We purchased custom quartz countertops from Petram on our most recent ADU, and are extremely happy with the whole experience. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and it took less than a week to order the slab and install. We absolutely recommend them, and will go with Petram countertops again for our next project.

The entire process was quick and painless. Everybody there was super friendly and helpful. My original wait time was going to be two weeks from deposit to install but they had an sooner appointment for measurements and a sooner day for install, so we got our countertops installed in 4 days! Very professional and knowledgeable. Since I only had one night to prepare for install I didn't get my island %100 level (not complaining) but they came in and adjusted it to perfection. Highly recommend! (ignore the mess in the photos, were still finishing the remodel)

We have had petram countertops do several projects for us now. They have done a couple kitchens and bathrooms for us. They are awesome to work with and I trust them which for me is the biggest part when working with a contractor. They complete work on time and there was never any issues on multiple projects we have used them for. I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for someone to do any kind of quartz/granite work for you …look no further! I’ve done a few houses with Vitaliy and his team and I’m extremely impressed by his quality work and how quickly he makes everything happen every time. Most honest, skilled, kind gentleman I’ve met and I highly recommend them. I will only come back to Vitaliy and his team for future projects.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to share my experience with these guys. I am very pleased with their work ! In addition I really appreciate the straight forward approach rarely to find honest people in the industry . I did find that with this company/ the Ower, fair timing on a rather larger project executed perfectly and flawlessly. I had 6 bathrooms and 2 kitchens a 24 foot island custom Sinks , I am pleased with there work and how they handled rather fragile marble materials experienced group, I would not hesitate to use in the near future thank you. 5 starts I’d give them 6 if there was a option well deserved , they left a lasting impression on me.

After searching for some time I stumbled on Petram for a kitchen counter and bathroom counter remodel. The communication from start to finish was absolutely incredible. Vitaliy had tons of knowledge and suggestions about companies to use to get quality quartz for the job. I ended up taking a ton of his suggestions. He made multiple quotes with multiple options to help me understand my choices clearly. As soon as I made a decision on product the process of getting them in was quicker than I could imagine. It was less than two weeks to get the entire job done. The workers who came over were courteous and did a great job. I'm extremely happy with my choice for counters now just need new appliances and my kitchen will be done. Thank you for an incredible job done!

We hired West Coast Granite & Flooring, Inc. to do a small modification to our existing stone countertops and they were amazing! The office was easy to work with and seemed to genuinely care about even our very small project. The crew they sent was professional, courteous, and lightning FAST! We'll definitely use them again when it comes time to replace our bathroom countertops.

Absolutely AMAZING company to work with! It took me over 6 months to finally pick out my countertops! Angela, the front desk lady, was amazing every single time. She answered my questions, was so patient and kind, I never once felt pressured to purchase anything. The install day was just as amazing! The guys didn't speak a lot of English but were fantastic people! Very happy, smiley, and so thorough. I did the work myself prepping the countertops and a ledge and I did not make it level. These men were beyond helpful and took the time to level it out for me on multiple different areas and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. My countertops turned out better than I could have ever imagined!!! They went over and over, sanding every spot that may have needed more to make sure it was absolutely perfect. They made the perfect cuts in the perfect spots and I couldn't be happier!!!! My parents recommended this company to me because of the great experience they had and I will do the same. I will never go anywhere else for my countertop work and I will push anyone I know towards West Coast because I believe they are the best company out there, all around! They were so friendly, always on time, and they're work is amazing. Talk to Angela, don't even consider anywhere else! :)
