Everything went very well. I used Nova for two reasons: 1) my sister went through a pricey GC for her remodel and he chose NOVA for her, and 2) they gave me the best price of 3 bids on my kitchen project. Everything was easy and went great from the initial consultation to selection of material to templating and finally, installation. No mishaps. Always communicative and on time. Perfect installation. Even better, they did a great job of using the remainder of my 2 slabs to replace both of my bath countertops. Thanks, Nova for a 5-star performance!

This is the worst purchase I have been doing for my kitchen, I pay for a whole slab of granite and they make my kitchen with 4 different colors from different slabs, may be they pick up from the dumpster and sold it to me for entire price, also they asked me for cash payments so that way evoid pay taxes to the state, I advised at all the people do not accept the type of business because now they are requiring more money sending me emails and emails asking me for more money from me, this looking like business arrestment even if I have a document that they give on which clearly said the amount is paid off balance $0.00 but they doesn't care about the paper because they're threaten with put on my credit collections, this was more a year ago but they still bother me with the same issue. Be careful with Nova . I forgot mentioned that piece s are cracked holes every where and damaged, also they asking me to get this review off of here. I requested a refund but they can not do it because they gonna damage my backsplash. Also the installer damaged my sink cabinet to settings those pieces of wood with screws on it.

Monique from Nova did a great job in helping us with granite color. The install went quickley even though it required a tear-out of the old granite. Everyone from the individual doing the template to the installers were professional and very good at their jobs! I highly recommend Nova!

Great company!! Honest and caring. Sales reps, Addy and Daylin walked me through the process every step of the way. The workers were prompt and on-time for every appointment. Couldn't have asked for a better result. Beautiful job!!

We were recommended by good friends and neighbors to check out Nova Countertops. From the very beginning, I knew we were in good hands. Claudia spent a great deal of time with me working through the options for our particular project. She was kind, well informed and very professional, as was Monique. They both had great suggestions for our design. Kathleen kept us up-to-date as to when our product would be available and handled our scheduling issues with patience. I was amazed at how quickly we were able to get installation once our cabinets were in. The two gentlemen who installed our countertops, Johny and Fabio, were amazing. They had our large island slab in place before I even realized they were here in the middle of our construction site! True artists! I have nothing but good things to say about Nova and I highly recommend working with them if you enjoy working with real professionals. It was sincerely the easiest part of our construction project!

Nova Countertops were recommended to us. We are absentee landlords and our tenant has a difficult work schedule to try and schedule around. The people at Nova were above and beyond in seeing that our job was done correctly, with beautiful workmanship, quality materials, reasonably priced and a positive and patient attitude. Choosing countertops is a big deal and needs good communication and precision. Right out of the gate, we found NOVA to be 100% DEPENDABLE, extremely FRIENDLY and ALWAYS picking up our calls. We really felt important to them. Their prices were shockingly less than the two Naples competitors we shopped at prior. We found NOVA to run an organized and tight ship with every step of our project! Be prepared, when you contact Nova, they will begin your countertop process right away. There is no waiting or rescheduling. NONE. More importantly, ALL OF THE STAFF seem to really CARE about us and our project. The owner, Monique, and her team, have an eye for stocking their showroom with current gorgeous countertop products. Nothing was outdated. They’re on top of their product game in my opinion. Trust me, I visited all of them. From Marco Island, Ft. Myers was a straight shot off the highway. A total drive of 49 minutes and easy to get to. Better than the traffic congestion in Naples. Great lunch spots too! NOVA, from the moment we arrived, helped us get our samples of cabinetry and flooring from our car. Vanessa, one of their staff, handed us waters without even asking and led us out back to begin the process. With my terrible indecision, Vanessa, really had an eye for what NOT to choose. Her feedback made perfect sense, narrowing down the abundance of gorgeous quartz, granite and marble products. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY PICKS!! With living in Boston when it came time to pick the actual “veining” design, Vanessa, made a FaceTime call with me to make sure I was extra happy with the layout. OMG, she’s the best. THEN, On September 28, HURRICANE Ian hit Ft. Myers very bad. Would you believe we received an email from Nova the VERY NEXT MORNING to see if we “were okay” and to let us know that they would do everything in their power to continue the process of completing our job on time. They arrived 2 days after the hurricane while most of Ft Myers was underwater. Thanks to Nova, we have taken away a higher standard or customer service to bring to our own 26 year business.
