Overall a great experience with Northwest Granite, we love our new Kitchen and bathrooms. Michael was great at helping us figure things out and everything went together quicker than we expected. There were a few hiccups with the install, but were resolved to our satisfaction. Our kitchen was dark and gloomy and now it’s bright and cheery!

Hired them about two years ago and at the time did a lovely job. But within months I started to see a gap between the sink and counter (the sink is under mounted). Not a lot though, so I thought maybe it was ok. But then last November, I noticed one corner of the sink was fully detached from the counter and now the gap is about a centimeter. My husband noticed that back side of the sink was not supported by anything the way the front side is (there's a wood support going across the front of the sink). NW said they can't do anything to fix it. I can understand if we're out of the warranty time but a sink being properly secured to the counter is something a customer shouldn't have to worry about and I would want to make sure my product install was secure. If you hire any counter company, make sure the install of sinks is done well. photos of two different corners

We are SO overwhelming inpressed with the quality of the work and with the people at Northwest Granite!! We had both our Cabinets and Quartzite installed by HIGHLY qualified professionals from NW Granite. We absolutely LOVE our Kitchen remodel. There was an issue, but it was resolved quickly and with complete understanding for our reservation. We can't say enough about how seamless the entire process went. Side note: We had a horrible medical situation occur with one of our grandsons during this process - some the employees at NW Granite offered to pray for him; at least one individual there submitted a donation to his GoFundMe. These people at NW Granite look beyond the dollar sign and see their patrons as real people. Shout out to Surge, Sofie, Fil, Shannon, Stass and Keoni!! Thank you NW Granite!

We made a appt with Michael. He was very helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased. His knowledge of products offered made my decision easier. I came into NW Granite with boards I made of all my selected decor minus my countertops. This helped me a lot. On my final selection for pantry & bathrooms those were products selected from the yard. Michael helped me by explaining how the process worked. It saved me a lot of money. Because of that I was able to upgrade on my kitchen quartz countertop. Yes I could have used Granite called Blue Jeans & it would have worked. It came down to myself wanting a cleaner look (quartz) vs Granite (Blue Jeans) busier look. In the end the granite from the yard has a leathery feel to it. Makes my bathroom & pantry look amazing. The quartz in the downstairs bathroom was too good to pass up. I love the veining thru it. I couldn’t be happier with my decisions. I highly recommend NW Granite. You won’t regret it.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got a quote emailed over. The template process was great. The install was great. I called several times after the fact to see if I could get a cutting board made and was told on numerous occasions they would check and call me back. I never got a call. My contractor wanted something installed for the dishwasher to attach to the countertop and that didn’t happen. Nobody calls you back after the sale. Very disappointing.

Had a total kitchen done by NW Granite. Workmanship and products where inferior and when I discussed it with the owners they basically told me what did I expect for the money I paid. They were slow to respond. Sent the 1st installer out and he didnt really know what he was doing. the 2nd installer they sent out was able to make some of it look better but all in all it wasnt a quality job.

My wife and I purchased cabinets from another local Spokane company and were forced to return them because of the poor construction. As anyone who has built a house can imagine, this left us in a terrible bind. We had contractors lined up for other work that were now having to be postponed and our move-in date was at serious risk. Fortunately, NW Granite happily rescued us and had cabinets constructed and delivered within a week. What a tremendous relief. All the guys down there are wonderfully helpful and skilled at what they do. It would be difficult to find another cabinet shop, outside of custom cabinetry, more dedicated to customer care and build quality. What a blessing.

Fantastic experience. This business exceeded our expectations. Living in an area where the growth is explosive it is difficult to find businesses or contractors for home upgrades. We had a wonderful experience buying our quartz from NorthWest Granite. Exceptional prices and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. Eddie, our salesperson was so patient with us and we ended up with the counter we wanted, but hadn't thought we could afford. When I say exceptional prices, I'm not joking! I had a great experience with Northwest Granite! We had them install the countertops for our kitchen remodel, including a huge island. It's absolutely beautiful! The installers were quick and efficient and respectful. They even went above and beyond and helped us get our car out of the icy snow when it was stuck on the street in front of our driveway. We got a small chip in the island about a week after installation, and they came out for free and filled it! I wish we had called them directly instead of hiring them through Lowe's, I think we could have saved some money. But I'm just happy happy to have it done and have it done well!

Northwest is the only shop in town even worth looking at. I know this because I talked to every shop in town. They have the best customer service Sofi ,came out on site multiple times to measure discuss and ensure we got what we wanted. Sofi was flexible with design options and made the process smooth throughout the entire process. No other companies sent anyone out to the site to measure! The install was done quickly and done well! We opted for both cabinets and countertops and would recommend the same for anyone looking for quality product at a fair price. Pricing was fair and beat out all the other competitors. Ask for Sofi and you'll be happy with the end result!

NW Granite and More staff made our remodel project a very pleasant experience. Our project included the entire living level of our home, the kitchen, and bathrooms downstairs. We appreciated the fact that the dust was kept to a minimum during demolition and there were never construction items left outside our home. Our project manager was always available to respond to any questions or issues that arose. The subcontractors were courteous and did great work. As with any remodel, there were a few challenges, but our project manager met those challenges with a positive attitude and always found a solution. There were many times that he went far beyond the call of duty to make sure our vision became a reality and always did his best to stay within our budget! For our granite countertops we spend about $1400. We were told that they are heat resistant and much more durable then laminate we had before. Will recommend them to my friends.

Great prices on both cabinets and granite countertops, and the quality is very good too. Compared with custom cabinets at other Spokane suppliers, Northwest Granite prices were about 30% less for similar quality cabinets. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star rating is my salesperson was a bit slow to respond to my requests sometimes, however the cabinets were ready and installed on schedule.

We had new counter tops installed in our kitchen. The demo and installation work was fine, in spite of a few issues. The reason we gave this only 3 stars was because of the quality of their customer service. The sales person is our first contact and becomes in effect the customer service representative for the company. Unfortunately that was a less than satisfactory experience for us. While the initial service was good, what followed was very poor. The response of the salesperson was improper, rude at times, and we even got hung up twice. While the matters of concern were adequately resolved, with the interference of the Sales Manager, we were left with a very bad taste ultimately with the customer treatment we got. In our opinion, the company needs to address this.

I would be careful when ordering from NW Granite. They did our installation and approximately 2 years later our sink came loose. They said that they wouldn't fix it without a fee. Be sure they clamp your sink!!

I am super disappointed with my experience with northwest granite. I had high hopes with all the positive reviews I read prior to going with them, I think it's only fair to share my experience. We got our kitchen cabinets and counters from them. I'll start with positives- they are professional and I was able to get my job done in a reasonable time. No issues with with counters. The cabinets on the other hand did NOT go smoothly. First, they put the measurements in wrong and we had a 5-INCH GAP. I understand mistakes are made, but there was no taking accountability. They just suggested I fill it with some wood spacers. They did replace the a single lower drawer to make up three inches but the upper cabinet they refused to exchange, So it looks terribly mismatched. Next, a cabinet arrived damaged, which was never replaced. Also, when the guys dropped off the cabinets on our brand new wood flooring, it left a huge scratch. I told the salesperson about all of our issues, and it took about 4 different phone calls and weeks later to get someone to come to "fix" the damage. The scratch on the floor they just applied a brown pen that turned it from light scratch to dark scratch. We are now going to have to pay to replace a portion of the floor to fix it. There is poor communication between departments and It felt like we were pushed aside I had to keep asking to have our issues to be barely addressed. They just want our money and to move on. Super bummed with our experience.

Customer service is horrible. Mgmt is non responsive and isn't interested in resolving any issues. A lien letter was sent while I was waiting for mgmt to call me back. Kitchen counter top was NOT the one we picked out (they advised it was not marked) and will this one "Suffice"... Bathroom cabinet was too big to bring in and had to be disassembled in my garage to get it put in--and somehow that was my fault for not knowing the cabinet was too big... Will NOT recommend them for any projects.

This has been a horrible experience! My wife shopped Spokane for the best price on a specific quartz countertop for our remodel that is very popular and sold all over Spokane, definitely not unique. NW Granite had the best price the quartz so she paid them to template, cut and install the quartz countertops for us. I knew it was going to be a bad day when the installers showed up 3 hours late without a call or text. The first piece the installers bring in was for the corner sink. As soon as the installer slid the first piece into place he says "oh no, we have a problem" the sink hole was too far from the front of the cabinet. He said he could cut the back of the cabinet out! We both laughed because the hole was obviously cut wrong, no big deal, they have to recut the quartz. The installer was super nice and took the piece that was cut wrong back to the truck and finished doing the rest of the install. Everything else was great! I was super happy with their job and assumed it would be a few days to get the corner piece cut correctly..... oh heavens no! That night my wife tried reaching out by email to her representative Dimitri but he was "sick" so he turned the account over to Phil. Phil's solution to the problem is for my wife to call our cabinet maker, have him come back out to the house and hack the back of the cabinet out so the sink will fit the bad hole that NW cut wrong. I decided to go see Phil at the store to try and understand his solution.... that was a less than pleasant experience. First Phil tells me the cabinet maker made the cabinet too small. I informed he that the cabinet maker has been making the same high quality cabinets for over a decade and knows what he's doing as his cabinets are high end, hand made cabinets. Then Phil says the sink was too big.... That excuse didn't hold water because the sink fits perfectly in the cabinet, ya just gotta cut the top correctly. Then Phil says my wife, who knows nothing about quartz installation had the idea to move the sink away from the countertop edge making it difficult for her to reach into the back of sink, absolutely ludicrous and makes no sense. So now I have the job of finding another countertop company in Spokane that knows how to template, cut and install quartz and take these clowns from NW Granite to small claims court. It's unbelievable that a company can come up with all kinds of excuses for a problem they have created through ineptitude. Spokane has many companies that install countertops, NW Granite is the bottom of the barrel.

If you are considering Northwest Granite to install countertops please read (very carefully) the "What to expect when you purchase new countertops" and "Terms and conditions" documents before you sign. There seemed to be an oversight at every step of the installation. The original invoice when the 75% down payment was made and terms and conditions were signed stated that they were going to install 3cm of the material. They installed 2cm. They forgot to polish and clean the underneath surface of the overhang of island and yes it is very visible when you walk up the stairs. The holes for the switches on the backsplash were too small, and one side of backsplash was too small. There is a 1/4 of an inch chip on the corner of the backsplash and the installer covered it with silicone. Vlad and the representative at the store offered to send their installers back to our home to remove and reinstall the backs splash and countertop with writing. This will cause unavoidable damage to the existing island structure and framework (including electrical, cabinetry and plumbing). NorthWest Granite's terms and conditions states that the purchaser (us) is responsible for any repairs or replacement of walls/trim or ceilings. After observing their installation work, I truly did not have any TRUST that they would do a good job repairing their mistakes. Therefore I kindly paid the remaining 25% of the balance as I truly believe that the removal and reinstallation of the countertops will end up costing me more. The company needs to improve their sales and installation process. Hopefully this review will help others avoid a similar experience.

Argh...both counter tops were measured incorrectly. Called the stone manager who is not local. He wanted me to buy new sinks because they cut the holes for my sinks 2" too large. Vlad was not professional and you can tell he is quick tempered. I will never do business with them again. The countertops were not salvageable and I have to start the process all over again. I cannot recommend this business as their stone manager is a nightmare.

Extremely disappointed with customer service. Specifically chose this business due to the time frame in which I was told the job could be completed. Feeling misled as now I am being told it will not be completed for 3 more weeks. did not purchase cabinets here and now sit with cabinets and no countertops. this Is a great example of the fact that a good price does not mean a good experience.

I never write reviews on companies because I don't want to distort their image because I understand that things happen but Northwest granite is by far the worst company I have ever worked with in both craftsmanship and communication. I tried giving them multiple chances to do repairs but every time a new problem arises so does a new excuse on why I'm not getting what I've paid for. So if you're looking for cabinet shops I would choose another business in Spokane to support.

Worst experience ever. Worst customer service, no level of professionalism whatsoever and zero respect for customer satisfaction. So many mistakes made multiple times and somehow blamed on the customer when they do all their own measuring and work. Go anywhere else. I still have damaged quartz I paid about $6k for and no one took responsibility.

My original review was removed, can be found in filters. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the finished product. The space behind our stove was not completed even though we made it clear during the initial consultation that we wanted that done.. it is now a gaping mess of sheetrock with holes in it, which we now have to figure out what to do with. We also have seams that are uneven and even after writing a letter to the business addressing our dissatisfaction, have had no response. They sure were quick about cashing my check, though. I would definitely pay a little extra and go somewhere else.. which is what we're doing with our bathroom counters.
