We are very pleasers with our countertops. We hired Original Tile and Marble to install countertops in our kitchen and bath over the last few months and they did a great job. We really appreciated Betty who runs the office as her customer service is excellent. She is very helpful and efficient. Omar and the team did a great job with the installation. They are reasonably priced and work in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend!

We were so hopeful that our granite countertop install would go well, but the results were very poor. First, rather than professionally cut an actual hole for our kitchen sink, they cut the counter in half, with a bad seam right in the middle of the sink and used some sort of epoxy to attempt to seal it. The seam won’t stay sealed, so now we have a brand new granite kitchen counter with a very visible crack down the middle of the sink. Secondly, before installing the countertops, they noticed that we had forgotten to level one corner of our cabinets. Instead of saying something then when it could’ve been quickly and easily corrected, they proceeded to install the counters on unlevel cabinets, creating a slope. AFTER they installed and we noticed the slope, THEN they said “Oh yeah, we noticed that earlier.” When we asked about correcting it, they said they would not. These are not professional tradespeople — use at your own risk.

Original Granite did a great job on the kitchen counters and 3 bathrooms at my project house today! They were very helpful when picking out the slabs and Omar and his team did professional install. Very pleased and will be using them again on my next house!

Called April at Original Granite early one morning about some granite tops I wanted. Within only an hour or so, a team showed up at my door to measure for a quote. Within 24 hours of my original call, I had a very detailed professional quote at a very reasonable price in my email inbox. Ten days later I had beautiful granite tops in my kitchen and bath. Installation went smoothly with no issues at all, and communication from them was excellent! I have dealt with other local companies with unsatisfactory results. Based upon my experience with April and her crew, I highly recommend Original Granite!
