Hi, we recently hired Peak Marble and Quartz for our Quartz countertops for the new kitchen cabinets we purchased from IKEA. They are so beautiful. The quality of the Quartz used and the workmanship is the best I’ve ever seen and we couldn’t be any happier. Our project manager Melody was very attentive, courteous and professional and she answered any and all of our questions immediately. Once the area for the countertops was measured, it was a quick delivery of the finished product, we had them in approximately 10 business days, which is quite amazing in itself! We highly recommend Peak Marble for countertops and etc. you will not regret doing business with them, they are amazing! I also want to acknowledge and thank the installation team, and managers Omar and Diane at Peak Marble and Quartz, they are the best as well! Peak project manager Melody was extremely helpful with the whole process of providing creative input and price quotes for two rooms based on our measurements. She kept us informed with the schedule and loaned us counter samples to find matching back splash. She followed up after template with revised quote and ensured we were satisfied with it all. Sean did a great job with the digital template process. He created the design on site for my preferred radius corners, ensured our sink was accurate to template and also the backsplash behind had my requested waterfall edge on pass thru. Kyle and Enoch were fantastic installers. Their skills were on display as they carefully installed several heavy pieces, and did an exacting job leveling, mixing and matching the color for seams and then caulking. It was perfect when they finished. I highly recommend this company as it’s not been my experience in the past to find both the professionalism and friendly demeanor by all people you encounter under one roof!

We ordered the countertops for the kitchen through Lowe's - who contracted with Peak Marble & Granite. They responded very quickly and we were able to schedule the measurement for after I had installed the lower cabinets. From measurement to install was exactly three weeks, which is amazing. All staff were friendly and well informed - and the countertops look amazing with the cabinets and flooring we installed. Thank you! I would use them again.

Peak Marble & Granite did an amazing job installing my kitchen countertops and backsplash and my pool bath countertop! I went with backlit Cristallo, which is very difficult to fabricate and install. I’d heard horror stories of other fabricators breaking the material and the customer having to repurchase it, so I was very selective when choosing a fabricator. Everyone that I spoke to told me to go with Peak, that they’re hands down the best for Cristallo fabrication and installation, and I couldn’t be happier that I went with them! Omar’s attention to detail is exactly what I wanted for this project. Omar, Diane, Alicia and their whole team were great to work with and genuinely good people. Highly recommend!

How do you give a raving review without sounding like a nut case. The Peak Marble & Granite company is without a doubt the most caring and clearly skillful people. They are genuine down to the core. With any major remodeling, you’re going to have hiccups. This goes without saying. We are no different than anyone else. We had our hiccup and Melody at Peak Marble & Granite immediately jumped into the arena and started on find solutions. Which she did. She asked a few questions on our likes and dislikes. And a short time later she presented a couple of fantastic ideas to remedy our major hiccup. The type of quartz we wanted was on back order for several weeks and we needed to finish up on the Kitchen before Christmas. She found a much better quartz design and my wife was completely blown away when she saw the the pictures that Melody sent us. Melody was able to order that particular Quartz and had it expedited to her facility, were they made the necessary adjustments and cuts to fit our kitchen perfectly. The crew that came here were pure professionals who were extremely friendly. I watch them work and sincerely I was way impressed. Every detail was not over looked. You cannot go wrong with Peak Marble & Granite. They will certainly take great care of you. I promise you, you will not regret working with them on your projects.

Edwin and his partner did an outstanding job installing my new countertops. The seams are virtually invisible. They were conscientious of our appliances doorways and flooring and cleaned up my kitchen to a spotless shine. Extraordinary! The veining of the stone is more excessive than expected but they are spread evenly throughout so I love it. I will need to change my color scheme slightly but that’s okay too. Overall great experience.

When you say you’ll keep a customer “updated” it means you contact them periodically to let them know the status, even if it’s still on hold. My countertop is paid in full and I’m still waiting and had to reach out to them about it’s status only to be told “sometime”. It’s been 3wks now! I just want to know if they are working on it or if it’s down a list of orders. Communication!!!!!! No way can I recommend these guys. I’ll be letting ikea know that too.

This company was point on with the measurements from fabrication to keeping us in the loop on the status of our product and installation. Alicia was amazing to work with. She calls you right back. She tells it like it is and she was extremely helpful in our stressful remodel job. Our contractor failed us but Alicia was there to pick up the pieces. The installers had one piece that was measured wrong by fabricators and the same day as installation we had the correct piece. No wait time at all. I can't say enough about this company. If you are looking for a fabricator for your granite, marble or quartz, this is a great company to work with. Omar Marshall's company was referred to me by Mystic Marble and while they weren't the lowest cost, they weren't much more and they were definitely worth what we paid. I think there might be a bit of an upcharge at fabricators for quartzite because it's so hard. We purchased a quartzite slab, and when a crack was found at the bottom of the slab, Omar went over to Mystic to check it out and template it at their facility to make sure it would work for us. He then texted me photos of how it would be template. No charge for that. And as a shout out to Mystic Marble, they were up front that they found the crack, offered to let us choose another slab, and when Omar said he could template our slab around the crack, they gave us a refund for the amount of quartzite that was unusable. Everyone that works at Peak is polite, professional and very nice. And they returned quickly with a smile to fix something that required further attention. I wouldn't use anyone else or go anywhere else and they have my full recommendation.

Company has made up stipulations about installation, unhelpful with solutions, took a week to send us the final approval which delayed our entire project and took 3 weeks. No follow up regarding their specific needs which no one else requires. Not worth the time and terrible customer service.
