I didn’t shop around too much bc I had heard positive comments from family who used this company and were very happy! Emily and her husband ( sorry forgot his name) are a young couple who work very hard to run a successful business with competitive prices. Emily was attentive and stayed in contact due to our delay. She never promised what she could not deliver. The workmanship was outstanding and installation efficient as well as tidy. This project was a “freshen up” to get my dtg through the next few years until a complete kitchen reno could be done. Emily helped choose a counter top that was in a reasonable price keeping to get budget. She never tried to upsell . I highly recommend this company to others.

My countertop looks wonderful! Pine Hill Fabricators did an amazing job! After having a nightmare experience with another company for 5 weeks, I found Pine Hill Fabricators on the manufacturers website. The best idea ever to switch companies, a much better experience! From the start Liz in the office was so much help in informing that the original sheen of laminate I wanted was softer material than another option of the same pattern. She even showed what she meant by writing on a piece of paper and showing that a slight impression was made on the soft silk sheen. She never tried talking me out of what I wanted, just gave some knowledge of the product which helped me decide to go with the glossy sheen instead. Joe came the very next day to measure. He notified me that he was going on vacation for a week. Even with the vacation my countertop was start to finish installed within 2 1/2 weeks. Joe and his team were very pleasant and helpful with any questions, concerns, and recommendations. I have a large peninsula countertop that has a partial wall running through it. They were able to make the countertop one piece with beveled edges all manufactured in their shop. It fit perfect with Joe's spot on measurements and exceptional workmanship. Fantastic job, I highly recommend Pine Hill Fabricators! They made my nightmare from another company, a dream come true!

Emily and Her Hubby run a great little business, we had a great experience with them. Right from the selection of product to the install everything was very professional. We purchased our Countertop along with the sink and faucet, so much easier that way no second guessing if things were going to fit or not, after install and cleanup it looked like no one was even here. Fantastic purchase experience. We shopped a bit before stopping at Pine Hill Fabricators. Most sales reps said that no matter what we looked at, it would be beautiful in our kitchen. At Pine Hill, Liz took the time to learn our preferences and "likes". She was very knowledgeable about the materials, colors and patterns available and made recommendations that made sense. She provided large scrap samples from the shop of the materials that we were interested in for us to take home to "see" in our kitchen. We could not get a real feel for colors from the manufacturer sample chips, nor how they would look in the various light levels throughout the day and evening. We had a space issue and close tolerances with the refrigerator door that opened into a walkthrough area. When Joe came to measure the job, he was very deliberate in his measurements to accommodate our issue. The staff built the countertop precisely to his measurements and when Joe and Mark came for the install, it fit perfectly. They were extremely careful in removal of the old countertop as to not disturb the wall tile or lower cabinets and were very particular about cleanup when the job was finished. During the installation, they noticed a plumbing problem and after telling us about it, went ahead and corrected the problem. We are very happy with the finished job and love the appearance of the seamless undermount of a quartz Karran Sink.

The entire experience with this company was fantastic! My wife’s experience with Emily was super breezy and stress-free. Zach and Scott and one other young fella (forgot his name) were awesome and easy to talk to and when they found an issue after the initial demolition (they had hoped and were prepared to install same day, even started dropping the countertops in actually) they decided against it, saying literally “you are spending good money on this, it should be done right.” I agreed and they did it right! Everything came out perfectly just a few days later! You can tell this is more than a transaction for them. They care about their work! Highly recommend!

sorry to say we have to give this a one star review. we had a sink that was measured wrong, and we were told we would have to wait for install. luckily they finished quickly and were able to come back the next day. the materials are first rate, but i was left with a very visible seam in my counter top.

We remodeled our kitchen 14 years ago and had Corian countertops installed. I recently noticed a crack in the countertop in front of a burner on the countertop stove top. The company that did the installation is no longer in business. I found that not many businesses repair Corian. Luckily I found Pine Hill Fabricators. They have wonderful customer service and were able to schedule an appointment around my busy schedule. The fabricator, Joe, was prompt and did a beautiful job. The repair is meticulous and know one will ever know there was a crack. He also made sure the area was cleaned and we were satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend Pine Hill Fabricators if you are buying new countertops or need a repair. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for a company to make a nice counter top for your kitchen, look no further-Pine Hill fabricators are the best in Buffalo! This is a family business and they treat you like family! They have a very good variety of materials to choose from, make it quick and with an excellent quality of work. Our small kitchen's laminate counter top now has an expensive look of a granite. Very poor communication starting with initial interaction with Emily in the office. Emily answered my questions with non-answers or very superficial answers and pretended they were correct and refused to be accountable for her part in a miscommunication. Also during our interactions I went back to her office to verify the placement of the seam in my quartz countertop and when the countertop was installed the seam was in a completely different place from where she verified it would be! She sent two workers to my house to do a tear out. Unfortunately these workers did not know what to do when they incorrectly shut the water off and it leaked down the back of my sink wall all over my kitchen floor and into my basement. It was a very frustrating situation that would have been ameliorated if there was a lead worker with them like the one that they had to call in AFTER it happened. Worst part for me was that I indicated that I would be open to having a conversation in the attempt to understand their side and feel taken care of and no one ever contacted me to have this discussion. Having said all this I need to make a distinction between this company and the company that they use for the quartz countertop Queen city quartz. They were fabulous they did a fantastic job with the installation and even when there were a few issues they took care of them right away and their communication was stellar!

At first, it appeared everyone was working towards my 8K project in good faith. My wife wanted quartz countertops. However, this company showed its true colors when it first demanded a 50% deposit before anything was even measured (on everything including the extras). We are dealing with countertops here people, and even the Representative of the company sent out (Stone Services?) that does the actual measurement said that at least 10% of the jobs have to be declined because of the countertops not being leveled enough. Now, answer me this: why would anyone in the position of President, who should understand the above, begin buying the "extras" before the job is even measured and cleared to proceed? No one with good business sense would do that. That sounds like a highly inexperienced President to me. Though Emily was nice and at first claimed she was going to try and send our faucet back, she then made the excuse that she couldn't. So we ended up only getting a 50% refund from the money deposited for the new faucet setup. Now imagine if she had gone out and bought the sink before the job was even measured? Bottom line here people is that this President, though seemingly nice and cordial, is highly inexperienced resulting in the following. Everyone knows that certain business losses are already priced in to yearly budgets going forward, etc. Because she failed to waive the loss on the faucet (about $120), which we all know is already calculated into prices as business losses, this company (once I level my cabinets) will never get the $8,000.00 job it would have gotten. Is that an intelligent business decision? I would be curious to get the opinion of her Boss and Supervisor; perhaps the CEO of the Company. Their loss; not mine. And because I could see where this could have gone even more horribly wrong (like her trying to not refund half the cost of the sink if she had gone out prematurely and obtained it), I would never recommend this business to anyone. I have no animosity towards this person; but believe there is much for her to learn; and would avoid the business at all costs.

did my countertops and left a seam about a foot from the edge of the counter. no explanation and nothing they said they could do about it. very sloppy work, installed a new sink and facet which leaked. they get no stars from us. customer service is terrible.
