We had our master bathroom and laundry room quartz countertops done by Prime Granite and Cabinets. Prior to this, we used two top-rated companies in the area for the kitchen and media room countertops, both of which did substandard work. Prime Granite was by far the best. The job looks beautiful. They had to do two L-shaped counters and somehow managed to use every square inch of the slab, completing the entire project with just one slab. The miter cuts, counter top edges and the one seam they had to make are flawless – you can’t even tell they’re there. It's far better than the previous jobs we got done. I wish we had found them sooner.

We use prime granite for our kitchen remodeling. Process from measurements to installation was ok but few cabinets doors got damaged while putting maybe knobs handle on. It is pretty noticeable then they told us they will order new doors and replace them so we trust them and end up paying them full payment before they replace it. And guess what they never came to change them even I contact them many times they didn't even reply. So be very careful before give them full payment until they did what they promised to do. Otherwise they won't come back. Very disappointing 😞

I have waited 10 months for my kitchen to be completed. I was waiting for a stove to come in ! Finally I gave up , and got a different stove . Prime was very patient with us . After buying our kitchen cabinets they were delivered to our house. Everyone was clearly labeled and well packaged with all of the trim and spacers. All cabinets were put in and the fit is great. After the cabinets we preped the countertops and Prime installed the counters very fast and they look superb. I would recommend Prime to anyone thinking about updating or building a kitchen or bath. I would like to thank them for their help and excellent products.

We just had our granite counter tops installed today. The team at Prime were always patient with us as we went through the selection process. They have many great options. We wanted to reduce seams and they we're able to accomplish that with a minor increase in price. The installers were very professional and detail focused. Lead time was short, a real bonus!!!

Prime Granite (PG) recently completed a kitchen remodel for me here in the S. Bay (San Jose) that I could not be more pleased with. Additionally, I had new bathroom (primary and guest) vanities, quartz countertops, backsplashes and sinks installed. From start to finish, everyone I worked with was responsive, flexible, knowledgable and kind (all excellent traits in general but especially for a renovation newbie like myself). While I kept the original layout of my kitchen, full demolition was necessary and as such, new cabinetry and hardware, kitchen sink and quartz countertops and backsplash were required, all of which I was able to select from their showroom offerings. They also completed a breakfast bar for me with a quartz countertop with waterfall edge time match the kitchen counter top waterfall. I am IN LOVE with the final look and I can't wait to cook in my new kitchen and host friends in my newly renovated space. Extra shout out to Owen and two of PG's fabricators, Miguel and Junior, for making my first foray into renovating as pleasurable as a renovation can be. I highly recommend PG for their superior work, customer care and competitive prices.

I had my old tile countertops torn out and replaced with new granite countertops in March by another contractor who did an absolute horrendous job. It was so bad that it had to be torn out, again. Aman and his team came to my rescue. EVERYONE I dealt with gave amazing customer service; I was treated like their number one priority. They have a great selection of granite to choose from. The install went very smooth. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this company and the experience/workmanship they provided.

I researched counter tops for our kitchen remodel from Los Angeles to the Bay area. On checking yelp I found the reviews for Prime and being only 7 miles away checked with them. They were very knowledgable, helpful and patient. They explained the difference between levels of materials and cost differentials. They came out within a couple of days and gave an estimate the next day. They told us the day they would begin and finish demolition, began installation 3 working days later and were finished at the promised time. The workmanship is excellent and the result is exactly what we imagined. I would highly recommend this company.

Well all I can say is if all our contractors' subs were as pro and efficient as these guys we'd have been much happier plus the job would have been done right much quicker!!! Ahman was super easy to deal with, very up front about the whole process of remodeling our 2 bathrooms with quartz showers, vanities and new tile floors. Their selection is outstanding, and they really know the properties of all these different types of stone. We got a little crazy with the design, and it didn't phase them at all. Plus, they actually had me come out to their shop to ensure the layout of the stone would be what we wanted, even going so far as to matching the veins at the joints(!) Very Impressed, would recommend them highly to anybody looking for both quality stone and installation.

I am so very happy with our new granite countertops and backsplashes. I've never attempted a home renovation before so was very nervous about making such a big investment. Aman gave me good advice and respected my budget, which wasn't very much but was a lot of money to me. I felt my job was as important to Aman as any other job he had going on and he's got many projects going at once. I never once felt rushed. He understood this was a big deal for me and treated me with respect, giving me all the time I needed to look at what he had. The showroom is immense! The slabs he has available are in so many colors it was easy to find exactly what I was looking for and at a much lower cost than I ever imagined. After planning to renovate my house for a year I was feeling overwhelmed looking at all the home improvement websites and DIY tv programs but working with Aman, I felt confident in my choices. I was concerned about the disruption to my family (I have three dogs) but needn't have worried because the demo crew and installers were very understanding and respectful about how weird it is to have my house under construction. I had ALL the countertops and sinks in my home replaced at once: 2 1/2 baths, a wet bar and kitchen. There was a little hiccup when I didn't understand that subway tile backsplashes are trimmed with grout only which I didn't like. Aman assured me he wanted me to be absolutely satisfied and suggested a brushed nickel trim which looked very elegant. I'm so proud of my new kitchen and baths. I will recommend Prime Granite and Cabinets to my friends and anyone who is looking for high quality materials, craftsmanship, and customer service. Thank you Aman, Singh, and your wonderful crew!!

After two months of searching for the right cabinets at the right price I though that I was not going to be able to afford just a new basic kitchen. Thankfully my two cousins recommended this place. Not only was I able to afford it but I didn't have to settle for just the basic. I'm in love with my kitchen especially the quartz I never though I could afford. Their team are very professional, responsible and knowledgeable. I look forward calling them again for my bathroom remodels in a couple of years.

Best prices in the valley . we did a lot of shopping around before deciding on a company and these guys were the best in terms of quality and price we love our new kitchen and so do our friends and family . I recommend them 100% . I had a lot of questions prior to the reno as well as during . they were always great in answering my questions. Very large showroom and samples of the actual slabs of stone and cabinets and sinks and backsplash all helped us make a quick decision .. I will say first that the final product (kitchen counters) looks good. However, there a few things contributing to my 3-star review. From the beginning: we went to the warehouse to look into getting an estimate, and we spoke to Aman. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable about the process and pricing. We chose a granite and a backsplash we liked and waited while he looked up the pricing. The backsplash was marked at $11.95/sq ft. He came back and told us that "unfortunately, the price of this has gone up and it just wasn't reflected here." Okay, I understand that (kinda). The new price? $18.95/sq ft. How does something go up $7/sq. ft without it ever having been updated? A dollar or two, I would understand, but $7? I feel like they should've honored their marked price or met us in the middle. When I got home, I looked up the exact backsplash online and found it for $12.95/sq. ft. I felt like he was intentionally trying to rip us off there, and for that reason, we ultimately decided to do the backsplash ourselves and have them do our counters. Day of installation: two men came out and without paying any attention to what they were doing, tracked plum all over my light carpet. Yes, the plums were from our front yard and it does create a mess, but I would expect someone who does this for a living to come prepared with drop cloths or shoe covers, since they know they'll be in and out all day long. Nope. We actually had some drop cloths of our own, and put them down after the fact but the damage was already done. Installation itself went okay, but the last factor contributing to my review is their sloppiness in cleaning up after themselves. I already mopped my kitchen floor (it's laminate), so I don't have pictures, but again, they tracked plum all over it. I was irritated at their i attention, but I can (and did) clean that up. What I have not been able to clean yet is a glob of their glue off my laminate. If I get down there with a Brillo pad or abrasive sponge, I will most likely be able to get it, but again, I should not be responsible for cleaning up their mess after what I'm paying them! Their work is decent, but I'd be hesitant to use them again!

If I can give 0 stars I would. My husband and I went in to buy granite and back splash . We went in to pay balance off and pick up back splash I noticed amount he had did not match up with mine on my invoice . I then confronted the owner which his name is Aman and started having an attitude and getting very loud with me . Long story short he's a dammmmmm rip off and money hungry man that doesn't care about his customers. I won't ever buy anything from him and will spread the word Bad customer service . And come to say his prices are way too high please take your Business somewhere else.

Our experience was almost ok until the tile cracked 3 months in. I called them out to look at it and they scheduled to have one slab replaced. Then, a few days before the appt. I called to confirm and someone else answered and decided that they wanted to make sure it was something they had to replace after the ok was already given. Now normally when you order granite there it will come in about a week later and they make you come down to the store and inspect it to make sure its ok but they didn't do that for the replacement. They did say it was new but it was not. It literally looks like they pulled it out of the junk pile in the back of the lot. After installation they usually clean and seal it but I don't think they did that either. They were able to save the back splash so now my new slab of granite is grayish and doesn't match the back splash. The slab is cloudy and not really shiny like the rest and the back splash and counters. My husband called to see what they could do about that and they argued that it was fine but after he kept saying it didn't look good, they said they would look for a shiny coat of something and they never called back. We made most of the calls to them. They would say they would call back and hardly ever did. We had to keep calling them to get things done. I am very disappointed in the process of replacement and really wish I would have went elsewhere so that we would have gotten quality customer service and a quality product.

First off, 100 stars for Nicole. The one star was for the follow up with the man I spoke to on the phone to get an estimate started after telling him we were going with them. I emailed him our rough planning that was requested along with measurements but nearly three weeks later, we haven't heard back. We live in the Bay Area and work odd hours so we can't just pick up and head there on a whim, to which the gentleman understood. We ended up spending close to $30k on our remodel somewhere else and do wish we worked with them since Nicole was so awesome but...things end up the way they're supposed to I suppose.
