Sam and his entire team at North American were fantastic. We utilized their stone throughout our entire home, the quality and service are unmatched in Rochester. We stopped at a couple of larger stone yards before finding North American and the service and selection were clear from our very first visit this would be our place. You will not regret using this company, they truly care about you and your project!

Great place to buy granite from. They do have a small sample of stone in their basement level so do not let the size the store fool you. Right from the start our experience was fantastic. Kriss our salesperson was great and made the process easy. Upon first review we fell in love with a stone but because we waited to look at more options, a week latter it was sold. They were able to order two slabs and within the month we had our counter tops installed and they look great. Right from the owner who measured the kitchen for the template to the two teams they have install, each person was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Also the pricing was well lower then their competitors. If you are in the market for counter tops make sure you make a stop here.

It is so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond as NAS has for me. Not only is Sam knowledgeable, but he is a caring and honest person who goes out of his way to help in areas that really have nothing to do with the purchase of their products. I ran into some issues with my contractor and Sam helped me in ways I never expected. He, his team, and the subcontractors, all go out of their way to coordinate with one another and create a seamless experience for the client. If I could give this company 10 stars I would.

I am so impressed with this company! From start to finish I appreciated their warm generous spirit to meet my needs along with wonderful expertise. I wasn't at all surprised when I learned how this is a family business and how closely connected all the employees are as family and lifelong friendships. Ali was my sales person who went above and beyond to find me the perfect green stone counter for my kitchen. He kept in touch with me over months to search for this rare color, informing me when one turned up and offering to bring it in to let me see it in person before I committed. The second try was a charm! I was also able to adjust the layout to expose the most beautiful aspects of the piece before it was cut. The owner, Dave came to measure and I instantly felt like I was in the best hands. He was so precise and informative about the whole process taking the time to offer advice and answer all my questions. The installation was seamless. I can't say enough about the competence, friendliness and considerate care of the entire crew from the tear out to the installers to their plumber. I was impressed with how well they work together. I called in about a situation with my dishwasher that lost connection after the installation. The owner, Dave came to my house immediately. It turned out that the dishwasher outlet was not installed properly, so that any slight movements from the installation was enough to cause it to disconnect. I just assumed we would contact an electrician later to fix the situation for good and Dave would just have plugged it back in. No!! Dave spent 1 1/2 hours actually reinstalling the outlet for us in the proper place and refused to take any payment. We are absolutely in love with our new counters. I was so impressed also with their contractors, that I plan to use them all now! I highly recommend this company!

I just had quartz countertops installed in my bathrooms and I am beyond thrilled. They look amazing and the entire process from start to finish was great. Everyone who I dealt with was kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to remodel. I can’t wait to do my kitchen with them in the future.

Our experience with North American Stone was positive from day one. They were very helpful finding the perfect quartz countertops to go with our new kitchen. Jeff did an excellent job measuring for both countertops, and he & Sam did an awesome job with the installation. They were meticulous installing them, and spent extra time making it look perfect. No one but the best for counter tops! I am beyond thrilled with North American Stone. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like family. Kriss actually listened to my wants and needs and never once pressured me into buying any extras. She worked within my budget and went back and forth through email as I changed my mind about what I wanted multiple times. Finally, I decided on this absolutely stunning Midnight Thunder black granite and I cannot be happier! The guys showed up exactly when I was told they would be, 9am sharp. They were respectful, clean, courteous, and put down floor protection from the front door to the kitchen. The guys even cleaned up a mess that I made from removing the previous counter tops which was NOT their responsibility. I cannot express my appreciation for everyone on the team! Please give them a call if you're considering new counter tops!

These folks were very gracious. They did a marvelous job with our kitchen counter, took care to not damage the cabinets or floors, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Everything was done in a timely fashion. Great job!

I LOVE North American Stone! They have done two projects for us (kitchen and bath) and we could not be happier. The entire process both times was great. We have recommended them to several friends and acquaintances. You have to go see Jan, Sam, Dave, and all of their crew. My only regret is that we don't need more granite...maybe we should add on!
