement of the slabs to their lot and were very patient with holding it while my husband was getting the cabinets ready for the install. Once we were ready they went through the options on type of edges, backsplash etc etc (who knew there were so many options). The templater was great during his visit. He was right on time and he was kind enough to send a text when he was on his way. He was very thorough with walking me through what everything would look like once installed and he took the time to make sure we were getting the look that we wanted. I wasn't here to meet the installers but my husband was very impressed with how friendly they were and what a great job they did with the installation and how effortlessly they handled the eight foot island slab with just two guys! Then I threw Quality Granite a curve ball when I had a last minute decision to use black granite for the window sill above my kitchen sink. The salesman was wonderful taking me around the yard to find the right size and color for the piece and then they were able to use the template that I brought to them and turned it around in 4 days! They were amazing, kudos to the office staff and the guys doing the work in the back. Its one of the favorite things in my kitchen. We chose the honed Colonial White granite stone and love the look and feel of it. If you are looking for a granite company to work with, you can feel confident if you choose Quality Granite. 2nd Project: Upstairs bathroom Quality Granite was so wonderful with our kitchen project that we went back and got another piece of stone for our upstairs bathroom. This time we went with the River Blue Hard Marble and it is so pretty. Again, Kaitlyn Sullivan in the sales room was so patient and kind working with me. I didn't have any idea on what I wanted and it took awhile for me to decide on the colors and the actual slab. But it was worth it, it looks fantastic. If you are looking for stone countertops you definitely want to work with Quality Granite. Such an easy and smooth process with people who are very efficient and professional.

We are remodeling our kitchen and ordered our granite from Quality Granite in Concord and we are so happy we did. Kaitlyn was an absolute pleasure working with. We were able to get our granite installed only two weeks after we ordered it so we were very pleased with the timeframe as well. Jim did the template and he was also awesome to work with. I wasn’t in the house during the installation but I’m sure the installers were great too (they were able to make our over-mount sink work as an under-mount which was super helpful). Overall this has been a wonderful experience and we are so happy we picked Quality Granite for this renovation. What a great team!

We chose Quality Granite & Countertops at first because they were one of the only countertop companies open on Saturday. We noticed one of our friends of Facebook followed them and decided to make an appointment. We were able to see the slabs in person and decided to get a quote. We booked our template and install while we were there. Quality Granite & Cabinets stuck to their schedule and we’re here within the time frame allotted. Upon install, the installers had a mishap and broke one of the countertop pieces, accidents happen. We were pleasantly surprised when they told us they would have another piece cut and fabricated the same day and cam back just a few hours later to complete the install! We almost missed out on this amazing company, as we were ready to give a deposit to another company, but something told me to keep looking and thank goodness we did!! Quality Granite in Concord is awesome! Stephanie was very generous with her time to help us decide on the perfect counter-top for our new kitchen. She took every phone call when I called with questions and was simply wonderful! The owner Chris came to our home a couple of times and truly went above & beyond with his ideas & generosity. When we weren't sure how to brace the very large table portion of our counter-top, Chris' shop custom-made brackets for us that work perfectly! The guys who came to do the install couldn't have been nicer! I genuinely enjoyed listening to them as they offered words of encouragement to each other throughout the install process (the counter-tops aren't light and these guys worked hard to get them in my house and up the stairs into my kitchen!). If you're seriously ready to speak to someone about your project, I highly encourage you to give these guys a call. The reviews speak for themselves and I promise you won't be disappointed!

I had an excellent experience with Quality Granite from start to finish. The office staff was very nice and responsive. I worked with Kaitlyn via email and Stephanie at the showroom. Jim was amazing when he came out to do the counter template. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Chris and his partner were fast and friendly the day of install, and answered any questions I had. I love my new countertops. They also moved up my timeline by a few days, which was a pleasant surprise as living without a kitchen sink and dishwasher for a week was a challenge. They were competitively priced, and almost half the price of a local competitor. I would highly recommend this company.

Quality Granite has the best template maker in the region. He makes sure the template was a perfect fit for my counter. It fit like a glove. Their installation crew was top notch too, with perfect joints seams. Most importantly for me, they have a large in-stock selection of good quality slabs, so I can usually find something I like, without have to spend time driving to a granite warehouse. There sales process is very straight forward. I have used Quality before, and have recommended them to many people, and will do so again.

Counters just in and look great. Dave and Josh worked well together and explained everything as they went through the process. Side conversations to each other focused on how to get it just right. There was a pride in their work. Even though the team got caught up the day before they came first thing the next morning and I'm really happy we went with them. Price honesty in the sales process. The template was done well by a professional who was very detail oriented and wanted to get it right. He even changed the size of ordered sink after a conversation about how it would fit and look better. Installation was smooth and took just about 3 hours. Very happy with results.

On a Saturday we were first greeted by Harley, the pup. Stephanie talked to us about square footage for our project and cost of the various options. She was very helpful, pleasant and patient with us. We walked through the slabs and picked one from their many choices on site. Jim came Tuesday to measure and create the template. Just a week later Josh and Buddy were on site installing and sealing our new granite counter top. They did a wonderful job. Great work on the under-mount sink and the color match of the seams. Getting new granite countertops from Quality granite as part of my kitchen remodel was an A++ experience start to finish. Initially started looking on a Sunday which resulted looking at another granite place, one of the very few open, and was not impressed with the service, knowledge, or selection. The next weekend I was about to drive down to one of the wholesalers to look at stones when I decided to do a quick search and saw Quality Granite was right around the corner and figured I'd give it a shot. Just driving up and seeing the selection of stones told me this was going to be a whole different experience. Peter did a great job with the initial sale, showing stones that matched what I was looking for, describing options, and answering questions. The templater did a great job suggesting some tweaks including adding a small overhang for stools to the peninsula which came out amazing! Peter was very thorough with the layout, putting in extra effort to consult with the templater and fabricator about some different options and moving things around to take a look at another stone in order to try to get the seams as perfect as possible. The installers were also excellent. They arrived on time and were courteous, careful with everything in my home, and meticulous on the install. When they saw that things didn't look quite right with the cutout for the cooktop vs the cabinet size, they went above and beyond immediately measuring and fixing the problem by modifying the cabinets (my existing cabinets, not from Quality) without hesitation. Beginning to end, it felt like everyone involved was treating this project like it was their own home. 100% would recommend for anyone looking for new countertops.

We highly valued our experience and would recommend them and use them again! If we realized the project could be as affordable as it was, we would've done it years ago. We evaluated 7 different companies. Quality Granite (Peter & Harley) gave us a positive, consultative experience in the store, which really set a standard for the balance of our decision-making process. There is also an excellent selection of in-stock granite that you can look at in-person. Reviews and BBB ratings are solid and I appreciated how people detailed the way they handled problems that arose. Vs. Competition: Prices were on the higher side of the middle of our quotes, but we heavily discounted our experience with the others. In some cases, we were ignored in the showroom, quotes took over a week and still had bad information, people weren't knowledgeable, horrible reviews and bad reports of problem handling. We were between Quality and Bob's Granite but preferred Quality so asked them to review the quote. They were able to bring the price down some due to the size of the job and stock of the product we wanted. While we may have still gone with Quality in the long-run, this made it far easier for us to make a quick decision. We booked immediately, put a down payment and Chris was out to measure the following day. Counter tops were installed a few days after that! The installers work directly for Quality and are not outsourced (This was important to us). They were very consultative, friendly and extremely professional. We paid for them to remove the existing counter tops and haul it away. They were highly knowledgeable and gave us some recommendations to strengthen the support for the bar area. They did a very nice job of install overall and took our payment. Our only problem was that we had a small scratch that I noticed after they left and that the hole cut for the electrical box was slightly too small. I noted this immediately and had a response back saying they would take care of it. It did take a few weeks for this to get done due to scheduling (on both our parts), with maybe a little more follow up on my part than theirs. However; Chris (the owner) came, fixed the scratch and fixed the hole and made sure we were extremely satisfied before he left and in the end, that's all we cared about. He even arrived prepared to replace the piece, if necessary. Overall, we feel like valued customers and we worked with a transparent, company with high integrity and "Quality" is the perfect name for their business! It looks gorgeous and we keep staring at it like it's not really ours...but it is!!

Quality Granite and Cabinets made shopping for granite countertops simple! Starting with the initial visit to their storefront/warehouse, Peter was very pleasant and answered all of our questions! We were able to schedule the template and measuring appointment for less than a week later. The gentleman that came to the house was professional and helped set the expectations for the install process. One week later, Anthony and Buddy arrived to perform the install. They were both very professional, courteous and conscientious of how they treated me and my home. Peter and Harley did a great job helping us select our slab and sinks. Measurement and template was done precisely...the final fit is perfect.... Fabrication and installation by Chris and Zach was excellent. It was the end of a long day for Chris and Zach but they took their time and did the work carefully in a tight space. Nice Job. Jeff returned yesterday to touch up the seam color ...the results are awesome. Everyone we dealt with is friendly, courteous and professional. Great teamwork and a great deal. We ordered our granite from Peter at Quality Granite. It was ready ahead of time, was the BEST cut and prepped stone we have ever received and at a very inexpensive price!! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Justin and Zach delivered and installed the entire kitchen in less than an hour with the most professional install I have ever had with Granite or Marble!! There is 1 seam in the entire kitchen and I cant tell where it is due to their fabulous installation. Extremely well trained staff and high quality stone with beautiful veins running through the Granite. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them in every flip we do!!! We recently had 4 granite counter tops installed in our kitchen. Our house is a very old New England house and almost nothing is level or square, which makes construction or remodeling of any kind very difficult & challenging. When Jamie, the pre-installer/templater came, he was very friendly and got right to work. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was also very accommodating regarding the 'anomalies' that the old house presented to him. I was concerned because I knew that the cabinets were level but the length and width was not "true". I knew that the existing counter top's leading edge was 1/2" longer than the back edge. The 4 counter tops being installed were all non-rectangular and Jamie said that was no problem. Within minutes of talking to him I felt confident that the job was going to be completed correctly and without issue (whew!). I spent the day before the scheduled installation removing the old counter tops and then leveling them. When the installers came with the 4 pre-cut granite pieces I was amazed at what a perfect fit they were. Justin & Buddy, the 2 installers, were friendly and patient in answering any remaining questions or concerns that we had. Like Jamie, they were also very accomodating & efficient. They even went out of their way, without complaint, to return the next day to install a back-splash that we didn't decide we wanted until AFTER the counters were in! In short, they all did a great job & we are very pleased and happy with our beautiful new counter-tops! As far as turn around time & expediency, let me also add that my wife (who is admitedly incredibly picky), visited the Quality Granite Showroom on a Tuesday, and with guidance & a lot of patience from Peter in the office, picked out the slab she wanted on Thursday. The template was done the very next day on Friday and the installation was completed on the next Monday! I highly recommend the team at Quality Granite, the combination of professionalism, efficiency and customer service they offer is a rare find these days! Sincerely,

The choices of granite was extensive and the price was competitive. Measurements and installation went well. Happy with the results except that the seams are not secure and some liquid soaked into the granite just a few days after installation. It dried pretty well but we had to call twice to have someone come to reapply sealant. Two weeks after being told someone would come, still nothing. Customer service should extend after installation.

The women working there are bored and contemptuous. We bought a slab, which we picked after looking at slabs in 3 different states and we found the perfect one here. I even would come back and look at it to admire it in the 2 months it took for the cabinets to come in. We did not get our cabinets there. We wanted to initially but they just seemed asleep at the wheel and like they didn't care whether we went with them or not and didn't help us to make decisions out of indifference. But whatever. We loved the marble slab and they would fabricate it, install it, etc., so fine. When I went to check out the slab a few days before they were to come--we went to see how they had laid out the template on the **2 slabs** we had picked and.......there was only one--and it was NOT the same slab we had picked and had been waiting all this time for. A worker confessed they had given the slabs to someone else and swapped out the slabs for a different lot. This lot, and the slots were darker and had lots of brown in it, which we did NOT want and we intentionally--as I said--had selected the slabs we wanted for the exact color of THOSE slabs. We had selected all the colors of the kitchen based on what we had selected. We picked the cabinets based on it, the backsplash, the wall color, the shelving, the flooring. The slab we wanted was shimmering luminescent sparkling white with streaks of green and blue-grey. This slab was opaque and none of the green or blue. The disdainful women sneered and said it was the exact slab/lot we had bought. I had photos of the original slab and showed them it was different. They lied to our faces and said with a shrug "Don't know what to tell you. You can pick something else but it'll be 12 weeks before we'd be able to schedule. " My Mom is 95 years old--back then she was 92--literally days before Thanksgiving, and we could not have plywood countertops for Thanksgiving and for 3 months subsequently. Plus, there was no comparable stone in their yard to what we had selected, so even if we decided to wait....they had no stone like the one we DID pick out. I started writing this review 3 years ago when this all happened and was so heartbroken I couldn't finish. Three years later....it still is awful and a massive disappointment. My Mom was going for her dream kitchen this late in life, and these ugly white and brown slabs that were NOT the slabs we picked have not improved. I wonder to this day who came along with a wad of money and convinced "Quality" Granite to give them OUR slab. Incredibly sad and kind of sickening. I am embarrassed when people pretend to like the countertops because they're not the magical sparkling counters my Mom fell in love with. Two stars because the installers did a great job and were polite and professional.

Disappointed! I have attached pictures of the remnant that we saw and chose on the lot and the picture of the actual countertop that was installed. I would venture to say that no one would want this defect/vein in plain sight on their new countertop. Before placing our order with this company for the first time, we took pictures, visited the site four times and asked questions. At no time, was it ever offered to us that the remnant could be taken out of the racks for us to see in its entirety. When placing our order, we specifically mentioned that we wanted it as consistent as possible in design. There are some gentle variations in the stone, and we would be fine with that. We understand the nature of the granite material. I am not sure what else we could have done other than crawling in the racks under the heavy pieces of granite. Clearly that would not be advisable. Otherwise, there would be no way to have seen this defect. In our before pictures, it is not visible. Installation was scheduled on 11/23/22 (the day before Thanksgiving) which we shouldn't have agreed to. Installers showed up with stone and as they were bringing it in, I could see this defect. I questioned them. They called the office and we were told we had no options. We were flustered and had been waiting for this date for a bit so we allowed it to be installed. In hindsight, that was a mistake. I was hoping that I could learn to like the countertop with this defect but it just sticks out and draws your eye. It is darker, different, going in the opposite direction of any other veins/variations. Reached out via email an hour or so after installation. Received call back on 11/28/22. I stated I wanted to communicate via email so that I would have written record of any communication. Exchanged multiples emails with Stephanie Vladimirov. I was told that this company doesn't consider this a defect. I was told that we should have been able to see this. I was told that they could have taken the remnant out of the stacks so that we could see it. I was told there is nothing they could do. It was stated they could remove and replace but with all new costs. At no point, did this company mention that they could have been done anything differently. They stated that they thought we would be okay with this defect (they call it a vein) since we hadn't mentioned it. The reality is that we didn't mention it because we didn't see it. All of this could have been avoided if they had simply reached out to us and communicated with us once they noticed this defect and before it was cut. I understand it is a natural stone. It has variations in pattern and that would have been fine. This is something different. I looked through this company's website/reviews and many others and did not see any that had such a vein/defect. It is not pleasing at all. There were some other communication issues during this process but this was the biggest issue we had. Very disappointed. We had decided to give this company a try as it was close to where we live. I'm not sure what we could have done differently. We have worked hard on renovating our bathroom and now we have a countertop with this ugly, displeasing line going across it. Our only option will be to rip it out and put a different one in. If we ever decided to sell our house, a buyer would for sure not like this countertop. I tried to communicate and work with this company calmly to resolve but was only met with resistance. This was most likely a very small job in scope for this company. If they had offered any type of compromise or worked with us, I'm sure it could have been fixed. Yet that was not that case. I exchanged several emails to discuss. To future customers, look at the pictures of the before and after of the stone. Make your own decision but be very careful. **Please note that owner response to my review was that this defect is simply a "variation with shading and veining" and that "they don't replace countertops for customers who simply do not like the countertop they chose" and "that they could have pulled remnant out if we had asked". This is not a case of us simply not liking the countertop. This is not just a shading or veining variation. It is a defect in the stone pattern and no one would want to see this on their countertop. Clearly from our before pictures, we did not see it and they did not offer to show us the entire remnant. When they saw it, they could have simply reached out to us and not assumed anything and problem would have been avoided. At no point in my communications with this company after installation have they ever mentioned that they could have done anything differently. That is my biggest frustration and disappointment. If you are reading this review, please make your own decision but I would be very cautious.**

Bait and switch. Advertising one thing on their website. When you arrive the specials don't exist. At the VERY bottom specials are subject to change with out notice. It's a sales tactic to trick you to come in. There's actually no specials or sales.

Stopped by looking for a remnant. They had what we needed and were able to have it ready within our timeframe. Thought all was great but then found out that all remnants are cash only and sell for $175. What type of business deals in cash only, no credit card or check to hold it, cash only for deposit and sale? Entire transaction felt not legitimate! Didn't feel any better when cash for the deposit and final sale went straight into sales person's pocket. Will be looking for granite countertops for kitchen renovation and will be finding another granite dealer.
