Cannot recommend Ontra Stone enough! This kitchen remodel was our first big home project and both Joe and Andrew were beyond helpful in guiding us in the right direction and talking us through all of our options. These guys are undoubtedly the best in the area!

A five star rating does not adequately convey the quality work and outstanding customer support that Ontra Stone Concepts provides. I have had two kitchens and five bathrooms in two homes done and with each project Ontra Stone Concepts exceeded my expectations. The end product turned out better than imagined. The Ontra team is exceptional. From the assistance with the stone selection to the installation, everything went smoothly without any problems. The talented team that did the installation were outstanding - professional, meticulous and courteous. I highly recommend the Ontra Stone team for any small or large project - they are AMAZING!

Buddy Ontra fabricated and installed my granite kitchen counters over 10 years ago. To my surprise, we both recently bumped into each other while out shopping and enjoyed a short conversation about where the last 10 years has brought us. I have been recommending Ontra Stone Concepts ever since Buddy guided my wife and I through the difficult process of selecting a material and finish that we have been pleased with ever since. What impressed me most with Buddy when I first approached him for an estimate is that he was able to tell me where the granite seams would be, something that no kitchen retailer could do. 10 years later, the counter tops are still spectacular, but time, settling and wear/tear had caused one of the granite seams to separate. When I mentioned the issue to Buddy, he didn’t hesitate to suggest I call his Office Manager Andrew to get it taken care of. Andrew responded promptly to the message I left and worked with me to schedule a convenient time to have a fabricator come out to repair the seam. Today, “V” and Ruben arrived at my home at the set time and promptly put down a blanket in the kitchen before they started working. We discussed options to repair the seam and the resulting cost/benefit. At all times “V” and Ruben were attentive to my concerns and worked with me to get the job done right. It was a pleasure to give Ontra Stone Concepts my business again. Even though I may have a small kitchen, I know I received the same exceptional attention they give all their clients big and small. It’s great to see a small business continue to thrive for over a decade and maintain the same superior level of customer service, and proficiency in their field as they have.
