We were in the middle of a bathroom remodel and needed a few marble pieces to complete the project. We were recommended to a couple of other places that did not have what we needed. We just happened to be in the area and not only did Moreno Granite & Marble have the perfect marble Samuel was exceedingly kind to work with us with and get everything measures and installed so quickly. They did a fantastic job!

After many years in the design, construction, and development business, I can say with confidence that Moreno Granite is one of the best. They are superior in quality, timing, competitive costs, customer care, and followup. Edward patiently meet with us multiple times as we made decisions about the remodeling work in our home. And when we did give them the go ahead they were out within days to measure and were installing the next week! They worked with us on details and to minimize quartz joints and followed up to ensure everything was addressed. They delivered on every promise in a timely and professional manner and treated us and our home with respect. We love the product they supplied, the fabrication, the installation, and final detailing. We look forward to having the opportunity to work with Edward and Samuel again, and to recommend them to others. GREAT company!

I have written very seldom reviews in my life, but Moreno Granite & Marble went above and beyond and thus here I am. Not only were they quick with estimates but they tried to help me create a vision for my various spaces. I probably made 1000 different requests and they accommodated every single one quickly and with the highest quality work one could hope for. They have a myriad of options to choose from when picking your stone and offer lower costs on scraps from other projects that can be appealing to those who want to elevate their space. without putting a hole in their pocket. Not only was their customer service excellent but the quality and craftsmanship was beyond what I could have hoped for with an unbelievably reasonable price. I cannot recommend this company enough and I have pictures of some of their finished work below. I have decided to trust them with the rest of my house after these projects were complete so expect another review and more pics to come!!! Truly the highest quality work in Dallas, and I have tried out various companies.

Moreno Granite was recommended to us by our realtor. After receiving estimates and meeting other vendors we decided to choose them because they seemed knowledgeable and their prices fair. We are very pleased with their work - our porcelain backsplash and soapstone countertops look fantastic and we would definitely consider them for future projects.

The entire process of redoing our kitchen countertops was the most pleasant experience from beginning to end. Edward is great at listening to your ideas and makes 100% certain that you are completely satisfied with the work. He’s very informative and has an eye for the look you are going for. Their fabrication work and installations have been consistently flawless. I moved to Texas and knew no one to reach out to for a full-on kitchen update. I bought a house with a 1988 kitchen -- it needed to be upgraded as quickly as possible! Ricardo and his fabulous workers came in and updated the granite, backsplash, paint, and appliances in one week! When I reached out to him, I trusted him. He sat down to really understand what I was looking to do. He did the job extremely well, quickly, and professionally. I trusted all his workers and he came in and got the job done in record time. I've now used Moreno Granite & Marble for the SECOND time, at a second house to update the countertops and they just do such a fantastic job! They are very reasonably priced, have great suggestions for style, color, etc. and are extremely easy to work with. They show up on time, they do what they say they are going to do and the work is excellent. I also appreciate that they leave a clean job site. I will continue to work with them on future remodel projects.

All I can say is WOW... Moreno Granite & Marble are truly a gem in Dallas, TX. They provide quality craftsmanship, customer service and product all at a reasonable price. We started out just having them add a piece of granite here and there.... and then slowly we have covered our whole house in their beautiful stones because they can make it happen at a great price and the work is still top notch. I have attached a couple pictures below of some the spaces we had done. The way they make the edges look and work to connect veins in connecting pieces is exquisite and truly mind-blowing. The pink quartz is a favorite as we decided to jazz up my daughters nightstands with a pop of color in a chic way. We were even able to use old island stone and repurpose it in a bathroom with the help of the Moreno team. There is truly nothing they cant do. Our home is truly elevated with their stones and quality of work and I couldn't be more happy with the finished products.

First Moreno Granite did our kitchen counters and back splash with quartz. BEAUTIFUL. You cannot find the seams, and the vein in the counter is matched to the back splash. The installers and their plumber were wonderful. We loved the work so much, they have now done all our bathrooms too!!!!

Used this company several times. Disregard those 1-star reviews, clearly authored by people who had a hard childhood (I'm sorry) and are using this platform as their therapy. I've easily had 25+ countertops installed by this company over the years. They have fabricated several tabletops for me as well. The countertop seams are always perfect, even on top of flawed cabinetry. The back and sidesplashes always turned out well, despite some really wavy sheetrock. Not quite sure how they pulled this off.

I moved to Texas and needed to update my kitchen quickly! I didn't know who I should work with and I knew no one here. I reached out to Ricardo at Moreno Granite and Marble and he was professional, kind, understanding, and excellent at this job! He knew I had a really quick turnaround needed. I had a 1987 kitchen that needed to be updated to a 2018 kitchen in one week! Ricardo earned my business. Not only did he do the job quickly and with care, the work was excellent! I recommend Ricardo and Moreno Granite and Marble 100%! I came here and found the perfect business to do my job and it turned out incredible. He is HIGHLY recommended and very trustworthy!

My wife and I had a horrible experience with Moreno Granite & Marble Co. Our experience was so terrible that we filed a complaint against the company with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We also reported the company to Anji. Our last contact with Moreno was through the BBB in November. The quality of their product was very poor. There were scratches and oil stains embedded in the Vicostone Super White Quartz (style BQ21) kitchen counters that we purchased from them. The craftsmanship of Moreno's install was also poor. They improperly installed the undermount sink that we purchased from them. Then damaged the sink to make it fit. We were without water in our kitchen for two weeks. We paid $5,756 for the product and install. After the install was complete, we contacted Moreno Management and requested a walk through to share our concerns. Mr. Edward Ligon is the Moreno Mgr. that oversaw our project. He agreed to perform a walk thru. But never came out to our house. He misled us for months believing he would. Once we realized Moreno company was dishonest, we reported them to the BBB. To address the issues Moreno Management offered to remove the counters we purchased from them and replace them with our counters they removed. The offer was not realistic. Moreno disposed of our counters when they removed them. Moreno Co. did not offer a warranty for their product. They also did not offer a warranty for their work. They also did not provide care instructions for their product. They also did not conduct a walkthrough of their completed work. My wife and I are military veterans who recognize the value of labor. As such, we tipped the Moreno laborers that installed our kitchen counters for their hard work. But our experience was horrible. Sincerely, Mark W. Brown
