Great Service! Doing a kitchen remodeling during Covid has proved to be difficult with supply chain delays, employee shortages and just plain poor workmanship. I started this process in March 21 and it was one fiasco after another. The ONLY part of this remodel that went smooth and on time was finding Pacific Kitchens when my counter top order from a big box store went south. It took only ONE WEEK from getting my area measured to install and I could not be happier. They were knowledgeable and answered questions I didn't even know I had. The install team was quick & professional and I am very pleased with the results. They turned out perfect.

Pacific Kitchens was recommended to us for replacing our old countertops and backsplash in our kitchen and powder room. Brothers Herman and Sabino run the show and are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Herman provided us with reasonable quotes and Sabino visited our home to template the new counters and answer all of our questions. The material was ordered right away and we didn’t have to wait long for the work to be scheduled. The crew that installed our new quartz was great and did a wonderful job matching the veining in the corners and seams. Herman was our main point of contact and he is a pleasure to communicate with. Always ready to offer a smile and with a great positive attitude. He gave us valuable advise about products and even connected us with other very good contractors for other parts of the renovation we needed help with. We could not be more thankful. He says he is not happy until the customer is and he means it. His brother Sabi took the measurements and was also very helpful and informative. They did quartzite for the kitchen island and counters and quartz for 3 small vanities. Seamless installation process, everything on-time, and clear communication. We are planning to use their services and would recommend them in a heartbeat. No suprise they have 5 stars in Yelp and Google, out of more than 100 reviews, you can't go wrong with them!

The experience my wife and I had with both Herman and his brother Sabino was to say the least unbelievable. Herman and Sabino their professionalism quality of work is beyond comprehension. They removed an old dated kitchen and 3 bathrooms, installed the most beautiful kitchen, a real Chef’s kitchen it is bar none magnificent, the bathrooms are breathtaking, all with matching cabinets and Quartz countertops.The workmanship is of the highest quality. My wife and 2 boys lived in the house as the work was taking place, Herman and Sabino did everything they could not to inconvenience us. They did the work in under 3 weeks and that is from the time we first met to the completion of the job. I was a building contractor for over 20 years, with that said they are the best I’ve seen in quality professional, passion for their work and honesty.
