After searching many vendors for the purpose of getting new granite countertops for my kitchen and hall bathroom without finding the kind of quality stone I wanted, I found Petrus Countertops and was immediately well-impressed by the slabs at their warehouse. They hand-pick only the best granite and quartz. I was able to find exactly the kind of grey granite with white streaks that I had in mind. Compared to big box stores and chains, their granite seems more like marble, and can provide unique slabs that bigger chain stores can't. I also was very happy with the quality of the installation work, and the fact that they provide removal of old countertops, the option of adding sinks, and an in-house plumbing service to disconnect and reconnect the sinks and fixtures. I highly recommend Fabio and Luiz at Petrus for all you stone countertop needs.

We couldn’t be happier with Petrus and the work they did. They gave us an amazing price for new granite countertops in 3 bathrooms & our kitchen, and installed new backsplash and 4 new sinks. They did everything, from removing/reinstalling mirrors, removing old backsplash and repaiiring drywall, popping out/reinstalling window shutters around the area, plumbing, & final paint touch ups, all with care, within the timeline given, and absolutely beautiful work! They even managed to salvage our old granite so we could resell it. Every single crew member arrived on time, communication was always immediate and thorough, and I felt as though they truly cared that we were happy throughout the entire process from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and professional, I’ve never had a better experience with contracting crews and remodeling companies. I will definitely use them for all of our future home remodeling needs and 10/10 RECOMMEND this company to everyone we know. Thank you so much!

Imagine our surprise when we had the misfortune of cracking our composite sink & needed a replacement. We are relatively new to the state & learned about Petrus Countertops from a friend of a friend, so entered into the relationship a bit nervously. I was very concerned about the replacement given that our granite countertop needed to be cut. It was an unnecessary worry. From the beginning, it was evident that customer satisfaction is top of mind for Petrus. The work (and clean up) was flawless, the estimate was spot on, the installation took place per schedule & overall all it was wonderful engagement. This company is amazing! Fabio, our countertop installers, our cabinet painter (Enrique)...even Jennifer from the office...all awesome! From start to finish, they did such an excellent job! They arrived when scheduled, kept us updated on every step and finished everything in the timelines that had been stated. None of that was the case with a previous company we had used for a bathroom remodel. It was great to have a company this time, that made the whole process so easy, while also providing such a fabulous finished product. Would highly recommend them to anyone who asks (they were actually were highly recommended to us by a good friend), and would definitely use them again for any future remodel needs!

My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money. After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus. After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with. He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word. I highly respect a business owner that does this! Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite. I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install. This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops! Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed. Fabio and staff did an outstanding job on our kitchen renovation/replacing the countertops. We selected a Wolf Cook Top which would require a precise fabrication - recessed and flush mount installation. The appliance installers were as impressed as we were. They said the fabrication on this countertop was the best they had ever seen. We received great service, professional, top quality work with a good price. I highly recommend Petrus!

We just had our quartz countertop and subway tile backsplash redone and completed on 11/21/23. This was the honestly the easiest and most stress free transaction and process. All of the installers from the counter installers to the plumber for the sink plumbing to the drywaller for the replacement and repair were on time and great at their trade. We are super picky and one of the reasons we went with Petrus was because Victor gave us his word that all of his installers were great. I honestly did not expect the whole process to go as smooth as it did! We are grateful for the way Petrus does business. The communication and updates were great as well. Petrus was recommended to me by my brother who used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We also had a great experience with our kitchen remodel, and are now having our bathrooms done. Fabio is great to work with and recommended some details I would not have thought of myself. He will give his honest opinion but is not pushy at all. I told him from the beginning that I am a perfectionist and will notice anything not done right...and I found out he is too! Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation. We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS. There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business. From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display. We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates. He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing. When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva. Friendly and reassuring. We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece! We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view. Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : ) The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure. Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers. Kitchen renovation in process. The signature piece was just installed. We give 5 stars to Petrus Granite, a small business here in Phoenix. From start to finish, we were impressed by the communications, scheduling and of course access to the most beautiful piece of nature that has become a piece of art in our forever home. Ivan and Gerardo (the installers for Petrus a 5 star business) were on time, and a pleasure to welcome to our home. Their skill and pleasant natures will be remembered by us for years to come. We met with & received bids from 4 different companies, once we met Fabio, we knew we wanted to go with him. To our surprise, their bid was the lowest when equally compared & the amount of professionalism was tremendously more than the rest. I have worked with Fabio on two different jobs. They replaced our countertops in the bathroom and kitchen in a guest house (2017) and then more recently in Nov 2018 which was a total remodel. In this more recent project we had a ton of detail, cuts and mitering that was done. We also purchased our quartz directly with them. These guys are absolutely exceptional to work with. Professional, incredible attention to detail and very nice guys. This is not the norm in this business. They did a water fall edge for us that is just gorgeous. Including photos here of their more recent work. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I never give poor reviews and really had high hopes based on the positive reviews ( although most are very old). I am really disappointed with this company. The owner Fabio came out to my home and gave us an estimate. We communicated for weeks planning my kitchen remodel with Jennifer. I purchased the materials needed and they gave me an appointment to come to the shop to review everything with the owner Fabio and sign the contract. My husband and I took the day off to meet at their warehouse to look at quartzite materials and sign the contract. We arrived early and no one was at the shop. I called several times and finally an employee named Jennifer answers to tell us they will not be able to meet today. I understand emergencies happen, but a phone call to cancel would have been the least they could do after we drove for 45 minutes to the shop. I should have not had to keep calling and be stuck outside in this Arizona heat trying to figure out what is going on. The owner Fabio never returned my call. No follow up to reschedule...nothing! Complete disregard for our time and project. Horrible service and a waste of time. ****Here is one of two estimates attached, I also have the text message transcripts between the company and I for our appointment that shows the date and time( Friday ) as well as other information regarding final colors and materials. Next time please be honest and just accept your mistake and apologize for wasting our time. I would have been happy to update my review based on that, but falsely claiming that I am not a customer when you have been to my home for an estimate and follow up is very unprofessional. ****
