Recently Precision Granite provided the quartz countertops and backsplash in connection with the renovation of our kitchen and laundry room. From our initial meeting through the installation we found the owners to be helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. There was an accidental delay in installing our countertops and the company put immediate and amazing resources to work in order to keep our install on track. When things like this happen and the firm goes to great lengths to deliver a beautifully finished product on time, you know you selected the right company. After a disastrous experience with another company, a friend recommended Precision Granite and Marble. I'm only sorry I didn't go to them first! They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient ... and the cost was much less. I couldn't be happier with the company, the people and the results. My wife and I were embarking upon a kitchen remodel and wanted to work with a quartz dealer/fabricator rather than working through a flooring showroom as a middleman. We were fortunate to find Precision Granite and Marble in Bluffton. The sales & design staff was great and the customer service, installation and follow-up was excellent. We had a minor issue following installation and the owner was on-site the next day and the installers back in the afternoon to make the fix. These days everyone has a poor excuse for poor service - NOT PG&M! Highly recommended! Bill - Hilton Head Island

Precision Granite and Marble in Bluffton was amazing. So professional and talented and reliable. Wendy and Tom answered all my questions and help me design what I was hoping for . I wanted a higher back splash and I was worried that would look odd. The crew came in and everyone wore a mask . They installed my quartz and I love it! !

We had our old countertops removed, then had installed new Curaba.countertops. They are absolutely beautiful and perfect. Precision Granite was most helpful in choosing the right countertop design, as well as outstanding installation. The install crew was very professional, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. Highly recommend this company for your countertop needs.

Started out great. They were fast, efficient, and seemed to know their stuff. On the day of installation, they were 3 hours late with no notice until we called them. When they finally showed up, the three installers were perfect. They knew what they were doing, and they kept us informed with any problems that came up. Now that the install is done, we were suddenly presented with a bill that was $30 higher because of "shims" that they had to add to our counter to make it level. I can't believe a half a dozen shims cost $30. One in particular is hanging out over so we can't even repair of the coving to make it look good. The grid we ordered to protect the sink, is "backordered due to Covid". The entire top counter surface is raised between 3/4 and 1 inch. I understand our counters are not perfectly level, but I think the whole thing was mismeasured and they had to spend $30 worth of shims to fix it. I was very impressed going in with these people, but now, I don't think I'll be recommending them.

I visited Precision Granite and Marble over 3 weeks ago. I have had an awful time trying to get them to call me back and/or return emails. I keep going over there and asking to see granite and they tell me they will "call later today". My sales person, Wendy, never calls me. Today I stopped over there and they again said that they would call. Wendy called me. I told her that I would prefer to work with another sales person since we did not seem able to coordinate. She told me that that was not an option and that I should buy my granite somewhere else. She then hung up on me. I will shop somewhere else and suggest that other people do too.
