Victor, the owner, and Prestige Granite is a first-rate operation. Victor is a really nice and genuine individual. If he tells you something, it will be done, or he will make it right should there be a problem or question. His prices were very reasonable--the best we could find--and the quality of the craftsmanship was first-rate. The workmen, when Victor could not be on site, were very careful and cleaned up nicely after they were done. Everyone always arrived promptly and gave us a time estimate for the work that they met and exceeded. This is our second time to use Prestige Granite for new kitchen countertops. This time, we decided to remove a raised bar and make one of our countertop areas one level. Victor and his guys did a great job in removing the bar, right on the spot. We are very happy with the end result as it really opened up the kitchen. The work Victor and his guys do are the best, and at a very reasonable price. Their customer service is also the best. They came out this past Monday to create the templates, and yesterday, they installed all of the coutertops. An extraordinarily successful bathroom update for three bathrooms and a laundry room, mostly because of the impressive work of Prestige Granite on Hawkins. I started at Arizona tile to pick the slabs of quartz. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Once I met with Yesenia, the co-owner of Prestige Granite and she explained how the fabricators process works and how they would fabricate and install the slabs of quartz, the project really took off. They explained all the steps in the process. She gave me a written proposal which I accepted. Came out to the house and removed all the countertops that would be replaced and made templates of the new countertops and where the sinks and faucets would be. Three days later they installed them, and they are beautiful. What made this such a successful update was Prestige Granite’s professionalism. No problems, no delays, and no surprises. They did everything right, when I called, they would answer their phone. When I sent them an email they responded in a very timely manner and if I did leave a message, they always got back with me. The most impressive thing was they stayed in constant communication. They informed me when the quartz slabs were in, they confirmed the date they would remove the countertops and the date that they would install the new counter tops. Victor, the other co-owner, and his friendly staff were terrific. Full disclosure, my daughter had them do quartz countertops for her large kitchen in early 2023, and she was also incredibly pleased with the finished product, and the service she received. That was the main reason I feel comfortable hiring them, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering getting new countertops whether it be Granite or quartz.

A few years back we investigated countertop companies in the Albuquerque area. We knew exactly what we wanted in our home and Prestige Granite was not only the least expensive, but their attention to detail was unmatched. We were more than pleased with the results. So when we decided to do the same again in our new home we requested bids and Prestige Granite was once again the least expensive. We do not normally select the least expensive for work because it sometimes leads to poor quality, but we already knew how professional Prestige performs. So we had them install quartz this time, and to our amazement we are even more pleased this time than we were with the previous Prestige install. If you are considering new countertops, there is no question that Prestige Granite will more than please you!

Me and my Wife went all around town looking for Granite. We were highly recommended to go with Victor with Prestige Granite by a friend and I am so happy we did. This is the best place by far in Albuquerque for not only amazing looking countertops but the customer service is 2nd to none. Wow is the only word that comes to mind. They were very very patient with us and going through almost every slab in Albuquerque. Not only that they met us at the store to pick a backsplash after the installation was completed. I am very OCD and let me tell you not one issue very very clean work! I mean amazing!!!! And it does not stop there his entire staff from Victors Wife to the installers are just so friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend Prestige Granite to anyone including my on family!!!!

I highly recommend Yesenia and Victor (Prestige). They replaced our kitchen countertops, and did an incredible job. The attention to detail is really impressive, and their communication, advice, follow-up and professionalism are exceptional. Oh, and they actually resurfaced our swimming pool several months after the kitchen project. (In addition to counters, they install and refurbish indoor and outdoor pools.) That project went smoothly - on time and on budget. The final product is gorgeous. You should hire this company.
