WONDERFUL job! We called for two quartz seam repairs and there were guys at our home in Georgetown within hours...at our convenience! Elier CLEARLY communicated when they would arrive, cost of the project, time it would take, etc. After their arrival, the guys clearly explained what needed to be done and they even fixed a chip we didn't even ask them to! Very very nice. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves, and were so friendly! We will be recommending them for sure!

I have worked with Elier and his crew on several remodeling jobs. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his product. We did a kitchen remodel in our newly purchased home and I reached out to Perfect Countertops early to get a gameplan set for our new kitchen countertops. Eliar came out within a couple days to see what we had going on, not only did he make some countertop recommendations for us but also recommended removing a bartop in the kitchen to open up the space (which turned out to be a game changer!). Once we got the measurements we went into the showroom the next week and picked out our countertops and the rest was smooth sailing. Everything turned out BETTER than we imagined and Portia and Eliar were awesome from start to finish. If you're in the market for new countertops, I HIGHLY recommend Perfect Countertops to be your go-to guys, great experience and very professional. Also, although they're located in Round Rock, we're in Dripping Springs, so don't be hesitant to reach out to them if you're across town.

Elier and his crew installed counter tops for me today. I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with the job they did. They were precise and professional. Elier personally supervised and involved himself in the install because you can tell he cares about delivering quality work. His crew was very professional as well. He uses top notch equipment and my slabs came perfectly cut based on the laser equipment he uses to measure. I was impressed with the estimate process and the equipment he used and I saw the results today. He is very responsive to phone calls and texts throughout the process. I will be contacting him to upgrade my bathroom counter tops and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing counter top work. You will be very pleased. Joanne D

We couldn't be happier. We called Elier for a quote. He came out quickly and provided a quote. The quote was very reasonable based on others we received. We wanted to go local instead of a big box store. We had 3 bathroom countertops installed with 4 undermount sinks. The guys came early one morning and completed the install quickly and efficiently. I think they left the bathrooms cleaner than when they started the install. Very professional communication and follow through. We highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. I got several different quotes and these guys were by far the best in communication, pricing, and did and excellent job. Elier got me over an estimate within 1 day (amazing) and then came out to do the final measurements within a couple of days after that. They do the final installation only 5-10 days after you order - which is amazing in Austin time. They gave me the best price in town for taking away my kitchen counters and installing new quartz ones. They were great on communication, punctual, and did their work in a tidy way. Highly recommended. It's so hard to find remodeling folks in the Austin area that have good prices, communication and availability - these guys are the real deal. So impressed.

If I could give Perfect Countertops 10 stars, I would. We have had them to the house twice. The first was to install custom kitchen counter tops and the second was to install a glass bar counter top. Both times Elier and his crew went above and beyond for us. For instance, when they were working on the kitchen counter top, they noted a crack in the new sink we had purchased. When we could not get it immediately replaced, Elier and his team found one in Austin, picked it up, and came back the next day to install it. Their work is fabulous and their communication is fabulous. I would recommend them without hesitation. And, unlike many vendors, they did not ask me write this review. I just felt they deserved it. Thank you Portia and Elier for everything! We could not be happier or more grateful.

I am so glad we found Perfect Counter tops! We had gone through Home Advisor to try to find someone we felt confident in to change our old laminate counter tops to granite, needless to say we were not please with any of the other companies. Perfect Countertops we found by googling. We met we Elier (the owner) to discuss our project. We immediately felt at ease knowing he was going to do the job. He was knowledgeable and experience in the field of counter tops. We were very pleased with the way our new granite countertops turned out. I would highly recommend Elier to anyone wanting a great experience with a contractor.

We are remodeling our master bathroom, and the countertops, as well as customer service, from Perfect Countertops are indeed amazing. Elier, the owner, is a local small business owner, and was great to work with. Communication was clear and timely, the measurements were very precise, relying on up-to-date technology rather than a tape measure. Elier works with several local stone yards, and scheduling time to meet and look at different slabs was easy. Installation was quick and efficient, and the price was very competitive. We are happy with the finished product and will most definitely work with Elier and his wife again when the next bathroom is on the to-do list.

I had Perfect Countertops install my quartzite kitchen countertops and backsplash, and the finished work by Jesus, the installer, is fabulous. (5 stars for that!) I used the website Countertop smart.com, so I was able to insert measurements, get an estimate, and choose an installer easily. Perfect Countertops had good reviews, a good price for installation and a two-week installation date which fit my schedule. Though I am very happy with the finished project, I was frustrated with communication with Elier and delays. The countertops were demo'd on one day, countertops installed the next day and the matching backsplash was installed 7 days later - which delayed installation of the cooktop and faucet. (And increased my anxiety as I had a dinner party scheduled the next day! I never heard the reason for the weeklong delay.) The installation was complete 5 weeks after measurements, not the 2 weeks planned when I scheduled it. So as with all construction projects, allow plenty of time for completion. I would recommend Perfect Countertops if your schedule is flexible.

Had Elier out to give me a quote on Level 1 granite for a house flip. He quoted what he had in stock (2 colors for spec houses and apartments) which did not match my paint colors. I asked if he could quote me on a few other colors I had found online that were also Level 1. He first told me I would need to call his suppliers to locate it but the next day he told me he would look into it and get me a quote. After a week of not hearing anything I called one of his vendors that has every color in stock. I texted Elier and let him know but I have been ignored. I owned a glass company in Austin for over 15 years and I am proud to say I NEVER mistreated a potential customer. If I told you I would call you back in 2 days, I called you back in 2 days if not sooner. What happened to good CUSTOMER SERVICE? I would not recommend this company if you want someone that will work with you and give you options.
