Customer service is first rate! Jill really made the stress of installing a new kitchen easy! She does what she says she is going to do and then follows up on everything! That is important to me. Todd the cabinet installer was very professional and did a fabulous job. Paid attention to small details. I have already recommend Prefab Granite to my neighbors.

From start to finish, the experience with Prefab Granite Depot was exceptional. The sales staff was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. With lots of large samples to choose from. Then the quality of the beautiful material added so much to the ambiance of the new kitchen. The installation was made professionally and was the crowning glory to the entire experience. I had a great experience working with Pre-Fab Cabinets, to help execute my vision for a complete gut job on my 50 year old builder grade kitchen. They had a wide range of options for me to select from for both my cabinets and my counter top. And made great recommendations along the way to make sure the layout functioned within the space. And their installers were all super nice and kind. I highly recommend their services for anyone wanting to remodel!!

We had a great experience with this company. We were on a tight deadline to get our kitchen and bathroom area remodeled and Jill at Prefab Granite Depot did EVERYTHING she could to keep us on schedule. She was very responsive to phone and email and a pleasure to work with. I thought I had one design in mind but after speaking with owner/designer in my home, he made me realize that there was a better way to get everything I wanted to fit within the space. We really appreciated that they worked with us to get the project within our budget. The installers were knowledgeable and helpful, especially Todd who made adjustments as needed. Overall we loved the design and how everything turned out.

My kitchen was in desperate need of an upgrade. The old 80s tile and grout countertops were looking so outdated. We had already moved out of CA and wanted to put the house up for sale. And knowing that a nice kitchen is what really sells a home, we wanted to give it a fresh look that buyers would appreciate. I did my due diligence and called 3 San Diego area granite countertop companies and 2 big box stores for quotes. By far the best, and the one I ended up choosing was Prefab Granit on Miramar Road. And the main reason I chose them is because of the sales rep, Jill. She was just amazing. No other company representative that I spoke to gave me the time and helpful, personal attention that she did. I explained that I was in a time crunch to get my home on the market and lived in another state. I sent pictures of the kitchen, approximate measurements of the counters, and described how the flooring and paint had a warm white tone. From 2000 miles away she helped me pick the granite and backsplash tile and sent me an estimate. When I arrived in town I went to their nice big showroom, I was surprised at their huge selection. I brought my floor tile and paint samples to be sure of the choice—and the Taj Mahal granite Jill suggested was absolutely perfect! She also helped me pick our backsplash tile and arranged for the demolition of the old tile and placement of the new subway tile. How does she do that? I’ll tell you: She has an amazing sense of style, color, and design. She also has the project experience necessary to pull things together and get the Job done!! Our home sold to the second family that viewed it. I have no doubt that it is because of the beautiful kitchen that Jill and the fine craftsmen (demo, granite, and tile work teams) that Prefab Granite provided! Kudos, Jill! Thanks for all you did to make it happen!

Angel and the whole crew at Prefab are amazing! They took on my tiny kitchen and eventually my bathroom vanity as well. Both projects turned out beautifully and completely transformed my space! Thank you Martha for making our experience so seamless. We had a very small job but limited time to get this condo kitchen counter put in. Martha is so knowledgeable I feel like the entire transaction took three steps. 1.Emailed kitchen layout with dimensions for counters. 2.Picked out counter top color. 3.Scheduled installation-Counter was Installed. I recommend based on the service and product quality. I didn’t have a chance to shop around for price so I don’t know how their prices compare to others.

The whole process was super easy. I visited the warehouse, picked the stone I liked and immediately, Martha was able to give me a price estimate with the rough dimensions of the 2 countertops I wanted replaced. She didn't pressure me to upgrade or make a decision on the spot. When I was ready to place an order, I gave her a call to schedule the installation date (~1 week out). The installation was also great. They were a bit late but were super quick and left everything spotless. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place!

Prefab Granite Depot did the most amazing job. I have used them for a kitchen in a client's home and on my personal kitchen. My client and I were very satisfied with our kitchen's quality and the service Prefab Granite Depot provided. As all construction projects go, there were issues that popped up with one of the cabinets coming in incorrectly. Granite Depot quickly re-orded the cabinet and installed it correctly. They always came when they said they would and there were no misunderstandings regarding upcharges. Everything was very professional and I will be recommending them again.

This company went above and beyond in every way possible creating our dream home. Everyone was extremely patient and informative. Martha is a scheduling Goddess with great nails.
