Just had a less than desirable experience with Personal Touch. Their fabrication was less than desirable and when I called about it they weren’t even willing to reduce the price. So I paid full price for a remnant that wasn’t fabricated properly. Not happy. Won’t do business with them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them. Really unfortunate. Product itself is beautiful.

We visited the showroom/office for a "look-see" and review of products & charges. No commitment yet, but the office people were professional and addressed ALL questions directly and courteously. I have been using Personal Touch Countertops for over 5 years now and they amaze me every single time with their professionalism and attention to detail. Cannot express enough how quick and easy the process is from choosing your stone to installation. The front office ladies are amazing to work with and the atmosphere makes you feel welcomed every time. Highly recommend. Service and communication were excellent throughout the entire process. Due to a supplier issue, the quartz I had ordered was not going to be delivered on time for my install schedule, so Personal Touch allowed me to substitute a higher priced stone for my original cost. On the day of the install, the owner drove to Orlando to pick it up at (no charge to me), and then they fabricated and installed it on the same day! Installation of kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms was immaculate. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you!

All the staff at Personal Touch countertops are very nice, specially the owner Luciano. I can see that They work really hard, and always have us customers in their minds. They have a top notch installer named Fabrício which is also very nice. I strongly recommend this company.

When shopping for new counter tops our last stop was Personal Touch. This was the best stop. We were greeted by a friendly staff. Luciano introduced himself and after a few minutes he knew what we were looking for and immediately showed us exactly what we wanted. Luciano set up a date for measurement and showed up the following week at the exact set time. Next was a date for installation. Again they showed on the set date to remove old countertops and install new beautiful quartz counters. They were professional and efficient. Luciano followed up on every step from measurement to install. We will recommend Personal Touch to anyone looking to remodel. Personal Touch will be around for long time with the attention and professionalism they give to their customers. Great job our counters are beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I know, I don't post often, but when a business does such a great job it must be acknowledged. We just had our new granite installed by PT and everything went smooth and quick (earlier than estimated). The measure/template guy let us work with him as he built the model in his tablet so the angles were just right. They ask questions throughout the process to make sure they were doing what WE wanted and kept encouraging us to call if we needed anything. Every time I did call the phone was answered immediately with a person that could answer my question on the spot or take the action I needed - EVERY SINGLE TIME. The install went quick, but careful and thorough - if ANYTHING didn't go exactly as they planned they stopped and assessed the situation and would bring me in on the decision making process with suggestions ready to go. It turned out absolutely perfectly and I can't thank them enough for genuinely caring about doing a good job the right way.

These folks are all about precision. We had 8 different pieces of quartz countertop cut with complex curves, cutouts and corners. Every piece fit perfectly. The one seam that we had fit so perfectly that you can't tell that there is a seam there. They use laser technology to do their measurements and it works beautifully. In addition, they are great to work with and cost competitive. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank You PTC!!
