I found this showroom well organized and clean. Everything was polished and looking great? I went in looking to remodel my bathroom the first person who greeted me was, I think her name was Rachel, was so nice she made me feel right at home. It was hot that day she offered a cold bottle of water and showed around the show room. Wow what a great selection of bathroom and kitchen products, I didn't realize there where so many options. When I couldn't decide which I wanted Rachel introduced me to one of their in-house designers, I think his name was Jerry, what a pleasure he was also. He helped me design my new bathroom economically but still beautifully matched features of the rest of the house.i am very happy so far with the entire experience! The folks in that showroom were a great help and even the owner was a joy to be around. I recommend anyone looking to do anything as far as kitchens or baths check with them first. Thanks guys!

5 star isn't a high enough rating. For many years I've been reading horror stories about contractors who stiff you, are late, do poor work. To say we were concerned on our first kitchen remodel would be an understatement. But, I have to say (loudly) that our full kitchen remodel has been a dream project from beginning to end. Palazzo was helpful (and not pushy) with all the selections and only ventured an opinion on our choices when asked. They took total control of the planning, scheduling, manufacturing and installing of the kitchen components. With a pattern quartz top, matching the flow lines is very difficult. They got it exactly right. The counter patterns flow seamlessly into the back splash and over the edges. Their work crews were friendly, polite, and all around great. They cleaned meticulously after every day. Palazzo hit every production date on time. When they said 8am they knocked on the door at precisely 8am. They even recommended an outstanding cabinet refinisher and scheduled his work to dovetail with theirs. I told Filipe Franca I wanted my total responsibility to be to open the door for them when they started and close it when they were done. He did exactly that. We had ZERO stress during the whole project.

I remodeled my kitchen and used Palazzo to purchase and install quartz countertops. I am extremely happy with the product and even happier with the service I received. Felipe was fantastic at keeping me updated throughout the process. The timeline was fairly quick, considering post pandemic delays. I also had Palazzo install backsplash that I had purchased elsewhere. I wish I had used the company to do my entire kitchen installation. Very professional, on time, and did quality work. My bathrooms will be next, and I will be sure to use Palazzo for that project!

I love my new kitchen! A friend recommended Palazzo for our kitchen renovation, and I am glad we listened. Felipe was accessible any time we had questions or needed guidance. He helped us select materials that worked with our budget and style considerations. Anytime there were any hiccups Felipe came through with multiple options to keep our project on track. Now we have a kitchen we are proud of. The next project will be the bathrooms and we are definitely coming back to Palazzo for that.

We recently had our main bathroom remodeled by Palazzo and couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the result! We were impressed immediately when we walked into their showroom one afternoon, expecting to learn a little about their company and then schedule an appointment to speak with someone about our project. We were welcomed by one of their designers, Kiersti, who listened to an overview of our project, gave us a tour of the showroom and explained the overall process to us right then. That was a great introduction to their wonderful company! We usually try to get multiple quotes on a project, but we were so impressed that we decided to just go with Palazzo and we made the right decision. The process that Kiersti laid out was exactly how it unfolded. She came out to our house to see the room, listen to our ideas and give us her expert suggestions for the space. We then scheduled a visit with her back in the showroom to choose the fixtures and materials from their vast selection of samples. Kiersti then drew up the design plans and we went in one final time to review and sign the contract. Their start dates were running about 3 months out at that point and about 3 months later, they were ready to start as promised. Art was our project manager and he is a gem! He has a wealth of experience, clearly an expert in high quality construction and just a super nice guy to work with! He also runs a very tight ship. Scheduling the workers ran like clockwork for the most part, with very little downtime during the project. Small hiccups in the construction process were rectified immediately. The requisite building inspections by the city were scheduled by Art and ran so smoothly. My husband wanted to build the vanity himself. Kiersti and Art were ready and willing partners in that endeavor, providing appropriate building measurements so the vanity would coordinate with the plumbing, sink, fixtures and countertop. Worked out great! The Palazzo workers are the best of the best, doing incredible work. Jorge the tile installer is an artist! They all worked very hard and the project moved along quickly. They left the job site incredibly clean and organized at the end of each day, reflecting pride in their work and the company. The beautiful rain glass shower door was fashioned by Bath Concepts Shower Enclosures Inc. Branden and his crew came out to measure and then returned to install the door. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Their turnaround time on the shower door was very quick and the finished project is stunning! The whole project was finished on time and there were no additional cost surprises or changes to the original contract. Their pricing seemed very fair to us, especially in light of such high quality construction with no cut corners whatsoever. A big thanks to Kiersti, Art and their crew for doing such a terrific job. Would highly recommend!

Professional, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and reliable are some of the words that spring to mind after Felipé and the folks at Palazzo recently wrapped up replacing our old tile kitchen countertops with beautiful new quartz. Felipé's follow-through at all phases was consistent and comforting. In this age of unreliable contractors, working with Palazzo was a breath of fresh air. A bit on the pricey side perhaps, but well worth the peace of mind and the results!

We did not know much about countertop fabrication process when we started looking for a company who can install new countertops to our recently remodeled kitchen. There was not that many options in our area, but after some research we found Palazzo Kitchens and Baths. They had great reviews, competitive prices, located in a reasonable distance from our house and were open Saturdays, which was a huge plus for us. After a couple of visits to their store and talking to a business owner, Felipe, we have learned a lot and understood the whole process much better. Felipe was very helpful and took all our requests with personal attention. The slabs that we selected were extremely difficult to work with due to color and pattern variations, but Felipe and his crew went above and beyond to produce a wonderful end result! While providing great recommendations regarding the layout and seam matching, they never forced their opinion and always asked for our approval before starting any work. The fabrication process was completed in time and installation was quick and smooth. After all, we are very happy with our new countertops and would recommend Palazzo Kitchens and Baths to anyone.

We've done a lot of flip properties in the past so usually shop low budget kitchen and bath shops. We were on our way to a competitor's business when we saw Palazzo store front and decided to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised. They had a really nice selection of kitchen and bath Cabinets; stone and hardware. The pricing was slightly higher than the budget shops but so much superior in quality we were shocked. We were also extremely happy with the help we received; Personally greeted when we entered the store and follow up when we had questions. The hands on attention to detail with design and finish is not what we were accustomed too. We hired Palazzo for the bathroom remodel job and everything went perfect. From helping pick the merchandise, ordering, scheduling and installation. The owner, Felipe, personally followed up from beginning to end; very nice touch. Amazing service! Felipe- the business owner took our order himself. He was very attentive to our requests, was able to give us the best price, also was able to process our complicated order in a timely manner. Also he was promptly replying to all my emails. We ordered 3 countertops (one of them was a large multilevel unit with 2 vanities), 4 built in vanities, 4 faucets. The warehouse has a good selection of materials, vanities and faucets, prices are very reasonable. The installation job was performed excellently, everything perfectly fits into their places, no mess was left by the installers. I can 100% recommend the Palazzo Bath and Kitchen to everyone.
