They were super easy to work with. They gave me prices on everything I ask for and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even followed up with emails after it was done ti make sure I was completely happy with the job. Wonderful people to work with! The installers even called to ask questions when I wasn't there to make sure they got everything correct. Great job!

They sent me to another place (Stoneland) that had a lot of great options but then never followed up with me after I went to Stoneland and chose what I would like to work with. I called them and left a voicemail after waiting a couple weeks without hearing from them. I missed the name of whoever called me back but they weren't helpful and got snippy when I asked for solutions to measurement questions since I wasn't confident my measurements would be correct enough to work accurately from. I wish I had known they wouldn't be great to work with. Three weeks wasted including me driving out to another location for options. It's really too bad.

I had a great experience here! Marianne was professional and flexible with my requests. I wanted to rework a built in desk space in my home. She let me talk with Scott who actually works with the materials and he had some recommendations that worked out beautifully. I love how the quartz top looks and feels. When I decide to replace my kitchen countertops, I will use Ozark Mountain Granite for that project as well. You have won a loyal customer with your great customer service!

Very easy to work with, from start to finish. Went and picked out what we liked then figured out the 2 slabs we wanted. The install guys came and made templates and discussed the installation. The tops came and I can't say anything but Wow!

We had a great experience with Ozark Mountain Granite. We worked with Gay and she was so great and very professional. We picked out our granite at Stoneland and Lonnie was so knowledgeable and helpful. Ozark Mountain came out and made a template and then came out a few weeks later to install the granite. The three guys that installed the granite were great . Scott took extra time to cut the granite backsplash because the wall was not even and it looked wonderful! We were pleased with the granite and would recommend Ozark Mountain highly.

I went in to look at the same kind of quartz that we have looked at everywhere else we have looked. They told me I would need 2 slabs (1 whole slab and a little piece of second slab). I asked why we had to pay for something we were not using, she said ‘that was the way it is’. Also, I asked if we could keep the part we paid for that was unused (it would have been a LOT). She said NO. Everywhere else (including the place we ended up buying from), was literally HALF their price. The new front desk person was sweet, her manager, not at all. I debated on posting this, but think it is important to share

We found the perfect slab at a nearby slab yard and worked with Marianne. She was great! The granite looks amazing and decided to get our bathroom vanities done too. Thanks!

We researched several companies. For the service and quality of product they were the most reasonable in price and now realize the best service and installation around. Marianne was very patient and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
