The Next Step team was incredibly professional, transparent and efficient throughout our kitchen remodel. From initial introduction on the quote, through the design process in their showroom, all the way to final installation, we always felt like we were involved, informed and valued as customers. And most importantly, the quality of work is exceptional, particularly in areas where it matters most - backsplash, countertops, and finishing trim. And they finished the whole job in just over three weeks! Seriously can't rate these guys highly enough, absolutely no regrets.

Our first contact with Next Step was in August, 2021. We were impressed with their showroom and the products they offered. The staff was professional, listened to our ideas and made helpful suggestions. We hired Next Step to design, build and install our kitchen cabinets and counter tops and vanities in our bathrooms. They did an excellent job. Their workers were professional and respectful of us and our property. The cabinets and counter tops were installed in December 2021. We had a water leak in November 2023. It damaged the pantry, kitchen and back entry. We thought the kitchen cabinets were damaged by the water. We called Next Step. The owner, Daniel, came to our house several times to evaluate the damage. The kitchen cabinets were not damaged but we had to remove all the flooring in the kitchen, pantry and back entry. Next Step installed new flooring and base board, fixed electrical problems and plumbing problems in the center island and replaced the kitchen sink. All of Next Step's workers were professional and respectful of us and our property. The owner, Daniel, and Alfredo and Armando were outstanding in the way they listened to us and solved our problems. A lot of businesses could learn from Daniel, Alfredo and Armando how to listen to their customers and help solve their customers problems. I cannot say enough about the team at Next Step Kitchen Concepts. From our very first interaction with Joseph to our final walk through with Alfredo, I was incredibly impressed with everyone. Every person we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful every step of the way. There were several things that set them apart from other folks we talked to. First, their proactive communication was fantastic. The afternoon before each day of work Alfredo or Joseph would text me to let me know exactly what I could expect the next day - who was arriving, when, and what work would be accomplished. Second, they were so helpful and offered great recommendations as we were trying to finalize our choices for the kitchen. Third, there was one small thing I wasn't sure I was going to be happy with during the install and Alfredo handled it with such professionalism and care. In the end, the small issue wasn't an issue at all. Fourth, after all of the work was finished up they sent Elizabeth to clean the first floor of our home. It was as if no work had even taken place. (thank you, Elizabeth!). When it was all said and done Alfredo said, "Thank you for trusting us with your kitchen." It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Next Step Kitchens, from Angie in the office to Joseph, Daniel and Alfredo, to Alvaro and Rick and all their crews. Everyone was professional, friendly and thorough. The design process was fun and easy, thanks to Joseph's skill and Michelle's wonderful ideas. The work was quality and involved my input every step of the way. As with any large kitchen remodel project, there were hiccups along the way, but each was met w/ consideration for my timeline and needs. In fact, they went above and beyond several times and in several ways to make sure things were ready for the holidays and all our family obligations. I was very impressed with the lengths to which they went to accomodate my family. They were transparent with respect to the budget and costs along the way, and responded to my (many) texts, emails and phone calls quickly. I appreciated the full-service nature of their business and trusted everyone with whom I worked. I would certainly recommend Next Step Kitchens!

I recently bought a home and the previous owner had a gorgeous kitchen designed and built by Next Step Kitchen Concepts. The beautiful kitchen was really the selling point with the house. During the move, one of the kitchen cabinets was scratched. I went to the showroom at Next Step Kitchen Concepts and Angie and Michelle were so friendly and helpful. Michelle got me the right touchup paint kit. She went above and beyond to help me with finding replacement backsplash tile, new garbage and recycle cans for the custom pull out cabinets and additional pullout shelving storage. Michelle has exceptional customer service skills and went above and beyond to help with my small little project. I feel so lucky to know my kitchen was designed by Next Step. Even though I wasn't the original buyer, they still took really great care of me. Thank you Michelle and Angie, you guys are the best.

We employed Next Steps to do our kitchen renovation and are so pleased we did. Throughout the entire process, they were communicative and helpful. I just completed my kitchen remodel with Next Step Innovations. Its been my dream to upgrade my very outdated kitchen for years. I had a bathroom remodel a couple of years ago and did not have the best experience, so I was very skeptical when it was time to do my kitchen. I had met with several kitchen design teams and decided to go with them because they had their specialists as part of their team. Waiting was not necessary if there was a need for a plumber, an electrician, or even an engineer as they are part of the crew. As it turns out, there was a need for an engineer to determine if one of the walls was a load-bearing structure that could affect the design. They created a beautiful design for my kitchen and considered my needs to make it work for me. Danny and Joseph were helpful during the selection of cabinets, stone, and tile (an overwhelming task), showing me different options on how they could enhance the look of my kitchen. There were a few hurdles along the way. They were quick to troubleshoot these issues without having to compromise the design. The crew was fantastic. They were considerate and asked for my input when I was home. They made sure that they cleaned up when they left for the day. Despite all the surprises, they were able to stay pretty much on the timeline that they proposed. I love my kitchen!!! I was so lucky that I was able to find Next Step Innovations to work with me on this project and making this remodel experience worlds better than my previous one.
