I had a top notch experience at Palm Beach Countertops. I chose the business based on all the terrific Google reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. As some others have stated, it can be hard to reach them by phone, so I drove directly to the business to browse the countertops. The have a vast inventory of large pieces to choose from. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The measuring and installation crew showed up as promised. Price was exactly as discussed. I would use them again for sure!

I just had PB Countertops install quartz countertops & window sills in my kitchen. Ariana was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Amber was very nice and helpful as well. The gentleman who took the measurements was professional and courteous! The guys who installed the tops were very nice and did an awesome job! Everything was done within the expected time-frame. My husband and I are very happy with the outcome!

My wife wanted quartz countertops, and at the time it didn’t really matter to me. But happy wife, happy life. After Palm Beach Countertops installed our beautiful new quartz tops I was blown away at how great they looked. PBC was professional from beginning to end. The sales and office crew helped us find what we really wanted. The guy who came out to measure was a pro. And the installation crew was top-notch. I could not recommend Palm Beach Counter Tops any higher. Competitive price, quality product, quick lead-time, outstanding service. The total package.

Cant say enough good about Palm Beach Countertops. The family folks that run the place are the most fun. My wife and I were undecided in what we wanted for countertops in our new home. After visiting Palm Beach Countertops they explained the differences between the many options and where very patient while we decided. They where not pushy in their sales process and delivered exactly what we wanted. We will be returning if we need counter tops in the future.

The owner is a scam! Don’t trust them or use their services. Two of their men driving their truck crashed into my yard in February of 2024. Ripped up my yard, killed one of my palm trees. The owner showed up and promised to fix the damages. They had to get a tow truck to remove their truck. We called him numerous times. He kept saying he would repair the damages. We got estimates to fix the damages, and replace our tree. He never showed up or took care of it as promised. He lies and dodges responsibility. Not trustworthy!

This is my second big project with Palm Beach Countertops. This company does not disappoint . They have a huge amount of inventory . I did a full kitchen remodel and it turned out absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice ! and I had enough left over to do my laundry room and we are doing the powder room as well. This is the only place I will go !

We had been contemplating replacing the countertops in our bathrooms but weren't getting around to it, and then our neighbor was having hers done. We went over and looked, and wow! So we met with Arianna - and let me stop right there. Arianna is a Boss B*tch! Friendly, smart, more than capable! This review is a long time in coming, due solely to Covid and our stopping the install as Covid hit. Our fabricated countertops sat in their warehouse for months as per our request. After our vaccinations we resumed our install and concluded without a hitch. Amber and her staff are talented, honest people who provide a superior experience at a competitive price point. The stone yard was a great experience and Amber is a wealth of information, helping us to make the right choices. Kudos to Palm Beach Countertops.

My wife & I highly recommended Palm Beach Countertops in fact we give them a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Every aspect of our experience was perfect, beyond our expectations. Our one contact person from the beginning to end was Amber, she made the whole experience very satisfying. It's critical to have someone who truly cares about your project and ask the right questions & is available to hold your hand. My wife & I moved into a large townhouse in IBIS a year ago and decided to completely remodel the entire kitchen, living room & dining room. Our stress was heavy due to Covid & a very long delay for one cabinet, the whole process took 4 months. So big picture our Countertop supplier was very important in so many ways. Additionally we were able to find the exact color & material for our large island & backsplash at a competitive price. The variety of color & materials were far above the competition, we had looked at 7 different sources.We found the exact quartz material that looks somewhat like concrete with interesting veins, liked it so much decided to use it for our backsplash.

We're renovating a house and needed countertops. I was determined to get a white quartz with blue details in it, everywhere we went was quoting us above $3000 which was way out of budget. Went to Palm Beach Countertops and found this beautiful quartz I loved. They gave us a quote right then and there (and it was in budget). They promptly had someone come and do all the measurements. they did such a phenomenal job, and they even matched our windowsill to the counters with the extra we had and made us a fancy cutting board too! Their customer service was super great. Amber was extremely helpful and patient with all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend Palm Beach Countertops!

I had to share what a great experience I had at Palm Beach Countertops...From the moment we arrived, to the time we left, every step was enjoyable. When we arrived Amber greeted us and treated us with the utmost attention. She took us out and showed us rows and rows of all the beautiful granite. After that she took us and showed us all the different choices of quartz they have to offer (she takes you around on a golf cart WONDERFUL). What I loved the most was her patience and love for her job. She made sure that we understood the difference between the materials, what is involved, and what we have to look forward to. It was so nice how patient she was with all of my questions and with me going back and forth, in my decision making process. I would strongly recommend Palm Beach Countertops, especially if you were looking to go somewhere with pleasant and patient people!

Palm Beach Countertops replaced my old Formica counters with beautiful granite. I just got the backsplash put in today, and the kitchen looks amazing. They were easy to deal with, responsive, and affordable. I would definitely hire them again!

We contracted them to do a vanity counter in one of our bathrooms. It took five trips to the store to get this thing selected and contracted because they do not answer their phones, return phone calls, or texts. None of the people in the office have any idea of what customer services means. We were told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to complete the job and we gave them a 50% deposit. After two weeks I called Amber to see how the progress was going. Nobody returned my call. We texted and someone said that it would be another 4 to 6 weeks because our design required that. This is not something that was t disclosed to us upfront. We were told it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Unable to get anybody on the phone, we drove down to the store. After a brief argument, I canceled my order and was issued a refund. These people are incompetent amateurish and have no idea what customer service is, nor do they care.

I've contacted this company through their web site and I've called and left 2 messages. No one has called me back after 2 weeks. They installed countertops for a friend who raved about the company. I can't get them to respond to my request. Not a good sign.

We were referred to them through our cabinet refinisher, N Hance. They are super nice and helpful when you are picking out your product. Then the troubles started. We picked a level 3 quartz, the most expensive. When they came to install, my husband and the installer noticed a yellow tint in one of the pieces. So they took them all off. We picked a white with grey accents in it. Finally after 4 days, they let my husband go to the wharehouse to pick out another piece. He did. They said we would be a priority. 2 days after he picked it out, I had to call and text multiple times to get a response. They said they would cut it tomorrow ( a whole 7 days from the original install) and come out maybe next Tuesday. So, 4 more days with no dishwasher, no stove, no sink, no countertops, no water. IF they come on Tuesday, it will be 15 days from the time they started. Totally unacceptable. I guess 5 great google reviews in 5 years says it all! Please go somewhere else.

I purchased 2 slabs of Quartz per our contract on 4/26/2018. When they came to do the measurements and we had added to cabinets, the owner said he would need to do a new estimate. I asked why. I knew that the 2 slabs were going to be more than we needed in our kitchen. He said I had only purchased a kitchen and not 2 slabs. He was very rude and said I'll just write you a check because I'm not doing it for what the contract price is. I did call in and they supposedly credited back to my credit card, but they should have kept to their contract.

Went there and met with Amber, she helped up pick out our granite. She seemed very nice and helpful, but once the granite was installed we noticed there were what looked to be water stains all over the counters. We called her to try to get this resolved but just got the run around instead. Only when we said we would take it to court did the owner which happens to be Ambers husband (which explains why she gave us such attitude without consequence) did the owner Carlos come to look at it. The second he walked in the door he had attitude so when we were trying to show him what we were talking about he got loud and said that looks fine. I said lets not get loud and handle this as adults and he looked at me and turned around and walked out of my house. I would say DO NOT... UNDER NO Circumstances use this company. We hope to save other people from spending hard earned money on something and have it have a defect just to be told to bad.

Horrible experience...granite cut uneven, installed incorrectly, attempted to fix 4x, stained new white cabinets with gray exopy. The owners seemed nice but once they had my payment in full they did not care about the uneven counter, the hole in my wall,or my stained cabinets.....Do Not Use...The granite might be pretty, but the cutting and installation are horrible
