General information about Pinnacle StoneWorks
Countertops must be durable since they are exposed to constant aggravating factors, such as moisture, light, heat, and shocks. Stone is resistant to these factors. Thus, stone tabletops are popular. Pinnacle StoneWorks is ready to fabricate countertops of any shape, pattern, and size. Workers take measurements and designers cooperate with clients to develop drafts during the preparatory stage. Besides functionality, countertops upgrade interiors, decorating modern kitchens and vanities. The company partners with both private house owners and legal entities. The furniture cost includes transportation and mounting.

The team at Pinnacle was really easy to work with and the stone turned out beautifully. Their team had to do some very specific round cuts around the wood beams in our living area, and cut the stone with more precision than I even thought possible. It turned out perfectly! And their pricing was great.

Elena was very helpful - answering all of my questions and giving good advice on the selection of our granite. The shop did a very professional job on the fabrication of our materials and they went above and beyond expectations when I arrived to pick up the finished product. You can't even see the seam between the two pieces unless you know where it is. I was very glad that I chose Pinnacle StoneWorks for my kitchen remodel. Thanks very much!

I can't recommend Pinnacle Stoneworks enough! Natalya walked us through the vast stone yard helping us to find stone for our bathroom and our kitchen that perfectly fit our vision. After we selected our pieces, Emma and the team helped us to complete the project from drawings to demo to install in less than a month, meeting our very tight timeline needs. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We couldn't be happier with our new countertops!

Natalya and her staff were very knowledgeable and supporting through the selection, and installation period. Natalya was very helpful determining what slabs were going to be durable in an exterior environment, as well as interior. The inventory that was available was amazing. The cost comparison to other suppliers was not even comparable with what extra support and help I received from Natalya and her staff. They also have been available beyond installation for care and questions regarding the products purchased. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Stoneworks for all granite and quartz products.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience working with Pinnacle Stoneworks! From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the results are absolutely stunning. 🌟 The selections and design assistance we received for our countertops, shower bench, curb, and hallway counter were top-notch. Natayla was an absolute delight to work with—so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
The team worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring the measuring, fabrication, and installation fit perfectly within our remodeling timeline. We chose gorgeous granite and quartzite for our countertops and paired them with stunning glass vessel sinks in our two bathroom remodels. The final results are truly breathtaking—every selection looks AMAZING and has transformed our spaces!
The Pinnacle Stoneworks team treated our project with the utmost care, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We highly, highly recommend them for any home improvement project. They’re the best in the business! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would have loved to be writing a 5 star review. However, I have noticed after paying $6,318, theres been some mistakes that are inexcusable. Paying this much for such a high quality item, I would expect near perfect. The sink hole was not cut for center of the sink cabinet, making the faucet to the right, and when the owner installed the dishwasher brackets to the counter, he cracked my new cabinets. On top of barley adequate communication, I email them expressing whats written above and I didn't receive a reply. After 3 days I decided to call the office and said she would discuss this and I haven't heard back after a week. Good people, but they don't know how to run a business to get returning customers. Now I cant finish this review with only negatives. There were some positives I did find. Installation day went smooth. Our island was massive and they needed extra hands to install. All the employees were pleasant and well knowledge. Minus the fact they didn't tell me the sink wasn't centered. Even though communication was lacking in the end, it was always cordial. And they got me in fast! That was a huge positive when other companies were telling me they were 2 months out.

All I can say is that these guys really stand behind their work. I recently used Pinnacle Stoneworks for our bathroom remodel. We had some challenges due to the unique type of marble we had selected, but the guys at Pinnacle Stoneworks worked hard to get everything right, even coming out multiple times after they had gotten fully paid -- this says a lot about the integrity of the company.

I want to say nice things about Pinnacle Stoneworks because of the unusual stone that they carry. I was first drawn to a piece of Quartzite that they had on their website. I was looking for something different. I found just the thing that I was looking for plus a couple of remnants that are going to be used on my desk and in my laundry room. They have a very good supply of everything however. I also want to say something nice about Elena. She has a really good sense of style and color, so, if you are in doubt about your choices, she is one to get advice from. They did tell me that they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, that they fall somewhere in the middle. I would have given them a five, if they were less expensive.

Positive experience with Pinnacle. Did a very nice install on the kitchen counter but we hit a snag where the stone we picked had a natural flaw we did see. Pinnacle helped find a replacement piece that saved buying an extra slab instead of two new slabs.
Bathroom counters were perfect from the beginning.
Well done

Their quotes are far from the actual cost, so beware of this company (in my case it was doubled). It felt like a lot of nickel and diming to me. Why would a company quote for the granite and install, but not removal of old counters or even rehook up of sink hardware? Perhaps if I knew their quote was for basic rock and install only, then I wouldn't have been so disappointed, but that wasn't clear. When I want a job done, I guess I just want everything taken care of and not have to worry about anything. If that's what you want too, then this company isn't for you unfortunately. I cancelled my install because of it and went with someone else more reputable.

All aspects of this company's work was very sub-par (sales, fabrication, and installation). The sales person was unknowledgeable and unresponsive. The countertops we received were not smooth and there were chips in it. The installers didn't caulk around the edges and left a scratch. When I spoke with the manager, she said that you have to allow for human error. Uhhh, no I don't. I paid well for a professional job and beautiful product, and that's what I should get. Customer service is very poor.

Our countertop slabs were delivered and installed damaged. There was no protection on the slabs on the delivery truck. When I tried to contact them I had zero response. Our general contractor finally got a response and the Pinnacle employee that finally came out told us it was going to be a major hassle to do the repair and didn't know when they would be able to schedule it.
Luckily our contractor found someone else to do the repair. He did a wonderful job, and it took only 2 hours.
I would NOT recommend Pinnacle Stoneworks

Wish I'd had the opportunity to work with them. After going to the showroom and feeling like the man behind the computer was completely annoyed that I was there, to watching the dog pee all over the slabs outside then choosing countertops and accepting their bid, they never returned my request to get an installation date. Not sure what is going on with this company, but I had to take my business elsewhere.

I am another badly dissatisfied customer, here is my tale of woe.
My wife purchased a large quartz counter top. The installation team showed up, clearly in a big hurry to get on to the next job.
My wife had stipulated that Pinnacle deliver the cut-outs from the counter top. They did not have the cutout, offering to give us cutouts later, that never happened.
The install team brought the counter top in on a cart that held the slab in a vertical orientation. When they removed the slab from the cart, they rotated it, putting a slight arc-shaped scratch on the face of the slab. This scratch was only perceptible in the light of a reflection off the counter-top surface, which I didn't see until the install team had left.
During placement, one of the cabinet supports interfered with the insertion of the attached sink. The installation team's impatience was especially apparent when one big hamfisted Russian began to use his fist to beat on the protruding wood until I stopped him and had my contractor saw off the interfering piece. The install team also scratched the edges in two places.
We later noticed the scratch and edge damage, and contacted Pinnacle. A few days later they sent a technician. He fixed the edges but said he couldn't fix the surface, but that Pinnacle had an individual with the tools to polish out the surface scratch.
I contacted Pinnacle, asking they send the surface polishing specialist, but Pinnacle denied responsibility and tried to place blame elsewhere. I wrote them with my eye-witness account, but their response was only to served me with notice of their intent to place a lien if we did not pay the balance.
We paid top dollar, expecting a company to stand behind their product.
Instead, I received broken promises, unwillingness to stand behind their installation team, and disregard toward a customer with a legitimate complaint. I warn anyone else considering Pinnacle, look elsewhere.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option... I'm posting again as my original posting was moved to not recommended after being posted for about a year. ???
Do your homework... they are overpriced.
Here's my story - I purchased a livingsocial $1000 "deal" for $349. I did some research first but as you can only buy and use coupons if you are a new customer - you can't call for a quote and then come back with the "deal"... you're not a new customer anymore.
When I went to redeem it I was told it couldn't be used for remnants (it wasn't spelled out in their ad so btw remnants = sale items) - there were two pieces in the style I wanted that would have fit 2 of the 3 surfaces - would they not give me a price on remnants even when I told them I wouldn't use the "deal"... essentially I was banned from remnants. I doubt they give a break on remnants...you probably still pay top $.
The quote they provided me to do my kitchen with all new (whole slab purchases) was almost $8k. I got it done for $3750.
So I asked "okay how about just for the 3' x 6' island". That came back at $3,500. Less the $1000 "deal" is $2500 and I could get from a competitor the exact same product for $1850. You do the math even with the $349 I was out for the "deal"... the competitor was a better choice.
So get this... YOU buy the whole slab of anything... say they use only 1/3 of that whole slab - not only do you pay for slab but then they put remainder on their Remnants to sell to someone else.
I'm posting again as they continue to offer livingsocial "deals" - Had I seen how they really work I would have avoided this "deal".
Also of note... Sergi is the owner and posted his own review which is also not recommended.

Does Pinnacle StoneWorks offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Pinnacle StoneWorks performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Pinnacle StoneWorks provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Pinnacle StoneWorks, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Pinnacle StoneWorks in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
