I had a great experience working with Pre-Fab Cabinets, to help execute my vision for a complete gut job on my 50 year old builder grade kitchen. We had a great experience with this company. We were on a tight deadline to get our kitchen and bathroom area remodeled and Jill at Prefab Granite Depot did EVERYTHING she could to keep us on schedule. She was very responsive to phone and email and a pleasure to work with. I thought I had one design in mind but after speaking with owner/designer in my home, he made me realize that there was a better way to get everything I wanted to fit within the space. We really appreciated that they worked with us to get the project within our budget. The installers were knowledgeable and helpful, especially Todd who made adjustments as needed. Overall we loved the design and how everything turned out.

My kitchen was in desperate need of an upgrade. The old 80s tile and grout countertops were looking so outdated. We had already moved out of CA and wanted to put the house up for sale. And knowing that a nice kitchen is what really sells a home, we wanted to give it a fresh look that buyers would appreciate. I did my due diligence and called 3 San Diego area granite countertop companies and 2 big box stores for quotes. By far the best, and the one I ended up choosing was Prefab Granit on Miramar Road. And the main reason I chose them is because of the sales rep, Jill. She was just amazing. No other company representative that I spoke to gave me the time and helpful, personal attention that she did. I explained that I was in a time crunch to get my home on the market and lived in another state. I sent pictures of the kitchen, approximate measurements of the counters, and described how the flooring and paint had a warm white tone. From 2000 miles away she helped me pick the granite and backsplash tile and sent me an estimate. When I arrived in town I went to their nice big showroom, I was surprised at their huge selection. I brought my floor tile and paint samples to be sure of the choice—and the Taj Mahal granite Jill suggested was absolutely perfect! She also helped me pick our backsplash tile and arranged for the demolition of the old tile and placement of the new subway tile. How does she do that? I’ll tell you: She has an amazing sense of style, color, and design. She also has the project experience necessary to pull things together and get the Job done!! Our home sold to the second family that viewed it. I have no doubt that it is because of the beautiful kitchen that Jill and the fine craftsmen (demo, granite, and tile work teams) that Prefab Granite provided! Kudos, Jill! The whole process was super easy. I visited the warehouse, picked the stone I liked and immediately, Martha was able to give me a price estimate with the rough dimensions of the 2 countertops I wanted replaced. She didn't pressure me to upgrade or make a decision on the spot. When I was ready to place an order, I gave her a call to schedule the installation date (~1 week out). The installation was also great. They were a bit late but were super quick and left everything spotless. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place!

My client and I were very satisfied with our kitchen's quality and the service Prefab Granite Depot provided. This review is for the gentleman who dropped by my house to look at our bath, determine what was needed to remove the old tub and shower and install a walk in shower in the same space. He did a quick measurement of the original bath, drew up a design of a walk in shower to fill the space, shower me samples and gave me a basic cost estimate. All in less than an hour. I liked it all.

I found Prefab Granite Expo by pure chance when I was looking to remodel my kitchen. I shopped a few other stores, but they were the only one that followed up and wanted my business. I thought their prices were good, but the customer service was great. I worked with a lot of contractors over the years. Prefab was the easiest experience I have ever had. They kept me informed every step of the way. From start to finish it took about 3 1/2 weeks. Most of the job was done when I was out of town. The installation went perfectly. When we were about a week in I added remodel of two bathroom vanities and tops. Everything was done in the 3 1/2 week timeframe. Finish product is beautiful. I worked with Jill she was amazing. I'm happy to say that after looking around at so many kitchen remodeling businesses, including H.D. and Lowes, I made the right decision to go with Prefab. I am not one to make quick decisions, and Martha could not have been a better person to work with. I had a lot to learn and she never failed to take the time to listen to my ideas, educate me when I needed it, and never once did she exude any kind of pressure. Like others have said, her patience is incredible! Always professional and personable, always honest with costs or opinions from my first estimate to design approval. Never upselling and always prompt with communications. Everyone at Prefab was nice to speak with and ready to help each time I visited. And I visited a lot. The installers were on time, worked very hard, respectful and skillful to say the least. I heard stories of so many people with so many issues with their kitchen projects. I'm pleased to say my install went as Martha and Waiss said it would. They may or may not have what you are looking for, but they do have a nice show room and lots of options for cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, etc. I definitely recommend that if you are thinking about any aspect of kitchen remodeling, you take time to visit Prefab. Talk with Martha (or others there), and find out what they may be able to do for you. Prefab was far from the top of my list when I first started. But each time I visited to compare, double check on something, or simply add to the countless questions I asked of them, they impressed me more and more. And soon they became the company to beat. On time, on budget, quality installation with fantastic customer service along the way. I wish other home projects I contracted out went close to how my kitchen went. Maybe I was fortunate. Remodeled my mom's kitchen and I needed a new countertop. Based on my past experience with Prefab Granite, I contacted them again after a few years and was thrilled to hear Martha was still working there! She's the best. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Selecting product can be very difficult and I totally trust Martha's opinion. I selected two slabs and later that afternoon, I got an email from Martha telling me to take another trip out there because she didn't feel the two pieces I selected matched. I was so thankful she contacted me because she was right, they didn't match! She took the time out of her busy day and looked over the slabs after I left! I am not sure any other place would have done that! She truly cares about her customers and wants to be sure they are completely satisfied, and she knew I would not be satisfied with the slabs I purchased. Now that is customer service at its finest! Installers Gerardo and Benjamin are great installers! I was concerned about our 40-year-old cabinets being damaged during demo. They were very careful and didn't do any damage to our cabinets. I appreciate them being extra careful and for being very respectful of our property. They did a great job installing my new quartz countertop. The measurements were very precise. They were very respectful, and I am grateful they were my installers. I LOVE our new countertop. Prefab has a great selection, prices and the best customer service! I had a couple of projects that weren't the kind of standard projects, a small vanity and a bigger bathroom vanity. I am so impressed how the staff worked with me to accommodate all the little details that I didn't think about. They are reliable, punctual, honest and really do have your best interest at heart. Angel went above and beyond and worked out the most cost effective way for me to do my projects. He suggested using one sheet of quartz for both my vanities which saved me a lot of money. My projects were several weeks apart so they stored the extra piece of quartz until I was ready for it. The installers were knowledgable and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up well. There was a small color irregularity on one of the vanity doors and they replaced it without question. I highly recommend this company for your kitchen or bathroom designs. What a gem.

It was a complex, time consuming project but the team at Prefab Granite Depot soldiered through it providing excellent ongoing advice. For a first time owner/builder the cabinet experience was one of the easiest and less stressful of our whole project. Weiss came out and measured and gave us a layout that worked perfectly. Our sales rep, Angel, was absolutely fantastic. He gave me helpful and cost effective ideas. He responded to my texts super quick and gave me answers and suggestions. Can't say enough positive things about Angel. Ricardo, the installer, worked his magic in getting our bathroom cabinetry to fit perfectly. Prefab Granite Depot was amazing to work with. My first time around I found an amazing reminant that would fit perfectly on our bathroom vanity. We ran a tad short of material for the back splash so I returned (several times actually ) and found a similar chunck in their reminant stack. I must've come by at least 8 times. The staff was so patient and that means the world to me. The stock guys would pull out several pieces for me so i had plenty of options. I wanted the back splash to have similar lines as the counter. All in all it came out so beautiful! Thank you all for being so patient.

The whole gang at Prefab Granite Depot was awesome! We DIY'd everything in our kitchen Reno except the new countertops. We didn't want to risk messing those up, since the countertops were the thing with the highest cost in our project. We looked all over SD, and decided to give PGD try. They had a fantastic selection of Calacatta quartz to chose from - at the best prices we had seen. Angel helped us pick our slab and guided us through making sure we had everything ready for installation day. The guys came out in the morning and had the finished slabs installed in our galley kitchen in less than one day - and that included the fact that they had to do the cutting and prep work off site! We are thrilled with our new quartz countertops and our experience! We highly recommend the PGD for the price, quality of material and work, and especially the ease and friendliness with which Angel and the guys got us through the whole process.

Employees are well experienced and give there best recommendations to what you need. ADVICE: Make sure you measure out your Countertops accurately, a new sink and new Faucet ( they will only place the new sink & faucet in for you not install) Can be done all in one day.

I used Prefab Granite Depot for a few jobs, and every time they have been amazing to work with. Here is review about our recent kitchen countertops: Really great team to work with, have a wonderful selection of countertops, latest styles, all nicely organized in one place in their show room, and range of price points. Project turned out great! There was a little hiccup (not Granite Depot fault) and they were on it and they helped get it corrected -- they should teach a class on great customer service, and you can tell they really care about their clients, and providing 100% great product and service. I am now using them for other projects and so glad to find a company I can trust, and has great prices and selection of materials!

Our Kitchen remodel came out amazing. Clara and Weiss from Prefab worked with us as I did a lot of the demo and building and took out some walls, meaning we had to move some items around and they came up with some great ideas on how to make things work. People come into our kitchen and are amazed at how great it came out. We have had several neighbors inspired by what we did. I did do some custom items and the granite and cabinet guys made sure that they put in the extra effort to make sure it came out right. I did a flip out window which required them to match the elevation of the countertop inside, it was a lot of work for them, but, they got it perfect! Now I can slide drinks to my guests right out the window to the outdoor bar.

Where do I start? So happy with the end result! We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen, we came across Prefab Granite Depot and it was such a pleasant experience! Wise sat down with us and did the 3D design and was very professional with us. The staff was very kind and friendly especially Martha ,she went above and beyond making sure we got everything and scheduled everything for us. Would answer our emails in a timely manner. Also, she worked with our budget . The employees always showed up on time , everything went according to plan. Very happy with the end result! My kitchen looked beautiful just how I had pictured it to be. Very higher quality cabinets. Definitely recommend this place. Check them out , if you are in the process of a kitchen remodel.

I fell in love with another slab that they did not carry & at no small cost took the custom fabrication route. I would not hesitate to use them if the Prefab route would have worked with my plans. Everyone was very helpful and very courteous. The selection was pretty extensive so I went with a white with veins going in both directions to match it better. The match on one seam was absolutely perfect. The second seam was not matched as well, but still looked pretty good. I only had 2 seams and they are both very, very thin and not very noticeable. Because I live in a condo, I would have had to cut a slab because of the size of the freight elevator; so I went pre-fab to save the money and it worked out really, really well. And the scheduling of measurement and installation was very quick and they worked with my schedule. All in all, I would highly recommend this company.

Prefab Granite Depot is an amazing business. We first hired them to do our half bath and we were so pleased with their work that we hired them back to remodel our entire kitchen. Waiss did an incredible job with the design of the cabinets and granite. The installation crew was polite, meticulous, and professional. They were always helpful and attentive when I had questions or concerns about the project. After the work was completed, we had friends and family over to see our kitchen. They were so impressed with their work that they hired them to remodel two other kitchens. Recently, we hired them again to do a custom project. I wanted to have a cabinet and bar sink unit built to house a Miele Built in Coffee Machine and wine fridge. I went to Prefab with my idea and met with Elsie who helped me put my ideas together. I then met with Waiss who put together the final design plan for building the custom unit. On the day of the installation, Miguel and his crew arrived on time to start work. By the end of the day the work was completed, and we had a beautiful custom bar, coffee station and wine fridge installed. The following day, Igore and his crew showed up and completed the granite work that involved fabricating a custom granite top for the bar and sink. Elsie was always helpful, keeping me informed and making sure the project was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Prefab Granite Depot to anybody planning to renovate their kitchen or bath.

They did a great job. I took in my sketch and they worked from that finalizing the measurements when they came to install. The granite is beautiful and the installation couldn't have been better. We met with Waiss at Prefab Granite Deport to look into remodeling our 20 year old kitchen. Waiss made the whole process seamless, and took the stress out of it. Waiss was very patient and took his time to explain the pros and cons of various products based on our needs and provided valuable input. Once we picked our cabinet and stone, a follow up appointment to get our kitchen dimensions was quickly completed.
