Easy to work with and so fast! Great communication, timely meetings. They did our kitchen countertop job exactly as expected, which has been a rarity when working with contractors lately. Fair pricing too, they came in just under the other bids we got, and when our material changed to a cheaper material, they worked with us on the fly to make sure the savings came directly back to us. 10/10 would recommended.

Daniel and the team are experienced guys that have been in the business for a while. They installed quartz in my entire kitchen and both bathrooms and they did a great job. Professional and friendly guys and kept my house clean. I will definitely hire them again on my next remodel!

NW Master Granite did an amazing marble job on my house. The attention to detail was the best!. The marble was great combination with my kitchen. The communication on the schedule was also great. I will use them again for sure. It’s a great thing to watch someone that is very skilled at their craft.

We chose NW Master Granite & Marble to fabricate a new double sink vanity countertop in quartzite for our bathroom remodel. It was a great choice! Their work involved retrieving the material - a "leftover" from another job held by a fabricator 90 minutes travel distant - under circumstances that were challenging given our schedule. They retrieved the material, measured and templated the installation, and got the fabrication and installation done on time and on budget. Their work product is outstanding! Several of our past homes have had extensive stone fabrication installations and we've learned a lot about stone materials over the years. Daniel and his associates know their craft! They were great to work with, keeping us abreast of progress from start to finish. We would definitely use them again and confidently recommend their workmanship and services.

We shopped around quite a bit for a specialty quartz product. NW master was able to get the product at a great price and install quickly! Great local company, don’t sleep on the smaller local guys! They did an amazing job on our counters!

Couldn’t be more happy with the experience we had with Daniel and NW master granite and marble. It was so easy to communicate and plan out what we needed to happen. Update: we were contacted by NW Master Granite after posting the review and were able to have the remnants installed. Original Review: I wish I didn’t have to write this review, but after 4+ unreturned calls and several unanswered text messages I can only assume that we are being ghosted. We hired NW Master Granite and Marble to install new kitchen countertops for us in the fall. Throughout the installation process my husband and I had several conversations with Daniel and his team expressing that we would like to use the remnants from the slab that we purchased for another project. We were assured that we could use the remnants for another project or they would sell the slab and compensate us for the sale. Since the kitchen installation Daniel has been unresponsive after numerous attempts to get the rest of our slab. I can only assume that they intend to sell the piece to another customer and hang us out to dry. Despite a smooth installation I would not recommend working with this company because of their poor business practice. If I had known that a significant portion of the expensive slab we were purchasing would be lost in the process we definitely would have chosen another company who would have allowed us to keep our remnants. I hope that this is a misunderstanding and that we will hear from them soon, in which case I will update this review. I’m so disappointed.

I needed a bathroom countertop quickly and NW Master Granite & Marble totally delivered! Would have had it done in a week, but I had to be out of town. High quality workmanship and very professional!
