New Concept Cabinets is a company that will give your kitchen new life for great value. I was on a budget and I am in need of modernizing my kitchen. I have been postponing it for a while because I thought remodelling a kitchen required a lot of money even though I just needed new cabinets. My mother-in-law did their kitchen with them first and they recommended them. I saved their ad and waited a year before calling them. I wish I called them much earlier. I wish I told my sister before she did her kitchen so she could have saved 10s of thousands of dollars. The quality of the cabinets are high. And the work is done in a few days. If you have unlimited budget and time, sure go for other companies with your grand vision. That means you have a vision that will and surely cost a lot. If you need to modernize your kitchen on a budget I doubt anyone can beat New Concept Cabinets for the quality and value.

They were very patient with us. We were very picky and kept changing our minds on the styles and the dates to install them. The cabinet styles are very nice and hard to choose from. The salesman was not pushy and offered suggestions to help us. Frank the owner had no problem with us going into his showroom several times. His suggestion for the countertop style we should get was spot on. Frank the cabinet installer and his coworker were off the chart in a great way. Frank gaves us lots of information on how to care for and maintain the cabinets. The countertops look amazing. And the price for it all was great. Thank you New Concept Cabinets.

UPDATE 10/2022: Our kitchen floor has obvious chips in it and is coming apart at the seams. I contacted New Concept, Frank specifically, and he basically ignored my texts asking if they could fix the issues. He asked me for a copy of my invoice, I sent it and followed up 2x, no response. I sent him pictures and still nothing. I will post pics that I sent. We had our kitchen completely redone along with new flooring throughout our entire home. The time frames to complete each project were reasonable and accurate. We are very pleased with the work and have recommended New Concept Cabinet to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen/new flooring. We have so much more storage space available now, we still haven’t filled it all. Thank you

I now have beautiful brand spanking new kitchen maple wood cabinets and quartz countertops thanks to New Concept Cabinet Solutions. The process only took 3 days and they worked with my schedule. The 1st day involved a full kitchen demolition, removal, and hauling of the existing cabinets and countertops; the 2nd day was the installation of the beautiful night blue colored cabinets with complimentary gold tone handles, and a splash of glass cabinets; and the final day was the cutting and fitting of the marble white lightly streaked grayish quartz countertops and new sink. I have received several compliments from friends and family about my new kitchen. The cabinets match my freshly painted walls, flooring, and lights. I went through another company for cabinets and after receiving them, realized that the quality was terrible and cheap and it was going to be a nightmare to install. I happen to pass by and went in to New Concept and got an estimate with Frank. After speaking to him, I was absolutely sure that I needed to return the other cabinets and decided to go with New Concept. Best decision I made. They scheduled my install immediately and did a very professional job. I absolutely love my new cabinets and countertops. In less than a week, everything was scheduled and completed. We met with someone for a quote and locked in the deal by putting a deposit. Our plan was to wait a few months but we ended up pulling the trigger. They really had it demoed, installed and ready to go in 3 days! Everything was so easy. We went to the show room and were able to pick out the handles and see the models of the kitchens to get an idea of what we were getting. Every person who came to demo or install was very professional and took their time but also was very quick and efficient in the installation. Everything turned out better than we could've expected.

I needed to have cabinets installed for a newly renovated studio sized kitchen. Brian the salesman was very professional & did a great job thoroughly explaining the process from start to finish, how the pricing works and product options. Company has a beautiful showroom where you can view all their countertops, hardware & cabinet options in person. Before installation I was sent a 3D drawing, so I knew the exact layout of my kitchen. Cabinet & countertop Installers were very professional and did a beautiful job! They cleaned up nicely once finished. As a side note, there was a last-minute change to my sink size that I wasn't expecting, but we worked it out. The 3D image doesn't come with measurements so just make sure to be consistently present throughout your project and don't hesitate to ask detailed questions, so everything turns out the way you want it. Overall, a streamlined process. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future projects.

I've been dreaming of my blue kitchen for almost 5 years . 2 years ago I gave them a deposit. But do to some unprecedented incidents , I had to to put my dream kitchen on hold. I was so happy that new concept cabinets locked in my price with my deposit and patiently waited for us. I just had my kitchen installed last week!!! It is more beautiful than I had imagined!!!! I still need a few appliances installed but the cabinets and quartz waterfall island are installed!!! The video and pictures don't do justice on how beautiful and elegant my kitchen came out. During these last 2 years I've seen other kitchens and their prices were so high. I'm glad I went with new concept cabinets!! They sent a designer and had my kitchen drawn up in plans. The showroom was full of display options and I love the spice rack and pull-out shelves! The soft close touch of the drawers is very nice as well. When I first saw the New Concept Cabinet in the weekly ads, I thought the price was too good to be true . After talking with two contractors about remodeling my kitchen, the labor alone-without materials-cost more than $6,000. I had my doubts regarding the cost of New Concept Cabinets, they informed me that the price of $5,995 includes both labor and materials, as well as a complimentary sink and lazy Susan. After the initial consultation, I visited the store and made my selections and later someone came to measure and provide a graphic layout. I had a few alteration requests (which was factored in without any push back). Demo guy was fantastic! He put protective covering over my floors, then meticulously dismantled and removed my old cabinets. Very impressive and appreciated since I remained in my place during the process!!! We just got our second estimate from New Concept Cabinets for my sister's kitchen and wow is this company AMAZING. They gave us a quote that was 40% lower than the other 3 estimates that we had received, and their quality surpassed everyone by far. The first quote we had wanted to sell us cheap particle board cabinets. While New Concept was going to give us Solid wood cabinets. The 2nd quote we had received was even more expensive and that did not include installation just cabinets and countertops. And the 3rd estimate was from REBORN cabinets for only a REFACING. Which in other words is just a laminate sticker over my current cabinets. This company was head and shoulders above the competition. And a definite must for all you looking for a MASTERPIECE KITCHEN of QUALITY & CLASS.

They were very patient and took time out of their day to visit our place and show us many different ideas and options. To top it off, the samples were very high quality and modern. I was in search of a fresh Kitchen remodel for my modest kitchen. I went and reviewed numerous companies. Thanks that they had offered free estimates. I scheduled numerous estimates with multiple companies. the first contractor left me so discouraged and the representative kept pressuring me to do a completely different layout than what my husband wanted. Not only was it not what I had asked for by the budget was way out of order. I only asked for refacing but she quoted me a number that was just super high. All I said was NEXT!!!! There comes consultation #2 the moment I saw the contractor I knew the vibe was just off. Quality was next to none. Contractor was aggressive and you could easily spot the quality was to economic not the CUSTOM LOOK I was looking for. I just got a negative feeling and decided to not pursue with them as I always go with my gut feeling. Consultation #3 when the Representative from NEW CONCEPT CABINET came you could tell he was very patient and calm. He did not try to pressure me to make the sale right away nor did ask me for a quick deposit. He rather put an emphasis on the Kitchen layout that me and my husband wanted. I was sold. All I want to say is that the quality of the MARBLE DESIGN of the QUARTZ is just fabulous. And that also goes for the thickness and shine. Make sure no matter what that you go ahead and visit the showroom it will definitely give you so many layout ideas as it is simply BEAUTIFUL. From reading the reviews, it seems as though everybody has had varying degrees of satisfaction with their New Concept kitchen cabinet experience. I can only speak of my own. After months and months of researching kitchen cabinet prices/designs and asking which route would work best for my household budget between purchasing RTA cabinets or going with a company that does it all. We decided it would be the most cost and time effective to go with New Concepts Cabinets. We live in a 70+ year old home with cabinets we had replaced about 35 years ago. It was time for something new. We didn't have a top of the line budget and we certainly did not want to go with the cheapest in quality. We chose New Concept Cabinets because they offered us just the right amount of quality for the price to fit our specific budgetary needs. Not only did we replace the area where existing cabinets were, we added an additional wall of cabinetry which really helped to modernize the kitchen space. The process was smooth from start to finish and they were accommodating when we asked for some extended time after the demolition to have some dry wall, paint and electrical work done. Communication with the crew was a bit challenging due to a language barrier but they were timely and professional in their work and clean up. Aside from a few very small unexpected issues, we're satisfied with the outcome. The kitchen space looks beautiful and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality for the price.

We called and scheduled an appointment for quote. Bryan arrived on time and prepared with a detailed presentation as well as samples to help us chose doors, countertops, and other choices. We were required to put down 10% which was less than normal, so that was nice. We signed a contract, and scheduled the designer to come out and meet with us on all the details of the layout. We scheduled to have the kitchen demo started about 2 months later based on our schedule. Demo took one day, the cabinets day two, finally the countertops on day three. We were required to take care of the electrical and plumbing which they told us up front so there were no surprises. All three teams, demo, cabinets, and countertops were detailed, and professional and cleaned up after they were done. They did all work long days, to finish in the 3 days as promised. Here are a few pictures after they were done. We do have an independent contractor coming to finish the tile back splash, hood, lighting, and replacement window covering. My wife and I were very happy with the work of New Concept Cabinet and highly recommend using them. I should add that upon completion, we went to the showroom, paid our bill, and they gave us a receipt to cover the lifetime warranty.

I was in search of a beautiful kitchen remodel for my small kitchen. And scheduled 3 consultations with different contractors. I wanted mainly New Modern cabinets and new countertops. My 2nd consultation with New Concept and Frank just hit me dot on. I knew from the first second they were the one. They continuously asked me what layout I wanted what my DREAM KITCHEN ideas were all about. And didn't force me to go in a direction I didn't want to. But in the Direction of my own Vision. They were EXTREMELY PATIENT, HONEST, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Instantly my stress and anxiety to do a Major Remodel just went away. I was sold! And even throughout the process they did not provide anything but KINDNESS and HUMILITY. If I can give anyone a tip to make designing your kitchen easier. Try to visit the showroom as many Kitchen layouts are in place and make designing your kitchen more clear. They definitely will get my recommendation. And hopefully many referrals to come.

I love my new kitchen! A friend recommended them and I'm so glad they did! The representative came to my house and gave a beautiful presentation so that I could choose my cabinet style and color. Then they sent their designer out to measure everything and make recommendations. They were flexible in working around my schedule, as I needed to have some other work done in between their demolition and installation. Everything was completed in three days as promised, which from what others have told me, is amazing! Their prices were also better than the competition in my area, so I couldn't be happier! They have a huge variety of cabinet styles and colors, plus a variety of beautiful countertops and hardware to choose from. I was looking for a unique color, so I was very pleased that they were able to provide what I wanted. They have a fully equipped showroom where you can see everything installed, so you don't have to relay on photos alone. I found this very helpful, especially with countertops and hardware. You will not be disappointed with New Concepts Cabinets!

Incredible service and an incredible price point. I work with major real estate companies and I've referred this company to all my clients. Being my clients are always on the move with little time, new concept cabinets are able to provide top service at such a quick turn around time. They are quick and they do everything in 3 days For a complete installation!!! Not only that but they have a huge selection of cabinets and countertops to choose from and all are of great quality. New Concept Cabinets did a wonderful job on my kitchen remodel. The kitchen designer reconfigured my kitchen layout to include an island which I didn't have before. My father's house in Long Beach desperately needed a new kitchen. A flyer came in the mail advertising a sale at New Concept Cabinet, so we decided to check out the showroom in Whittier. We walked in and met Frank who showed us around and told us about the current sale they were having. We were super impressed with the quality, construction, and value. He said we could pick any cabinet, any color, and any counter from the showroom and that their price also included demo, installation, a sink, cabinet pulls, and crown molding. I couldn't believe it. Great quality and great value. We ordered our kitchen and got on the calendar for measurements and installation. Jimmy came out, measured, listened to our wants and needs, and the next day delivered the computer representation of what our kitchen would look like. Installation day came on time. The cabinet installer (also named Frank) came with his associate and knocked it out of the park. Great communication, expert installation, incredible job. The next day, the quartz installers came. Again, amazing work! The transformation of the kitchen left us speechless. Cabinet Solutions delivered on every claim and promise they made. We would absolutely use them again!
