Louise was our contact person at Norfolk Kitchen and Bath, Manchester, NH, and was a tremendous help with suggestions for our beautifully renovated kitchen. We are especially happy with the island size, molding around the cabinets, glass cabinet to display my pottery dishes, and pull-out drawers, making it so easy to find items. After over 30 years, I finally got the kitchen I deserved. It took Louise Robie and her team at Norfolk Kitchen and Bath to interpret my needs and present me with viable options. Her design transformed my 10 x 12 ft kitchen into a space that feels much larger and is highly functional. It is bright and spacious, ergonomic, with tons of storage space. I finally have a kitchen for a serious cook; and its gorgeous! The clear stain on the maple cabinets, with the black and white of the granite combine country with elegant. And the quality of the cabinets is impressive. Louise was there along the way to resolve any hick ups and coordinate with the granite company. We could not have done this without her and NFKB

Norfolk and Diane Fleming came highly recommended for our major kitchen renovation and we couldn't be more pleased with the process and outcome. Diane worked closely with us to come up with an incredible design for a very tricky space and achieve the level of detail we desired. Communication throughout the process by the Norfolk team was very good and the delivered product was exemplary. This was also a week-long install and we couldn't have been happier having Lee and Tyler in our home. They were friendly, polite, organized, clean (as much as can be expected during major home renovations!) and their craftmanship and attention to detail was exemplary. Occupied, large-scale home renovations are always an arduous undertaking, but working with Norfolk and their associates was a true joy. Highly recommend them for any project size or scope.

We did a complete kitchen remodel, floor to ceiling. Louise was our kitchen designer. She did a fantastic job from designing, suggesting extras and conveniences to ordering and making sure we had everything we needed to install the cabinets and hardware. The custom cabinets fit like a glove and everything went in as planned. All we had to do was pick out the style of cabinet and color. The kitchen seems so much bigger and we have utilized so much more space. We love it! We did all our own install in this 100 year old house so it was a challenge to get everything square, level and plum after demo but it made the cabinets go in so much easier. We were very pleased with our Kitchen Remodel from start to finish with Norfolk Kitchen and Bath. Louise did an amazing job helping us with our design and guiding us through every step of the process. She was also very flexible with our busy schedules which was appreciated. Our installer, Richard, did amazing work and was very considerate with keeping the area as clean as possible knowing we were living in the space through the remodel. She designed our kitchen, thank goodness, because we had no clue what we were doing. She outdid herself. We could not be happier with her design.
