Absolutely a pleasure to work with this stand-up outfit! They are very thorough and responsive with ordering and scheduling. Israel and Alejandro performed my countertop installation and could not have been more attentive and professional, not to mention efficient. Their attention to detail and desire to meet the customer's needs precisely was unmatched. Not only that, but they were in-and-out, with a perfect island installation, exactly to my specs and no mess, in under 45 minutes!

We finally said goodbye to our classic 1995 pink laminate master bathroom vanity top and holy cow what a fantastic upgrade. We bought it through Home Depot and Multistone handled the rest, calling us for scheduling measurements and installation. The installers were on time and all business, efficiently completing the project to perfection. We are very happy with our new quartz vanity top from Multistone.

We can’t say enough good things about MultiStone. This is the second time we used them & we couldn’t be more happier. Sonya helped us this time - not only was she helpful but she was efficient as well. Between the prices, quality & customer service, nothing else can compare. I did not purchase my Quartz MSI countertops from Multistone, but sincerely wish I would have. I have spent two years contacting and requesting the original installer to fix a few dings in my quartz, to no avail. I contacted Multistone and in two weeks my countertops are repaired and again in pristine condition. The guys that came out were so very polite, and extremely professional. They arrived on the scheduled date, within the scheduled time, and completed the job without issue. I simply can not recommend this company enough. You won’t go wrong in choosing them.

A most pleasant experience. We dealt with Shannon, Tammy & Sarah. They were very accommodating to our changes in scheduling due to entire kitchen renovation. They kept us in the loop on timing for countertop templates, letting us know when the quartz slab was in so that we could come in to look at it & date of installation. Eric the installer was professional & did a great job on the installation.Countertop quality & beauty exceeded our expectations. Very highly recommend these fine folks.

We are so thankful that we wete able to use MultiStone for our Granite countertops. From the measuring to installation was performed with a seamless and professional process. The office staff was very knowledgeable and kept us informed with the entire process. The installation team was very professional. They did an excellent and precise job of installing our granite countertops. We are very pleased and the granite countertops are exactly what we wanted. From the moment we walked inside the store everything was a great experience. They were always attentive, willing to help, answering all our questions and offering us good service. I truly cannot say enough good things about MultiStone. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! We originally started the countertop process with a *different company* through Lowes in Statesboro (their name starts with Gran and they are in McDonough...) but decided to contact Home Depot who contracts with MultiStone. We are so glad that we made the switch!! Countertop measurement tech was quick, friendly, professional, and clearly understood stone counters. We talked with Polly, Hilary, and Desiree through the fabrication/cutting process, and they were always helpful, patient, and willing to answer all of our questions cheerfully. Installation went without a hitch, and our installers, Raul and his partner, were absolutely wonderful-- talented, friendly, and very professional. Their caulking and attention to detail is commendable! Ultimately, we are SO GLAD we hired MultiStone for this big-to-us purchase and project. We even called their office today just to tell them how wonderful they are :-) We recommend them enthusiastically!

This place is high end and they have a wide selection of beautiful stone in their yard. In fact, they have so much to offer they have not one BUT 2 stores to provide what you want. Kelsey is a very good associate who desires to make sure her clients have all of the information they need to make the right choice. She is patient and she knows exactly what she's talking about. We have a very large kitchen and recently put in granite countertops. We picked our granite and went to Savannah to Multistone's office to look at the slabs to be used in our kitchen. We had a slight scheduling hiccup for the installation but Sarah immediately corrected the problem and the installers got to our home and started working. Because there was to be so much counter in the kitchen we were originally shown drawings with joint lines being in the least noticeable places. The counters were set exactly as we had been shown and are beautiful. The installers cleaned as they worked and at the end of the job cleaned the counters, floors etc. before leaving our home. They were very nice and professional and we couldn't ask for more beautiful counters! A great experience with this company.

I was very unhappy with my experience , best to walk next door for honest prices. AFTER paying the deposit and ordering, they "discover" they measured wrong so they raised price by 30%. BEFORE the mistake, they were same price as everybody else. AFTER mistake, they were 3O% higher. I then bought scraps for bathrooms. They were the same price as regular quartz. They did NOT cut and bring what I ordered. They were guest bathrooms and I will try to avoid looking at them. SO NOT HONEST, and THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE BY FAR!!! Avoid !! Literally you can walk next door.

Buyer beware with MultiStone- we selected Cambria quartz for our kitchen remodel and used MultiStone for the fabricator/installer. The installation was in July of this year. Two significant problems: #1. The MultiStone installer did not correctly install our island counter top. Shims were placed too far apart, no caulking on all sides, some shims were loose, excessive bow in the slab, gouged counter top surface caused by drill bit drilling hole for faucet. They seemed to be in a rush to get to the next job. Cambria rep looked at the quality of work and shook his head in disbelief, we had MultiStone return and use a senior installer to install it correctly. #2) During the fabrication process MultiStone cut a counter top that had a surface flaw and was in full view. The fabricator (MultiStone) is supposed to layout and cut around any surface flaws or defects in the slab. Cambria rep looked at the flaw and shook his head in disbelief, he repaired the flaw. I gave one star for Leslie because she was professional and helped us in our quartz selection. I feel MultiStone has some internal issues based on my experience with improper installation and lack of quality control of their fabrication process. I would not use them again. Training and short staff may be part of the problem.

I paid for my countertops 3 months ago and still cannot get them installed. This is a poorly run company. I suggest staying far far away! It has been nothing but trouble with Multistone. I have given them install dates to work with multiple times since May and every time they call they say the same thing "Hi, we have an install date for you!" And every time, its on a date that I specifically let them know would not work for me. The employees in the office are an absolute pain to work with. This is not a supply issue! This is a company issue. The only positive experience we have had with the company is the guy that came out to measure... THREE MONTHS AGO!!

After spending $$$ on our countertop (via HomeDepot, but MultiStone is the actual installer), our countertop has a small but noticeable chip. They sent a guy to fix it. All he did was to apply some sealer, but he lied to me, saying this would fix/smooth it. He left within 10 minutes. Due to the strong smell of the sealer, I didn't go near to check and believed in him. Now woe is me. Our chip is still right there. After I googled what sealer does, I realized the sealer won't fix the chip at all. I'm disgusted by his open lie.

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. If there were an option to give 0 stars it would have been my choice.They missed their first two scheduled appointments then showed up unannounced with the wrong counter tops. They talked me into keeping the counter tops they brought by offering me a reduced price. After they left my house the sales person called and said they wouldn't honor the price. After much debate they said they would bring me the correct counter tops and sent me a quote for more than the counter tops would normally be. When I called them out on it they sent me a revised quote with a price that I agreed to. Then the next morning they emailed me and told me that they had changed their mind and wouldn't honor that price either. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company under any circumstances.

Very frustrated because of four small items to aid in our kitchen renovation, none were properly done despite their measuring with sophisticated equipment. We provided a piece of our countertop for them to cut to size, but our countertop was ruined. Despite the manager's "We'll take care of it", not even a phone call has been received in a week. Another company has now done the job in a very professional and timely manner. I would not recommend MultiStone.
