Last night our undermount sink became loose, and when I reached out to PT, James had a professional and friendly employee come out within a few hours... and he remounted and resealed the sink with newer hardware that is better than the original install. Their commitment to service is a "cut" above the rest, pun intended!

Our project was minor compared to some (a small galley kitchen and two small bathroom vanities), but we were treated with the same professionalism, courtesy, and respect by Precision Tops as someone with a massive kitchen remodel. We were totally satisfied with every aspect of the job from guidance when selecting countertop material to templating to installation and will definitely chose Precision Tops if we have another project in the future. What a friendly and obliging staff!

Doing a complete kitchen remodel, new cabinets, countertop, appliances, flooring. Was NOT using Precision Tops, LLC for the countertops but another countertop company I will keep unnamed for now. Everything going on schedule, kitchen is torn apart and new cabinets installed, and now it goes bad fast. The original countertop provider skips my template appt, shows up almost a week later. It also took them over three months to get me an estimate on Corian vs quartz. A week after templating I find out it will take a month more from that day to get countertops installed. I now have not been able to use my kitchen for over a month, and it will be more than a month more till I can. In a panic I called Precision Tops LLC. They got me an estimate in a few hours, AND got the countertops templated, manufactured, and installed in ~2 weeks after I first talked to them! Amazing service! AND to top it off I got quartz at Precision for over a $1,000 LESS than the Corian I was going to get from the old provider. A WIN WIN WIN all the way around for me finding Precision Tops. Thanks so much Precision Tops!

The staff was very welcoming, kept our little toddler entertained while we browsed their selection and were willing to answer all of our questions without delay. Their template team was on time, accurate as well as the installation crew. The installed product just blew us away. Absolutely transformed our kitchen! The price was on point given the level of service that they provided.

Had an undermount sink break loose from the stone, and they had a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman out within a few hours, and had the sink in a much better condition than its original state.
