Our experience with Oceana was a pleasant one from start to finish. We worked with Carla for the selection process and she was friendly and willing to go out of her way to help us pick our best choice. She was very responsive and would always respond to text or emails quickly. The installation team was friendly, competent and professional. They knew what they were doing and it showed. Working with a heavy piece of granite takes team work, and they all worked well together. The final product looks great.

We were very pleased working with Liz on our beach house renovation project. She was very knowledgeable with all the products offered and guided us through selecting the perfect materials for the kitchen and bathrooms. We went with Taj Mahal Honed. As the project evolved she had to revamp the quote a few times. She was very patient and I always felt comfortable calling her and asking to make the modifications. During install we had a very long master bath vanity 125" long and they wanted to cut it at the second sink so it would be easier to carry up the steps in 2-pcs. Again, after discussion Oceana made it happen by adding extra installers to carry the counter upstairs in 1-piece without cutting it. I was thrilled. I would highly recommend working with Ocean Designs.

Their price was less than other local businesses and they were very pleasant. They did a phenomenal job with my countertops and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company!

I needed counter top chip repairs. The service was excellent, the technicians were on time, friendly, skilled and professional. They were fast and clean.

They did an awful job with the granite the sales representative sold me on. I was very clear when I talked to them about what I was looking for. I cook every single day, I host big dinners and family parties, I bake. She recommended me this light color leathered granite, it looked beautiful at the beginning three months later was already full of stains. I called them to complain and the customer representative was extremely rude, she practically said it was my fault and with the budget I had that was the best she could have done. I gave up talking to them. Finally, one of my customers recommended me this guy that came and sealed the granite again. It doesn’t look perfect but it’s better than before. They are very nice to you until they get your money. I will never give them any business!

I had a great experience at Oceana Designs! Liseth was so helpful!! Even though I only needed a back splash for my bathroom she took extra time and walked me into the warehouse to show me my options. Liseth was very knowledgeable and I look forward to working with her on future projects!!
