A great second experience with New Life. The first job we worked with them on repainting our house. We were impressed with their communication so we took a chance with them on our first remodel job. We are thrilled with our decision. The remodel is everything we wanted and we enjoyed working with the office team of Karlie and Paul. Mike and Hector were leads on the project itself and we'd request them again in a heartbeat. Lovely guys who were super easy to work with (and I work from home so I was with them through the whole project). Wayne also filled in for a few days and he was great as well. Appreciate the team at New Life - we will be back for our kitchen remodel!

We used New Life Bath & Kitchen to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. This involved removing a bathtub, building a zero-threshold shower (so foundation modification), intricate tile work, and replacing just about everything. From the beginning, Paul and Karlie helped us through the process so we always knew what the next step was. Karlie came with us to help pick out tile. For the job itself, Wayne and Mike were great: friendly, professional, and helpful. We changed a few things as the project went on and they were always willing to talk through the options. We love our new bathroom and our experience with New Life.

We just had our bathroom remodeled by new life and had the most exceptional experience! The Job supervisor Mauricio blew us away with his creativity and his attentiveness to detail! He’s very organized and methodical and made all of our bathroom dreams come true! His foreman Adrian was also incredible and made sure the job site was always extra clean and tidy after finishing each day! They both were extremely professional and friendly, and made it very easy to communicate! Would highly recommend New Life for any remodeling and painting!

We recently had New Life remodel two bathrooms. The house is 40 years old. The bathrooms were looking old. Everything in the bathrooms was replaced. We opted for walk-in showers. Paul and Karlie did a wonderful job of setting the scope of the remodeling and taking care of the paperwork. They helped us choose materials and fixtures. Wayne was the lead on the hall bathroom which was done first. Jaime was the lead on the master bathroom. Both kept the work schedule moving which is not easy with others building cabinets etc. There were never any big issues. Minor ones were handled quickly and satisfactorily. When completed, the bathrooms were just what we wanted. Everything looks great. We really love the walk-in showers.

New Life team was amazing to work with from start to finish. Paul did a great job measuring and explaining how the process works, Karlie did a wonderful job moving the ordering process along and keeping me up to date on installation and in process payments and Marisio and his team did a systematic approach to installation made the whole project so worth the expense and effort! Great job New life - would I recommend you again absolutely! A couple of things for potential kitchen remodelers to remember - it takes time! For Us the whole process was about 6 months. You may need to work with a designer to select cabinet style or colors - they have a great showroom but sometimes visualizing it difficult. For me it was easy since I design for a living. The project does need coordination with your back splash and counter tops along with interior paint color, flooring and hardware! Don't forget lighting - very important in the kitchen work spaces. What makes New Life special is their team of employees; their management, their office staff, and their field specialist. All these people are outstanding at what they do. They do expert work and have a commitment to integrity and quality. Every New Life employee that I met while our bathroom was being remodeled was on-time, well prepared, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I can't say enough good thing about Karlie Crawford, New Life's Interior Designer and member of the office staff. She was so patient and helpful whenever we had a problem. Likewise, Paul Piacentini, New Life's General Manager and Estimator, was there every time we had a question or needed an explanation, or needed help. Mauricio Ambriz, the crew leader of the team that did the actual bathroom remodel work is outstanding. I have met may construction and remodeling people in my four-score years on this planet and rarely have I known someone who does better work than Mauricio. Friendly and courteous, quiet and thoughtful, knowledgeable about his craft... that's Mauricio. If Mauricio is the team leader of your kitchen or bath remodel you can relax and know that the end product will be just what you wanted. Also, Mauricio's co-worker, Adrian, is a great person who works hard but is never too busy to help in any way he is asked. I needed an old tub-shower combo torn out, plumbing moved and to build a tiled shower. My first contacts were Paul and Karlie. They were attentive and professional. Chuck, the owner, was also very helpful. New Life Bath & Kitchen assigned David and Jaime to my job and they were reliable, punctual and listened to my needs and desires. They cleaned up daily. The accent that I selected for my shower was not an easy install; it looks like beach pebbles and I must say that David rocked and is literally the Rock Star (pun intended) on this whole project. He is a perfectionist, has a great personality and attitude...despite my pickiness. I truly would not hesitate on recommending them to anyone. We had a complete remodel of our master bathroom and some up-dating of tile in another bathroom by New Life. Neither bathroom had any work done on them since the house was built in 1963! The master bathroom was a total gut job and what an amazing result! Both bathrooms are gorgeous now. But what is most important with projects like these is that you have true professionals do the job. New Life is the definition of a company who wants to provide exceptional customer service. I selected New Life Bath & Kitchen by reading and comparing the reviews for several local businesses. New Life did not disappoint me. My new kitchen is beautiful and exceeds initial expectations. Karlie did an excellent job assisting with design, selecting and ordering materials. Wayne and Jesus (contractor team) went out of their way to accommodate all of my requests however were honest when my request would not deliver the desired result. I will request this team for future projects. As with many construction projects it took longer than expected however the wait was worth the final outcome. My kitchen is awesome!

The work included: -new counter tops -new range hood -tile backsplash -painting existing cabinets -new knobs and drawer pulls -florescent light box was framed out -new LED canned lights We removed a countertop cook top and a section of cabinets to make way for a new full 30" range. and removed a cabinet mounted oven and filled the space with big drawers and a shelf for a microwave. The crews were efficient and professional. They kept the work areas clean and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. Special thanks to: -Mike B. Our kitchen has just been fully renovated thanks to NewLife. From start to finish, we couldn't be happier. this was intimidating as it was our first remodel, but Paul and Karli in the office guided us through every step. They worked with other contractors so that the job would proceed on time, and oversaw their work onsite. I can't say enough about Mauricio and David who did the actual work. They were very professional, explained every aspect of the job, and answered every question we had. We are very happy with the end result and would choose NewLife again in the future. New Life recently remodeled our 2 bathrooms; couldn't be happier with the results. Let me explain... 1. They do what is specified in the scope of work in the proposal that you both sign. 2. The work force arrives on time every day and at the end of the day they clean up after themselves. Your home is not left a mess. 3. The counter top contractor and New Life painters are completely professional, their work reflects it. 4. The men that made it all happen, Alex and Brian are the best. They are excellent at what they do. 5. Behind the scenes are Karlie and Paul. They take care of the details that keep the project moving forward. I'd have New Life back when needed. We hired New Life for remodel construction after our home flooded in July 2017. Deborah was great to work from beginning to end. We were dealing with our insurance company & our mortgage company along the way, so there were definitely some bumps, but that is to be expected in these situations. Deborah worked with us within our budget limits & all of the work came out absolutely beautiful. As horrible as it was to be displaced for 6 months, we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. The New Life crew does top notch work!

New Life did the most amazing job with our kitchen remodel. We were originally just going to get new counters and a sink and paint the cabinets. One estimate we got for counters was almost half as much as our beautiful new kitchen. We started with Chuck the owner and Cindy the designer who were interested in doing the best at the best price for us. As soon as the cabinets that we ordered arrived they set to work. The old kitchen and a wall were out in less then a day, every thing cleaned up. Then David and Pablo started the installation, both friendly and hard working, by the time they finished we felt they were old friends. Our kitchen was finished in less than 2 wks. They were beyond professional in every way as was Ulysses, the counter installer. Perfection I think is their motto. We are so happy with our new kitchen!

I hired New Life Bath and Kitchen due to a referral from someone I trust. It took me a long time to make the call because having a remodel done can often be inconvenient, however, I hated my kitchen so I finally made the call. I am so glad I did. Chuck the owner came out and we discussed the project and the different options and he was very likable from the get go. I felt I could trust him which was important to me. I did not get any other bids because I was that confident I would be happy. My instincts were correct as the whole staff was pleasant and easy to work with. I appreciated designer Cindy's input on some things that I had a hard time choosing and she was spot on. David and Pablo who did the work, were pleasant, polite and did a fabulous job of leaving the job site clean. They also did not play loud music which I appreciate. The end result is wonderful, I am very pleased with it and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a remodel done.

Jaime and Mac were absolutely incredible in demolishing our kitchen and replacing it all anew. They took out our old drop ceiling with a fluorescent light and replaced with can lights, removed a Mirror Wall and added a bar area, took out the pantry that sat in the middle of the kitchen and replaced with an island so we now have an open concept house. The new flooring is immaculate, crown molding, baseboards and quarter round are seamless, and the added overhead lighting in 2 bedrooms and our living room are superb. The attention to detail these two have is off the charts. My only reason for 4 stars is the office staff seem somewhat disorganized. We received multiple emails for payment and kitchen accessories when we had already paid and sent in paint colors/kitchen additions prior. Thankfully they were quick to admit their mistakes and corrected accordingly. Would highly recommend them for any kitchen remodel and will definitely be using them again for the bathroom remodels!

Karlie did a great job designing the kitchen, and Paul, David, & Jaime were so professional working on the job, always helpful, and cleaned the job site up every time. In 3 days the majority of our kitchen cabinets were installed with quality, and the whole project was very timely. Complete bathroom remodel. I have such a mixed opinion on how the remodel went. Some things went well (like working with some of the the construction crew) and other things (like the office staff) were disappointing at best. I sent long detailed emails and they were not read or acted on properly. Scheduling was a nightmare. I was told they should buy all supplies so they know they have them and that they might be able to get discounts. Only one item (of many) was actually cheaper for them than what I priced it at) and several items were more expensive than what I would have paid. It would have been cheaper if I was my own general contractor

Imagine, if you will, that your bathroom needs an emergency remodel due to a leak...and you see that estimates are FREE. So you call. Some lady shows up at your house, not with design books in the style you specifed, but with a camera, notepad, & measuring tape. She then tells you that she is not the estimator or the designer. She tells you that you should look at Instagram to get ideas. Um, no, I already know what style I want. I want to know what you have or what you can get. And I want to know how much it's going to cost. She says that they have a lady who coordinates with insurance companies to make sure you get the amount you should get to remodel your bathroom. And that she has to bounce because of another commitment. So that other lady calls you and tells you that it will be $500 for an estimate because estimates take time. And they wouldn't charge you for that if you had called them for hazard abatement. Oh, but we can get that back if we decide to go with them. Go with them for what exactly? To be taken for a ride? WAIT!...I thought estimates were FREE. Is this false advertising or WHAT? See comment on my review - UNBELIEVABLE! The business offered a free estimate - if they aren't really free, then the business is in the wrong. Customer needs are met through truthful advertising not through trying to charge for what was offered FREE.
