I love our countertops! When our cabinets took longer than expected (someone else made them) I was worried Mac would not be able to put us back on his schedule in a timely fashion but he was still able to get our countertops re-scheduled and installed in a reasonable amount of time considering the amount of work his company has right now! They look great and we are very pleased with the work and price!!

Nothing but good things to say about Mac AND his crew (including Diane, who texted me while on her vacation!). I received courteous and professional service. Mac had to come out and remeasure after an alteration was made on my end. No problem! Measure, cut and install turnaround was less than two weeks! Crew members for install were pleasant and done in about 2 hours. I had 2 bathrooms, kitchen sink area, and an island at a very reasonable price. The stone is beautiful!

Mac Sells and his crew at Professional Stone are amazing! The quality of their product and installation is by far superior then their competitors… Forgot to mention that their prices are unbelievable. Keep in mind that they do have a waiting list and installation timings dont always work out, but Mac does ensure he communicates any delays…. Super people… cant say enough… they’ve installed counters for us twice and would use them again….

Mac Sells was a breath of fresh air during our home repair/remodel experience. From my first phone call with him through the completion of the installation, he was nice, courteous, funny and professional. He invited me to his business where he personally guided me through the slabs. He was extremely informative and assisted me in both design and material suggestions that would be best for my specific family dynamic. He has a variated array of materials on site that fit many different styles from traditional and classic to modern and trendy- he has it all. He took extra time moving slabs around so that I could "hand-pick" the exact slab that would be used in my home. He was relatively easy to get in touch with and would even respond to my (many) questions outside of office hours, when his schedule would allow. Mac was clear and transparent about his timelines and availability for measuring, fabricating, and installing. Even though there were setbacks with other aspects of my rebuild that lead to me having to stop production on the day he was fabricating, he was able to adjust his schedule and fit my job back in the installation queue within a couple of weeks. He did so with a compassionate and understanding disposition. Mac and his team are trustworthy and detail oriented. He also took time after the job was completed to call and ensure that we were happy. I am very proud to recommend Professional Stone to others and am happy that he is part of our journey of our home re-build.

I rarely write bad reviews! The countertop is beautiful but service left so much to be desired. The company did not arrive on the days they were meant to and I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. We were told our kitchen would not have countertops for 3 days. This became 10 days without any communication from them unless I called. The countertop installers did not properly secure the dishwasher ( after the second attempt) and we are still dealing with a dishwasher that infrequently closes in order to start. They left without fixing the electrical panels that they took off, leaving me to call and pay for a separate electrician.

Mac and his team do great work! Noah is an artiest, and this is the second time I have used them. They have a great selection of Stones in stock.
