Pyramid Granite is fantastic from A to Z! I came upon their store by chance in Springfield, and from the first interaction to the installation their entire team was responsive, friendly and completely professional. They have a great assortment of countertops and great steel sinks to choose from at their store and really helped talk me through my options. Their pricing is extremely fair, were quick to set the date and even quicker to install! The installation team was stellar and I could not be happier with my kitchen upgrade. Pyramid Granite did a great job with a quartz countertop for our bathroom. They helped us identify a remnant slab and the result looks great. Good communication and craftsmanship. There was one issue with the plumbing that needed follow-up, but it was addressed. We would use them again!

I walked into the Pyramid Granite showroom a complete newbie when I began our kitchen renovation. I found them online. When I entered, I was greeted immediately and very warmly. I confessed to them that I didn't know the first thing about picking out a granite countertop - just that I needed one in a shade of gray. I was also cost-conscious. I was taken outside and shown several slabs that fit the bill. When I narrowed it down to two - they actually broke off a small piece of each so I could take it home and see how it looked in my kitchen. Amazing! (I also went to two other granite companies who were much less professional and didn't seem interested in serving me that same day). When I chose Pyramid as my fabricator, I began to work with Jorge the project manager who made the whole process seamless. The workers came to measure and were quick and efficient - took less than 30 minutes. Then the installation was scheduled a week later. We also needed backsplash installed. Jorge was able to find someone who did excellent work and schduled the backsplash install the day after the countertops were installed. The countertop demo and installation took less than 90 minutes! The backsplash install took longer, but the work was precise and excellent. I have a kitchen more beautiful than I could have ever asked or imagined. Brand new appliances are coming soon. I highly recommend Pyramid Granite for all your stone needs. They are professional, efficient, and priced well.

I have never had to buy a counter so I had no idea what I was looking for. I told the woman there that I wanted glitter. She picked out the most beautiful slab for my bathroom. They brought the vanity tip like 2 days later, shower bench and lid next day and installed it. The whole process was top notch. I'll be buying a bar top to Match and I will go back.

Pyramid Granite installed the countertops for our basement bar in May 2022. My wife and I were very happy with the result and experience, so we went to Pyramid Granite again for our kitchen renovation this past summer. Based on positive recommendations from our contractor and a friend that used Pyramid, I contacted them for an apply and estimate, and I am so glad I did. The people in the office were very courteous and professional in helping me choose my beautiful quartz countertop. They did their absolute best to accommodate my schedule, and were a lot cheaper than the big box stores. Installation was a breeze. They were punctual and efficient. Best of all, my countertop fit like a glove. I've been getting compliments on my countertop! This was one of the easier parts of my kitchen remodel. I highly recommend them!

I wanted to purchase new kitchen countertops. This was not part of a kitchen remodel. I wanted to keep my cabinets and appliances. I really appreciated Pyramid's warehouse because I could see entire slabs of quartz rather than small samples. I also appreciated their one stop business model. Their estimate included a new sink and faucet. When the counters arrived they were exactly as I expected. I purchased the motauk quartz which was beautiful. The installation was also done well. My cabinets and appliances were not damaged during the removal of the old countertops or the installation. I got several estimates before I chose Pyramid, and Pyramid was the only company that used a computer to take digital measurements of my counter space. This seemed to work well since my counters fit perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are really really really good!!! I am going with them for my next kitchen remodeling as well. I had ordered a handcrafted island from a small wood shop. The baseboard and the design of the island threw off the measurements. Pyramid's crew helped me to troubleshoot. They were competent and it took them less ten minutes to smoothen everything out. I highly appreciate their kindness and take their own craft seriously. I am recommending Pyramid to all my friends!

We used Pyramid Granite based on a recommendation on NextDoor to replace the counters and backsplash in our kitchen. When we moved in four years ago, we inherited a kitchen that had been updated but not to our taste. We thought a full remodel would be wasteful and this was a great solution. The time between having measurements taken and getting and estimate to having the grout finished on our backsplash was just over a week. We signed the contract on Monday and on Friday our old tile and counter were removed, the new tile, counter, sink and faucet were installed, and grout was done on Saturday. The team was fast, professional and the price was very fair. Their stock selection of stone is also excellent, which expedited the process. We are extremely happy with the result.

We had a great experience buying granite countertops for our kitchen and quartz countertops for a bathroom at Pyramid Granite. They have a very large selection of granite and quartz slabs at their location, and they also sell sinks and other accessories. We visited a number of other granite stores in the area, and Pyramid's selection was the largest. Their prices were very reasonable, as well. We worked with Claudia, who provided great service and was accessible by e-mail throughout our project. We would certainly work with Pyramid again on future projects.

I have made a few purchases from Pyramid Granite over the past five years. They have a pretty good selection for granite countertops and they did a great job on the installation each time. Everything was done on time and as scheduled. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves as well. We bought cabinets and granite countertop from Pyramid Granite for our newly built in-law suite. We also contracted them to install both. They did a fantastic job. I was surprised how quickly the job progressed. We had very little time to wait for everything to be ordered, delivered and installed. I was prepared to wait a month or more but that was not the case. The cabinets are much nicer than what you get at local home improvement stores and their prices are very reasonable. They have an extensive selection of granite and quartz to choose from. You can see the actual slabs not just a small sample. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and very nice. It was a pleasure. We will be back when we redo our master bathroom.

Highly recommend Pyramid Granite. I am halfway across the country, and needed to update a property that is showing its age. I contacted 4 different companies, never received a response from 2, another company came across unprofessional, and their prices were almost double. Pyramid Granite put the other companies to shame. We just had our counter tops installed from Pyramid Granite and worked with Tsogo. We had a very small job and were honestly going for inexpensive granite. I was fully expecting to be disregarded with our tiny little job to replace the counter tops in our townhouse. Instead he fully understood what we needed, went through the process with us and treated us very well. He set a date to come out and measure and it was done on time. The day they came they were neat, polite, efficient and did a great job. I used their plumber for the sink and he was also excellent. The seams are perfect, we are super happy!!!!

So pleased with this company! It's rare today to find a company that has great customer service, workmanship and pricing. Had granite installed on two separate bathroom vanities and new faucets. I was able to find a couple of pieces of granite from their remnants at a great discounted price and when one piece wasn't quite big enough, they discounted the regular piece. They came and measured on time and install was so efficient and professional-they have their team work down to a science. I'm going to use them again for my kitchen. My friend also used them and had the same experience for her bathroom remodel.

I can tell you what I LOVED about the price and installation was the seam. I look at model homes today and see how thick the seam is with their granite and my eyeballs pop and recall what an awesome job Pyramid Granite did. I am looking at using them again, for another kitchen since I moved and got a kitchen with tile (yuck). I can tell you that getting prices, Pyramid Granite was pretty competitive and I will post pictures of my rainforest kitchen which they did an AWESOME job doing :)

I just renovated my townhouse kitchen. All new cabinets, granite countertops and appliances, except for fairly new refrigerator. The existing floor was fine. Redoing the kitchen was more than daunting to me, and my decision evolved over several months. After talking to Home Depot, Lowes and three contactors who specialize in kitchens, I went with Pyramid and I am very pleased. My new kitchen is beautiful. The sales operation was refreshingly less than slick. In fact, at first it seemed a bit disorganized. I got Jorge Barrenechea out to my house, however, and he made several suggestions that were very good, and he raised my confidence level. Jorge says he was a cook and cabinetmaker in previous jobs, perfect credentials for redesigning kitchens. The installation went smoothly. The installers were experienced and did very careful work, including a tile backsplash. We were without the use of our kitchen for about 10 days, and the installation went more or less on schedule. Pyramid offers a brand of cabinets called Bremtown. They may be the only distributor in this area because I saw then nowhere else. These cabinets are priced about the same as the better lines at Home Depot and Lowes, but are of superior quality. Pyramid came in with the lowest proposal but I believe additional value is in these Bremtown cabinets. Jorge directed me to Appliance Connection in Woodbridge to select appliances and I had a good experience there, as well. The two companies interacted well for the installation. Believe me, I did not expect anything to be easy or simple about this project, but the kitchen is in, and the few problems we encountered were dealt with without too much angst. I would not hesitate to recommend Pyramid. My only advice is to realize that this is not a huge operation, and they seem busy with a number of projects going at the same time. Just hang in there with them and they will make you happy.

We just had Pyramid Granite come out to our kitchen and add a pantry and some counter space to match the existing granite and cabinetry. They did an amazing job. I was extremely impressed and am 100% satisfied with the finished product. The price they offered was less than we expected, and they were in and out in less than 5 hours. They also arrived early! Pyramid installed granite countertops in our kitchen. There was a problem with some of the granite in how it was cut. I contacted them on a Monday to tell them about it and by Wednesday afternoon they had recut the granite and had it installed. The countertops are beautiful! Tsogo was extremely helpful and understanding. For him the most important thing was to have a happy, satisfied customer, and he does. We would highly recommend them. It's not always how one starts, but how one finishes that makes the biggest impact.

This is an update to the review I wrote in January. It turns out the issue was with my contractor not with Pyramid Granite. They were very helpful in working things out, though I had a hard time communicating with the person who came back to do the re-measurement. If you are contracting, be sure your general contractor agrees will help with the countertop installation even if you are outsourcing the countertop.

Home improvement projects can be daunting at times, especially when you feel you're not getting the best price or workmanship. Our kitchen counter install with Pyramid Granite was a smooth process from measurements to final product. The quartz we selected at their showroom was perfect for our upgraded space and there were many options available. Showroom: There are SO many options so have an idea of what you're looking for before going in. It is located in an industrial park and parking was hard to come by, so just be aware! Be sure to ask about counter edges and take a look at the options they have available on display. Customer service: Baji was great to work with over phone and email. He answered my questions and if he wasn't sure, he looked into it and got back to me as soon as he was able. Backsplash: This is the one area I feel the communication would have been better, hence removal of a star. Pyramid subcontracts for this part of the project which made it difficult. We only knew how much tile we'd need and that was it, along with thin set and grout. So we purchased what we thought would work only to find out on the day of install that it wouldn't. We also didn't find out until later that we would need pencil edging (and again, no quantity given so we ended up short). Running around trying to find the correct products on that day (hello crowded home improvement store on a Saturday) was a bit much. Knowing what I know now, I would probably have done research and selected my own handyman to complete this part of the project. The result was great, but the stress of figuring out what we needed/how much we needed (when we had ZERO idea) was not at all what I expected. Bottom line: We learned of this company through our community Facebook group and are happy to have stumbled upon the recommendation. For countertops, you'll get great selection, value and workmanship! For tile work, you'd be better off having your own "tile guy" do the project to avoid the stress of trying to figure it all out.

We had a good experience with Pyramid Granite - with a few minor communication issues (hence the 4 stars!). We got some design advice from Bogi and were able to find a great slab of affordable granite that we LOVE. They even worked with us on the price if we paid cash. The day of our free in home measurement, we were not told what day our granite would be installed. I had to call and ask. Then the day before our installation, I had to call again to figure out what time they were coming. Then the day of the installation, our granite came without the bevel we paid extra for. Luckily, the crew was able to do the bevel for us during installation. And the slab ended up looking great. We will work with them again! I will just make sure to call them a lot. Again.

The only thing I didn't like was the screw-up on their delivery. Found the most beautiful granite at Pyramid. Was taken care of by Jorge. He told me the installers would be at my house between 9-10 on a Saturday. They finally arrived at 3:05 pm. That said, I was not happy and kept calling to find out where they were. I was helped by a wonderful employee named Degi who calmed me down and took care of me. The crew finally showed up and didn't have the backsplash. Degi sent someone to my house. After 3 1/2 hours of diligently working, the beautiful granite was in and all looked great. Thank you Degi for calming this poor soul down.

I had a complicated granite job where there were two different level granite counters that needed to be cut down. This involved carpentry, moving 3 electrical outlets, and some complicated cuts because the existing back splash needed to be modified as well as one counter top needed to be notched to fit into the existing conditions. They sent out two crews. One crew was carpentry and the second crew was the granite modification and installation team. Both crews seemed skilled and efficient in their work. The stand out was their carpenter Gana who was delight to work with. He would cal beforehand to let you know his arrival status and would discuss the various issues before he did his work. He went out of his way to make us happy with the final product and I really respect him for his effort and craftsmanship. Without him this would be a three star rating but he kicked it up to four. We were happy with the work of Pyramid Granite and would recommend them to our friends.

Not a happy camper. Install July 2017. Granted, my contractor grade sink was in my home over 16 years and though a bit dull, did not have the scratches which I received after using this new one after 3-4 times. I have been more than gentle, not to the point of treating it like an uncooked egg, but I don't throw, slam or scrape anything in the sink. I place dishes, pots, pans make sure not to rub them in them sink to intentionally scratch. Install was mid July and I have phoned and emailed over and over. Granite cabinets still look good, not at all happy with this sink. I have phoned several times regarding my warranty, sent photos of my "new upgraded" sink (supposedly worth over $400 but given a discount) and was informed prior to purchase that it was better than the cheaper one, which was more like a contractor grade. This company was referred to me by someone who had no complaints, but also stated that they also would not be happy with the issues with my sink. Next step will be a BBB and attorney general complaint.

kind of bummed to be writing this review and here's why: Pyramid Granite is actually a good company and EXTREMELY affordable. That being said, here's where things broke down with them. When they installed our beautiful granite they also installed our old (one year old) dishwasher. The kitchen was a total remodel and we did have a plumber coming to install a reverse osmosis water filter and that guy offered to install the DW. Pyramid said they would install it free, so Great!! In our old kitchen the dishwasher STUCK out, and this was a problem bc the control panel is on the top and every drop of water is a risk for shorting out the electronics on our $1500 dishwasher. Our old cabs and counters were shallow and this problem with the dishwasher would go away with our new 24" deep cabinets since the dishwasher was only 22" deep. Imagine my horror when I came back after the remodel and the dishwasher toe kick panel was sticking out into the room and the dishwasher stuck out 1/2" in front of the overhand of the granite countertop. I called our contact there at Pyramid, Bogi and she called me back. That was a month ago. I called again and again but she doesn't return my calls. They're done, they got paid, it's over. If you've ever spent $75K on a kitchen only to live in fear that water might drip off the counter NEXT TO YOUR SINK and short out your super expensive DW then you know my aggravation. If you want to avoid the same aggravation when hiring Pyramid then make sure you are standing there the entire time. There is NO EXCUSE for this kind of sloppy work. The machine is 22" deep, the counter is 24" and it is NEW build, we went back to the studs so it's not like it "can't" fit. It would have taken them two minutes to do it right!!! They just didn't slow down to shove it all the way in. How lazy is that???? To top it off, the plumber we hired said it was really not his job to redo someone else's crummy work, so now what???

We paid Capital Remodeling $30,000 for a kitchenette. They said all work was done in-house. It wasn't. Capital's insurance says that they hired Pyramid. The work was faulty causing a water leak. The water leak destroyed our home doing $60,000 in damages. Pyramid refuses to respond, and their insurance company, (one star rated and not even in this state) refuses to respond. In short, we are being screwed for $60,000!!!!! Our house is destroyed. Our lives are destroyed!!! And, no one gives one little tiny bit of concern or response to us now. THIS IS THE WORST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO US!!!!!!

I give them the lowest rating. They put down a different color then I ordered then agreed to put the faucet and garbage disposal in for free. A few months later I found an area about 2x5 inches where the installer spilled epoxy glue on the countertop and it had now yellowed so it was visible.

I have asked over and over and over for the warranty information that should have been given to me when the counter was installed more than a year ago. There is supposed to be a lifetime warranty but if you want to file a claim the manufacturer asks for the warranty number. Despite countless emails and phone calls I still do not have a number. Invoice numbers do not count as fabricators can go out of business. Then no recourse. Once you have your counter installed, you are a non-entity
