Valerie was great the day we came in to pick out our counter top. She had the samples of the style I was interested in so that we can see it. Olive Mill got the counter tops done when promised and they are beautiful. I am really happy. The installers were very friendly and did a great job installing my counter tops. I can't say enough good thing about Olive Mill. I would recommend them to any one that needs counter tops. Top notch company.

Olive Mill was really wonderful to work with! We went to the showroom and were greeted by Valerie. She was very attentive, helpful and very, very nice. They had a great selection of counter tops for us to choose from. Valerie was super helpful in getting installation scheduled even when there were some hiccups with our contractor that caused delays on our side. She was more than happy to reschedule for us. Installation day came and Steve and his crew went to work. Super nice guys, very, very professional. Everything came out just beautiful. Im in love with my new counter tops and definitely recommend Olive Mill!

Olive Mill was, by far, the best vendor I worked with on my kitchen remodel. I was looking for a company that provided Corian counter tops and found Olive Mill online. The first time I went there I just walked in without an appointment but they still helped me by answering all my questions and giving me samples. I placed my original order for an estimate but ended up making some changes that they willing helped me with. The installation went perfectly and I loved my new counter tops immediately. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would absolutely use their services on other projects.

The countertops we purchased at Olive Mills for our kitchen are beautiful. The whole process was very professional from the start. They have a big selection and competitive prices. Valerie, who assisted us in the showroom, kept the whole process going smoothly for us throughout the project. They came out shortly after we placed our order to measure. And within just a week they had made them. We did hit a snag due to our kitchen appliances arriving late and delaying our install. Valerie was understanding and patiently waited til we were ready. The installation went wonderful. They worked all day and they were clean and quiet, professional and very nice. They knew what they were doing and did a perfect job. We couldn’t be happier. When we redo our bathroom we will go back to them. I highly recommend them!

Their experienced skilled workers showed up on time and did an excellent job of installation. We are extremely happy with the final outcome and would definitely recommend Olive Mill.

I just completed my third remodel using Olive Mill. I don’t know who is easier to work with, Valerie in the showroom, or Freddie when he installs.😀😀 . This company goes above and beyond every time. I was under a time, constraint, and they sped up the process so I had my countertops quickly. The installation is done perfectly and the final product is beautiful!!! Can’t praise them enough! Thank you Olive Mill!

Wonderful experience working with Olive Mill for our kitchen renovation. Valerie was always quick to respond and answered all of our questions. The staff that came to demo/template, install the counter and demo/install the backsplash did fantastic work. They were kind, knowledgable and very good at what they do. We are so happy with the final product and will be using Olive Mill for future projects and recommending them to friends.

I am a random person looking up how to repair quartz online and found their instructional videos on YouTube. I see a link to their website, so I decide to email about a problem I am having with my countertops. They spent time to email me and help the best they can knowing I was probably not going to spend money with them. If someone has customer service like this, It makes you want to do business with them. This can be a tricky industry because so much can go wrong with your countertops and knowing people will do all they can to help you is all one can ask for.

We highly recommend local business Olive Mill. We needed a new counter for our master bath renovation and wanted something beyond the out-of-the-box things you get from a warehouse store. Valerie made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She guided us through the selection process and made sure we were made aware of the pros and cons of each material. We ultimately decided on a quartz counter with double sinks. She knew we were in the middle of the renovation, and waiting on a custom vanity. As soon as the vanity was installed, she scheduled us for final measurements. Within two weeks, we had a perfect countertop for our bathroom. Thank you, Olive Mill!

My husband and I researched Olive Mill after reading the reviews, we determined to use Olive Mill to replace our existing kitchen tile countertop with quartz and the installation of a new sink. First, having ANY business reply to your email promptly or answer the phone when you call is very unusual. Valerie actually answers the phone and responds to your email right away. Additionally, you are kept in the loop constantly about the timing of everything. Second, their crew who show up are friendly, professional, respectful of your property and show up on time. We are VERY happy with our quartz countertop and new sink installation and will definitely use them for any future project we may have. The sink install looks gorgeous! We were fortunate in that Olive Mill had the quartz I chose but the process was fast! Olive Mill also does everything they can to protect your floor and the project area. You can't go wrong with this company!

Such amazing service from start to finish! I needed a countertop for my outdoor kitchen. Olive Mill was able to instruct me how to measure my counters and provide me a quote very quickly! They beat our other quote by almost 2k. The man that came to measure and template our countertop was meticulous and so professional - he even stopped by a second time just to double check on one measurement that he thought seemed strange, but of course it ended up that it was correct. Install day came and all was fantastic! They even covered my pavers to make sure not to scratch anything and cleaned up everything beautifully!

I absolutey recommend this local business! My Corian countertops are stunning! When my dad and I walked into the showroom we were greeted by Valerie. I found exactly what I was looking for after shopping at countless other shops, both big box and mom and pop. I received a quote in short order. Their team came and removed my existing countertop. They were clean and efficient. In a week the new, beautiful countertops were delivered and installed. I can't believe I waited 22 years to make such a huge difference in my home! We can not be happier with our new Quartz countertops from Olive Mill. Valerie and her team were super helpful and professional from shopping for the right material to the quality installation. Valerie Graves took time to make sure every step of the countertop process was easy and without problems. She was also helpful in making suggestions for backsplash references, appliance dealers and suppling us with plenty of samples to create the kitchen of our dreams . Olive Mill will be tops on our list for future countertop needs . Great work.

In August of 2017 we had a great experience from start to finish with Olive Mill. We were interested in Hi-Macs countertops for our kitchen. Valerie was very helpful when we visited the showroom. She answered all our questions and made good suggestions. Raul came to our house to measure for the template. He had to wait a while as our cabinet installers were making last minute tweaks. Raul was very patient and politely answered questions I had. Andy contacted us regarding changes needed in our window sill plans to compensate for the faucet we had chosen - and it worked out great. On the day of installation Raul and another installer came. They worked very good together. Both men were very precise and conscientious about their work. There was no rushing through it! The countertops look fantastic. I could not see any seams and we love the integrated sink. It's been three years and our countertops still look great - no problems. We highly recommend Olive Mill.

Olive Mill is not the most expensive nor the cheapest company to replace our tile countertops with granite. However, I do think that Olive Mill did a professional job on our kitchen. Valerie understood our exact needs/desires while consulting her with our countertop choices and provided quotes for a variety of options. She was very responsive with our many emails from my very picky, meticulous, engineer husband. He even wanted the granite backsplash to have a beveled detail (see photo). The men who came to measure and later install our countertops did a fabulous job (and they tried to keep our kitchen clean). I've included one side by side photo that show 2 different granite countertop seams with different lighting (see photo: the seams run along the middle). I am grateful that you can barely notice the granite countertop seams by sight/touch! By the way: Definitely take time to drive to where you're got buy the granite countertops from to look at the entire slab!! We almost chose a different granite color; But, when we saw the entire slab rather than just the sample, there were ugly dark brown chains all over the middle of the granite slab!! The sample only had the gorgeous corner. part.

This is the second time we have used this company to fabricate a countertop for us. Both times they were extremely helpful. The first time we needed to find a granite product that matched another granite countertop we had used for phase I of our project. Valerie was extremely helpful in locating a company that had granite that closely matched what we had previously installed. This most recent project was a full kitchen remodel, and we had fallen in love with a particular brand of quartz. Valerie again was helpful in advising that she would provide us any make of quartz we wanted, however, she advised she had been having some customer service issues with the particular manufacture of the quartz we were considering, and suggested we might be better off trying to find another quartz that closely matched the one we had fallen in love with. we were able to find a substitution quartz, and decided to go with them. Boy, were we glad we did, because there ended up being a flaw in the material, and the company gladly replaced the entire slab for us, no questions asked. Valerie oversaw the replacement, sending her personal representative to the showroom to make sure we got a slab that was an exact match to what had been installed. She also kept in constant communication with us on the process, and put a rush on the fabrication once the slab was received. This company not only provides excellent customer service, but also give back to the community within which they work.

We are remodeling our master bathroom, and wanted a solid one piece shower base. We did tons of research and actually tried to work with one of the big box stores who said they could make this base for us. After months of working with the big box store, it was apparent that they could not make this for us. Back to the drawing board, and more research, I happened to find Olive Mill, and they are fairly close to our home. Valerie, and her husband were a pleasure to work with. They listed to what we wanted, they were understanding and professional. And, most importantly, they delivered what we wanted! Our shower base is perfect. And, Olive Mill was even understanding when we couldn't pick the order up right away because of some family emergency. I would highly recommend them and will be going with them in the future for our kitchen and second bath remodels. My only complaint is that I wish their business had shown up in our original research; that would have saved me so much time and effort!

Olive Mill proved to be an excellent choice for our granite fabrication and install. Valerie was most helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. We had several delays (like months) on kitchen cabinets and Olive Mill was more than understanding. Once cabinets were installed I contacted Valerie and she scheduled quickly the gentleman who came out to do the template. After template they were able to schedule install shortly after. They were able to fabricate our kitchen granite with no seams and the quality of work is impeccable. The installers were efficient, clean, respectful and detailed. Everyone at Olive Mill is and has been super helpful, high quality, detailed and reputable. Valerie has been exceedingly helpful with questions and always timely in response. I highly recommend Olive Mill.

One thing led to another. I had no intention of adding a granite top to my kitchen island, but I accompanied my granddaughter to a slab yard as she was making a final decision on the cutting of a slab for a kitchen remodel. I was overwhelmed by the selections available, thinking a granite top would be a grand addition for my kitchen. Found a color/style that appealed to me called labradorite, a dark overall with striking blue highlights. Reviewed Yelp to locate a contractor to cut and install, settled on Olive Mill. Good choice, Valarie made inquiries to several slab yards in the area, searching out the availability of labradorite. Each slab has unique characteristics. After visiting several slab yards, I made a choice and Olive Mill took it from there. The final installation was timely and the Olive Mill crew was extremely competent. My accidental trip with the granddaughter resulted in a wonderful kitchen improvement.

Well, I dreamed about remodeling my kitchen for years. I thought about how I could afford it for a few more years. I shopped for countertops and got so overwhelmed I waited even longer. I solved the money issue and did not know where to start. The Olive Mill was recommended by an appliance store so I stopped by one day....... Valerie answered all of my silly questions, she talked me through the whole process like a friend and put me at ease. I had a set budget and Valerie shared all of my options so that I could make an affordable choice. All of the installers where on time, experienced and courteous. Our house is 50 years old and perfectly crooked.... and the granite had a tiny chip that only I would notice..... Everyone worked hard to correct the challenges. The owners Valerie and Andy both stopped by to check on the progress. I could not be happier with the experience and my kitchen. My only regret was that I did not do it sooner. Thank you Olive Mill! I started with Valerie's online tutorial on how to measure the countertop and receive a quote for the job - so easy, so simple and much appreciated. Valerie responded the next day and provided 3 options and quotes. I visited the showroom and met Valerie, she was helpful and provided samples for me to bring home. When I made my decision, Valerie drew up a contract, we scheduled date/time and all went smooth. Raul came to the house and took exact measurements and within a few days it was completed. Many thanks to Valerie and her crew. The countertop and under mount sink look great! Marilyn Hogbin

We had looked at several other tile and kitchen counter top companies before visiting Olive Mill. The variety of product was impressive. They let us check out numerous samples over several visits before we settled on a quartz product. Even though they were not close to us, we decided to go with Olive Mill because they were not 'hard sell' and were very knowledgeable about their products. We had them dismantle our old counter tops and tile which they did in one day. They were very professional and cleaned everything up. They also installed our new counter tops and they look great. Everyone was courteous and professional. There was no pressure at all. We love our new kitchen counter tops and would recommend Olive Mill to anyone looking for kitchen or bathroom help.

This review is based on my communication with Olive Mill as I did not hire them to do work. I called to inquire about a quote to install a bathroom counter. Valerie wasn't available, but the gentlemen who answered took my info and asked detailed questions. Valerie returned my call shortly after and was very thorough with the estimate. She explained the material and labor costs in detail. I chose not to use them solely due to my budget constraints. They were responsive, professional and pleasant to deal with on the phone. I will definitely call them again for any future work.

I highly recommend Olive Mill. I was looking for counter top installers and called several different places. We had an appointment with Valerie and after that meeting, we felt that we could trust and work with her and her team. We had Olive Mill install our counter tops for our kitchen and we couldn't be happier! Valerie and her team is so professional and easy to work with, with the stress of a remodel you don't need more stress worrying about the company you hired. Valerie coordinated the work with my contractor so it was really easy for us.

Valerie at Olive Mill is amazing!!! She and her installers were professional and helpful. She helped us work with the manufacturer when a product failed (absolutely NOT Olive Mills fault) to get it replaced; she worked tirelessly for weeks to get that accomplished. She also is helping my sister even though she can't sell her product/install it because my sister lives too far away but she is still answering her questions and providing solutions. Can't say enough good things about Olive Mill!!!

Fantastic customer service and quick delivery. I shopped all over SoCal for a corian counter to instill in my Airstream RV. They had almost every shade option available in their warehouse and helped me match the exact color I was looking for. I brought in my old counter top and was able to get a perfect fit with the corian counter and they even provided me with a step-by-step instruction to installing the counter. Definitely recommend for any countertop job.

To explain my 8-27-2016 Yelp review of Olive Mill--I realize that quartz can look different than the sample I had. Valerie's husband will be coming over to see my countertop on Saturday--to compare with what I saw in their showroom (Cambria) and what I actually bought (Pentel). I swear it looked just like the Cambria sample, They are bringing both samples I will go along with what Valerie says about what they actually ordered (Pental) after her showing me invoice, etc. I believe they seem to be honest people with which to do business. Our counter top does look beautiful....I showed it a few of my friends and they also thinks it looks beautiful and professionally installed. Owners have been professional, answering my many questions and returning phone calls and emails on time. I would recommend this company to do business with for counter tops and anything else they offer in their showroom. I apologize giving a somewhat mediocre review because I know a lot of potential customers to read Yelp reviews,.

We had the guys at Olive Mill help us build a custom desk at our place of business. They were professional, timely and hardworking. Our finished product superseded our expectation. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When we received our final bill, we were more than thrilled because their work was worth more than what they charged. I can say with 100% confidence that they were the best business choice we could have made in price, quality and aesthetics.
