The technician was fabulous and did an amazing job. My counter had sunk and broken the grout seam and he epoxied it and made it super smooth and perfect. I would highly recommend this company for your countertop repairs! Very pleased.

From start to finish, MTM Services was awesome! Austin walked the yard with me and helped me pick out the perfect selection for both my kitchen and my bathrooms. He understood my pricing concerns, and helped me get the most out of my budget. Brenda and Cara were very helpful with scheduling and billing, and made the whole process seamless. The install crews for both the granite and the back splash were friendly, clean, and did a beautiful job. The plumber who came was also very friendly and informative. After the job was complete, Scott and Austin came by to walk the job, answer any questions and seal the work. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work provided! I've used MTM for my kitchen countertops and for a bathroom remodel countertop. I LOVE THEM! You can walk into the yard and choose your slab. I did this for the bathroom. For the kitchen (90 sq ft of counter) I went to a showroom in Dallas to get ideas, chose what I wanted, went to MTM, and they ordered and installed it for me. They saved me a lot by configuring my countertop out of 1 slab while another counter company wanted me to buy 2 slabs. I had to postpone the countertop for the bathroom remodel (due to construction delays) three times and MTM was so accommodating. I can't brag on them enough. Best staff, best customer service, best company ever! They were the easiest part of remodeling!

My quartz top was installed this week and they did an awesome job! Every time I have dealt with ANYONE at MTM (from picking out the stone, coming out to measure and the installers) it has been a pleasure. They have always been helpful and have exceeded our expectations. It has taken US forever to get this bath remodel going, but thanks to MTM there is a light at the end of the tunnel. No matter how small the job is, they make you feel like yours is the most important. Thank you everyone at MTM!

They are awful people for starters. They misaligned three faucets in the bathroom’s granite , did a bad job on the tile grout, and sold a whole slab of granite that we paid for future use without contacting us. We are doing another project so therefore we do not have matching granite. If we had not already paid for it and just hoped it would still be around that would be one thing. And three faucets not correctly spaced? One maybe but all 3? We are now having trouble picking out fixtures because of the odd distances between handles. No apologies just excuses! That should be their motto “substandard work with no apologies”

I typically don't leave reviews but MTM has earned this review. I am very picky and anal about work completed on my house. I replaced all my laminate countertops with granite including 3 kitchen slabs and 3 bathroom slabs. They have a good selection of full slabs to view. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front desk employee to the installer. The quality of slabs were flawless, keep in mind I am difficult to work with when having work done. They even milled down the back splashes because I didn't like the thickness. The install was perfection and was given a very fair price by Trent. I only refer those that exceed my expectations, MTM exceeded my expectations. Beautiful work.

When shopping for new countertops, my wife and I met with both Trent and Brenda at MTM Services. Both are a real pleasure to deal with. No fast talking sales people here. Just good ole folks! They re responsive to every question or need. From our first experiences we decided to go with MTM Services for our kitchen remodel and we are so happy we did. Everyone from the front office to the installation crews were top notch. The crews were timely. The crews were professional. The crews pointed out things that we had not considered. Yes, it's a bit messy doing a total tare-out, but again the crews stayed on top of keeping things as clean as possible along the way. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thank you Brenda for spending extra time with us. Thank you Trent for being patient with us. In the end, it all worked out GREAT! I chose 5 stars, because 6 stars isn't a choice. If you need granite work done, these are your guys!! Very responsive, great deal and impeccable work! I recently purchased a home that had a built in oven and cooktop and wanted to replace it with a new slide in range. I called and they sent someone out the next day to take a look at the job and provide a quote. I wanted to when this all down before Thanksgiving and they were able to get me an appointment quickly! They came out and removed the old appliances, cut the granite and reinstalled and cleaned up. They were so quick and the granite looks perfect!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and will be back for any other work I have in the future!!

We remodeled a bathroom and MTM installed the countertops and shower threshold. They were very meticulous about matching the backsplash to the countertop for a seamless look. I ended up at MTM Services after an attempt to source a granite bathroom sink combo through a national home supply chain went completely sideways. My entire bathroom remodel was complete except for the vanity top! Fortunately, I'd passed this granite company multiple times, so I decided to swing by one day to see if they could help us. We were able to quickly pick out the granite remnant we needed from their scrap yard. MTM had the selection of undermount sinks and edge finishes easily visible in their showroom to select from for my order. That week they were able to come out to my home and measure prior to cutting the granite to make sure that it fit. I believe they were able to come and install it within 3 weeks. The plumbing for the faucet was not within their installation services. They had a plumber available as a referral or I could use my own. I can't wait to do the kitchen countertops with MTM Services!

MTM guys just left after installing my bathroom vanity top. I would not use anyone else. This is my 3rd experience with MTM and if there were 10 stars they would get it. They are professional, polite, listen to what you want. And you get more than your expectations. I see everyone else gave them 5 stars and they deserve every one of them! Awesome experience.

My experience with MTM was very positive from beginning to end. From the 1st phone call to the installation I was very impressed with this company. I was able to visit their location in Mansfield to select the granite for my kitchen and laundry room. They made templetts to allow me to place the pieces how I wanted. The granite is cut perfectly, fits perfect and looks beautiful. I also purchased a granite sink and new faucet through them which made it very easy for me. There was a problem with my sink but the owner of the company, Scott came personally to my house the next day and replaced the sink at no cost to me. Trent, Scott, Brenda are all AMAZING! Would highly recommend! Thank you for my new counter tops! I love them!

We decided to do business with MTM because of the special customer service and so close to our home. Brenda Always got back to me with time and what to expect. Pick out my slab for countertops and had their guys install my stone backsplash. Trent came out to do the measurement answered all our questions. Day one.. tear out. The guys were professional on time did the demo and cleaned up. Day two.. install counter tops. They looked beautiful. New crew came and installed dry wall and backsplash tile. Loved it! We sat down with Trent at MTM and decided to go with new quartz countertops and the backsplash. They also removed a pony wall from behind the sink. They kept the schedule that was set but unfortunately while installing the counters one of the workers injured his hand and they had to leave. Because of this the seam between the two pieces of quartz set wrong and was unseemly. Trent had his guys come back out to try and polish the seam but it didn't make a difference so we scheduled to have them come back and pull the slabs apart again to grind and reset it in hopes it would be what we wanted. They even had a backup date set in case we were still not happy to put in a new slab but that wasn't needed. We are very happy with the service they provided and would absolutely use MTM again in the future.

I cannot say enough nice things about this business. They came out to do my quote when they said they would. They were completely available and helpful when we went to look at granite sheets for our counters. The quote was VERY reasonable. They let put half down first and then the rest after the job. The installers showed up on time, were kind, clean and courteous. I am having them back to do my bathrooms.

I found the folks at MTM Granite easily available and responsive to our project. We remodeled our master bathroom and were shopping for a level-1 granite piece for our vanity, pony wall, and shower floor curb. There was a misunderstanding on the piece we selected on site and in person, as to what was actually installed. As it turns out, there are variations of Gallo Ornamental Classic, and we realized it after the guys had installed it. After much evaluation and contemplation we contacted our representative Trent that evening (8pm), who immediately responded and said he would look into first thing in the morning. Trent called us the next morning to inform us that our selected piece was still there and that they will FULLY take care of the replacement cost (tear out and install again). We were concerned about the tear out, but the guys did a great job and had a quick turn around in resolving the issue. As we learned remodeling can be headache at times, and when things don't go right or are not to your satisfaction, then it is important to know that you are dealing with a company that takes pride in what they do. The salesman Trent and the installer James completely took those concerns away and made it right! Of course it is their intention is to do it right the first time, but when they recognized a mishap, they were quick to ensure it will be corrected ASAP, with no additional cost to us. Thanks guys!!
