Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Jose Santos was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I always felt like a valued customer with the staff at Natural Stone Design! Their pricing was very competitive and fair. I love my kitchen and bathroom counter tops! They're absolutely beautiful! The installers were very experienced in what they do, such as one of my kitchen counters had to be installed in two pieces and the seam is 99% undetectable! I will recommend Natural Stone Design to anyone I know that's looking to get granite in their home.

We could not have had a better experience than the one we received through Natural Stone Design! Alex was amazing and helped guide us (with 0 pressure) through the entire process. She answered all questions, answered all calls, and her expertise is invaluable. The gentlemen who delivered and installed are knowledgeable and professional, as well. We were so impressed and happy with our experience with NSD in Wilmington, NC. Alberto was our project manager and he was awesome! Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, but he gave us great recommendations and kept in communication with us every step of the way. He also worked with us to plan the placement of the designs in the stone for the most appealing looks! We purchased new kitchen countertops and the selection was amazing and gorgeous! We also purchased two stainless steel sinks, a farm sink and a utility sink. They are great quality and a super price and are both beautiful and functional! The installation crew were both efficient and precise. They were masterful at placing the stone to optimize the designs, backsplash and seams. The job was completed in ONE day!!! We couldn't be happier with this company, their staff and their prices. You should contact them!!!!

Used Natural Stone Design for my kitchen. The customer service, attention to detail, and speed to which they started with the quote to installation was three weeks… Compared to Lowe’s which was going to be seven months. They did an excellent job and I would recommend natural stone design to anyone!

NSD did a great job on my kitchen granite counter and new sink. I didn't bother getting quotes from other companies in town, because I felt the pricing was fair, and that they truly wanted my business. NSD has lots of great options and at different price points. They mentioned their other location in Angier has more options to choose from. I felt that the Wilmington location had plenty to choose from, and found a granite that both my husband and I really liked. Alberto helped me with the initial consultation and throughout the project. He was punctual to our appointments, and his attention to detail made sure my counters came out perfect. Any small hiccups that came up (for example, the install team was running late to my appointment), Alberto was quick to respond to my inquiry and took care of communications. He let me know that there had been a complication at the home prior to mine that was taking a bit longer than expected. He insured me that I would get my counter tops that day... and I did! The team that did the install did a great job too. They worked efficiently, cheerfully, while also taking great care that the job was done well. Highly recommended!

NSD is very knowledgeable and we really appreciated how helpful & attentive to all questions Alex was! Very happy with the beautiful New Statuary Quartz we went with and loved being able to see the slab before purchasing. After install there was an obvious filler mark at the transition, but we contacted them and they came back out and corrected it - the seam is still visible, but is much better than it was. We purchased our sink through them as well & we love it! Overall would recommend; appreciate the quick communication & good service.

I could not be happier with my experience at Natural Stone Design in Wilmington. Alex was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, dependable and lots of choices. I looked several places and just couldn’t find exactly what I wanted until I went there. They helped me choose the perfect stone for me, walked me through the entire process, showed me where cuts would be made to maximize the beauty of the stone and explained care of it.
