Linda and the installation team were fantastic. Beyond easy to work with, so communicative, understanding when we made changes to the original plan, and professional to a T. The quality and price point combo that this company offers can't be beat. We absolutely love our new counters and are so grateful we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to make them happen. I had a fantastic experience working with QGC. I worked with Misty as my sales representative and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me consider the design. The owners, Linda and Deanna, were always available to answer additional questions and to provide their perspective on what materials would work best. I was never pushed to spend more money or choose more expensive materials - it was very clear they wanted what was best for me, my space, and my budget. QGC was the most affordable option I came across, but you'd never know it based on what they delivered. In fact, both my electrician and tilers all commented that I must have spent a ton on my cabinets and counters and assumed they were custom based on the quality. I don't blame them for thinking that - they are gorgeous. The install was seamless, easy, and took only one day for cabinets and one day for counters. There were literally no issues at all. None. Two days total for cabinet, counter, and sink install is pretty insane, especially considering how affordable everything was. Overall, I couldn't be happier we went with QGC. We LOVE our new kitchen and from demo to completion it was literally 7 days. Insane. We spent less than we expected and received top tier service. I cannot recommend them more!

My boyfriend and I stopped by to secure new kitchen countertops after visiting another granite shop. We instantly knew we would be purchasing from this shop instead. The customer service from every employee was superb. Deanna helped us determine the size to have our countertops cut, which was quite affordable. We found two perfect clearance slabs but one was slightly damaged, so they gave us an extra discount on that one. The prices here are amazing. No one was pushy just helpful with tips for our self install. Thanks so much! We will be back for our bathroom renovations. Cute shop dog as well.

Working with QGC, and specifically Deanna, has been amazing! She walked us through the kitchen remodel process from start to finish and made everything a breeze. Our kitchen is not square and has some abnormalities, so having Deanna’s help with design truly made all the difference. The crews were timely, the project was completed right on schedule, and the quality of the material and work was better than we imagined. We will definitely be using QGC for our next project requiring counters or cabinets and already have been passing out their business cards to our friends/neighbors!

I purchased a vanity with slab top from Quality a couple years ago and had a great buying experience. The quality was great and service was superb. That is not the end. I recently had some bent drawer glides from kid use and went back to Quality to see if they sold replacement hardware. While they did not, the guys up front told me that they would look in the warehouse since it was an older model and the glides were not their current version. They had them and sent me on my way with a solution and great service. Highly recommend this business for any cabinet or counter top. High quality product and high quality people.

Please be warned, and do not use this company! The fabrication of the counters was horrible. If you expect straight lines, uniform finishes, or anything resembling any quartz you have seen anywhere else, you will not get it here. What you will get is flared edges, irregular corners, random over polishing, irregular everything. Fabricators missed the cut on one corner, so they just polished away the cut, creating a polished void. All of the corners are bubbly, flared, over rounder, irregular, not square. When I pointed out the issues, they referenced a line in their contracts that said I looked at the showroom counters, and that the ones they installed were of similar quality. They weren't. They will gaslight you and say that you are just being picky, meanwhile any person that sees the counters in person can instantly identify how horrible the fabrication was. What is even better is that the sales staff, owners, or anyone besides the fabricator that did the job, refused to make the 3 minute drive to the jobsite to look at the quality of their work. If you are expecting a professional finish, or a company that stands behind the quality of their work, you will not get it from here. The company, after much protest, did sent the fabricator back out to fix some of the worst of the worst, but everything is still wavy and irregular, and doesn't resemble any other solid surface counters I have ever seen.

I am so glad my wife did the research and found QGC. The consultation and planning process was succinct and no nonsense. Deanna and Isaac were awesome to work with and showed great attention to detail throughout the planning phase. On install day the install team arrived on time as planned. The primary installer, Raymond, was exact in his measurements and in his execution of work. The job was completed without issue. I have worked with Quality Granite & Cabinets for multiple counter top projects over the last year. The whole process has been smooth and just as communicated. The prices were fair and Misty did an excellent job of reminded me what needed to be done before the installers got there. The online reviews for them were very good so we decided to check them out. After meeting Deanna we decided to have them replace our counter tops. It was a good choice. After driving past this place while on another errand and seeing a parking lot full of stone slabs, I decided to go in for an initial consultation. It took a while to find a slab that was the right size and color that I wanted but Misty never stopped working on a bid and drawings until we found something that would meets my design needs. I couldn't afford the new cabinets so we had to revise the estimate for countertops only which was not a problem for her. Raymond came during an ice and snow event after clearing out the business parking lot to fabricate my new countertops. He listened to some changes I wanted to make and did them. The process was great, customer service was excellent, and I am very happy with the finished product. Got rid of the 2000's "Tuscan" ugly brown and black granite and now have beautiful creamy white bathroom counters.

Deanna and Linda were amazing and super responsive from the start to the end of my project. While their customer service is out of this world, their granite is even better. The all around quality doesn't get better than this (just look at the pictures). Don't waste your time at other stores because you will 100% get your money's worth with Deanna and Linda. We had a wonderful experience with Quality Granite, Evan in sales took us through every aspect of the project from picking out the best top for our counter to making sure our measurements were correct to even picking an install date a month out. I could hardly believe, not only did they hold to that date but were right on time to install. Tony, the installer and his great assistant are true craftsman, we had a little glitch with an electrical outlet and the bar top due to the original contractor who built our place but Tony did a fantastic job on correcting it. They cleaned up everything and left it spotless. I would highly recommend the folks.

I was visiting in the area with an aunt who was in need of finding a great place to remodel her kitchen and needed me to get this going. Deanna and Linda were essential in being able to complete this in a short amount of time. It's crazy how fast their turn around was. They communicated with me and made sure that I knew exactly how everything worked. They worked their butts off and you can tell they really care about doing their jobs well. To be that fast is nothing like was my experience was back in California when my dad remodeled his kitchen. His took weeks to get done. So when the install took only a day to complete I was surprised and so appreciative. They truly try to get the job finished in as little time as they possibly can. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. The cabinets were affordable and just what we were looking for.

Where to begin honestly. After a lot of shopping around we decided to go with Quality Granite & Cabinets, and we sure are glad we did! We had such a great experience with the team at Quality Granite & Cabinets: communication, quality, price. All around awesome! Shoutout to Linda who really helped guide use through the process of a remodel. Remolding can be exhausting and frustrating but we found the process ran quite smoothly with Linda running point. The quality of the cabinets are very strong and durable but not at an outrageous price. The showroom had a lot of options as well so it was nice to compare on the spot: colors, design, material, hardware - you can really go crazy. Be mindful of the pandemic delays. Some goods will be a few weeks/months out, i.e., windows, cabinets, stone so plan accordingly is the best advice I can give to individuals looking to remodel. It is must better to have a window sitting in the garage vs. not having a window at all. Trust me....just trust me...

We started planning our kitchen remodel in about October, 2020, and we got a referral to QGC from our appliance sales guy from Standard TV and Appliance. We worked with Deanna from QGC and she was very easy to work with and she was meticulous with every detail. We settled on buying some white shaker style cabinets, with Quartz countertops. And QGC installed them, and the cabinets and countertops were totally solid. We were a special case as I wanted to do all of the work I could myself since I am very handy. Even though this was a special case, Deanna handled it like a champ. We wanted to be without a kitchen for as little time as possible, and we set a schedule that was for 1 month (January, 2021) to be spent on the new kitchen. Just like their name, they sell quality granite and cabinets.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars. We were able to complete a full remodel with an infant and kid with ease thanks to them. From start to finish they were so easy to work with. For a fee they came and measured everything. They helped us with choosing the exact color and style we wanted as well. The demolition was the cleanest possible. I don't think there was a speck of dirt left. The install was also super quick. the entire project took 3 days. They made what could have been a very hard project enjoyable. This review is over a year late and I can attest to everything in my kitchen still holding up really well. We went with white cabinets and there isn't any sign of wear or tear on them which is impressive with two small kids. You can't go wrong with these ladies :)

Smooth experience from initial visit through order and installation. We had a pretty tight timeline and they were as accommodating as we could have hoped. The sales/ordering process was straight forward and efficient and we felt like we knew exactly what to expect. Fabrication onsite was a nice perk to cut down on lead time. We had one small issue with some minor damage during install, but a quick follow up call resolved to our satisfaction. You know that one thing in your house really annoys you; either it's the color of the wall, or the material of the floor. For me, I really REALLY dislike my kitchen countertops! They were in this dark sage green with mix of brown and grey; they even came with matching tiles! I tried really hard to like/live with its 90's vibe, but I . just . couldn't!! After doing some research and getting some price quotes, I decided to go with Quality Granite & cabinets. Their price was very competitive, and I rather support local business than the big box stores. I dropped by with a simple computer drawings with some measurements of my countertops and stove, that was proven to be helpful. We quickly went thru the maths and procedures while getting all my question answered. Diana and Deeana were both very knowledgeable and were no-nonsenses, which made me feel very good about the choice! However, choosing the material was proven to be more difficult than I participated! From the very beginning, i knew I want white quartz. So it should be easy, right? Nope! They have many white countertops choices with little price difference, and I was torn! In the next few days, I returned multiple times to grab more samples and they didn't mind! Finally I decided on V120 Avenza, thanks to one online blogger's suggestion/photos. The Avenza has the perfect hue and grain, which looked elegant without being too dark/busy. Since they don't unhook appliances and install the backsplash, you do have to get your handyman to do the work before/afterward. If you need one, they will make recommendations. On the scheduled day, the workers showed up on time and finished in 5 hours. They kept my house clean and even cleaned/washed my driveway before they took off! The new countertops really transformed my kitchen, it looks so much lighter and cozy now. I was going to paint the cabinets, but now I don't think that's necessary! Overall, I'd recommend getting a price quote and/or checking out their show room at Quality Granite & Cabinet!

Had such an amazing experience with Quality Granite & Cabinets. The service in store was friendly and super helpful. I appreciated that they were taking face masks very seriously in their showroom. Installation was easy and the final product looks great. Important to note -they aren't plumbers- and they are up front about that from the get go so just note that you'll have to hook up your own sinks or hire a contractor. But couldn't be happier with our new sinks, back splash and countertop! White tile before, quartz counter and black faucets after!

You can not find a more professional and at the same time family company to handle your cabinet and countertop needs in my opinion. Deanna, Linda , and grandma are an absolute pleasure to work with from measurements to recommendations. Grandma might offer you food if she's around and if she has extra. The company was able to get a handyman out to our home to adjust the gas pipe for the stove as the stove was sticking out and was not anticipated during the initial measureThe cabinet and countertop installers were superb and communicative with us regarding any questions or concerns we had during the process. If you need countertops I can highly recommend this business. They have a great variety of products at great prices. The staff is knowledgeable and very customer service orientated. Over the years I have purchased countertops from 3 or 4 other shops and I would choose the shop hands down over the others.

I replaced my kitchen granite and sink couple of years back and now write the review. Linda and Deanna helped me to estimates overall cost very kindly when I stop by the store. I really like their quick response, detail explanation and reasonable price. Moreover they provided a follow up service very quickly when I found small defect on the granite which was a raw materials problem, not because of installation related. I still very satisfied with working with them.

Quality Granite & Cabinets did an outstanding job this fall replacing our 40-year-old formica countertops with a gorgeous granite named Café Paradiso. We bought our new sinks and plumbing fixtures from Quality as well, and are very pleased with the results in our kitchen and 2 baths. Their service was courteous, professional and expert, from materials selection in the showroom all the way through installation. Special thanks to Kat, in the showroom, to Linda, who came to our home to help finalize complex measurements, and to Raymond and Tony, who showed amazing stoneworking skill during installation. We also got a great deal on new vinyl plank flooring from Quality, and are very pleased with the ease of installation and natural look of the simulated wood grain. A general contractor friend of ours said he paid a dollar more per square foot for similar flooring from Home Depot, and ours looks much better. Quality Granite & Cabinets should be at the top of your list of companies to consider when you're ready for new counters, fixtures or flooring.

They are insanely knowledgeable. I needed to change out my really old and ugly cabinets and cheap Formica that was peeling off and looked online for for a contractor but found these guys. I went in and since I wasn't changing anything structural and keeping the same layout, quality granite cabinets were able to do everything themselves. After my first visit, they said to just bring in general measurements. My second visit, Deanna typed up a quote in thirty minutes. It was less than half my budget so I signed off and payed my deposit the same day. Two weeks later, their installers demoed my kitchen and finished the my cabinet and quartz installation in two days.. TWO DAYS! I'm still dumbfounded. So much easier and way more fun than I thought. I will end my review here so I can get my parents to change out their kitchen.

The best part of our experience was with the installers, Norman and Raymond. Both are very professional, but also very friendly. I worked with Linda and Deanna from quality granite and cabinets on my kitchen and bathroom remodels. I wanted to replace my old oak cabinets and ugly tile counters so I got a few bids from different places around portland. When I went in to quality granite and cabinets they told me that their materials were all wholesale pricing and they had their own in house installers. I had Linda come out and do the measurements for me and she sent me a quote the next day for new white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. I was so surprised with the costs because everywhere else I got bids, they came in almost twice as high and didn't include installation. After everything was finalized, I scheduled the demolition and install out two weeks since they said they already had all the cabinets and countertops in stock. And here's the crazy part, for my kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms, they did the demolition and installation for everything in 2 days!!! The entire process from when I first walked into the showroom to having a complete kitchen took less than a month and cost a little over half of my initial budge I can't say enough about the business, they were so amazing to work with and they made everything so much easier than I expected. I'm definitely recommending them to all my friends and family.

We absolutely love our new kitchen that QGC installed in just 3 days! We were super happy with the entire team we met and worked with throughout the entire process. Carlin was amazing and so patient with all of our questions and changes we had to keep making. She gave us some wonderful recommendations that would make our small kitchen more usable. The install team was also top notch and they worked quickly and the clean up was very good. I can't wait to the QGC do my other bathrooms. Way to go team QGC!!! We are customers for life.
