The owners and the workers of this store are very rude and mean, they did not admit the mistake themselves and yelled at the customers instead. I bought a set of kitchen cabinets paid for the soft closed hinges few weeks ago, then I realized they are not soft closed at the time of installation. I called the store reporting the issue, they did not admit the mistake nor gave me any solutions, only arguing with me instead. I told them to send someone to the jobsite and look at the cabinets themselves but they denied, they told me to come to the store and pick up the soft closed hinges myself. I was very angry and told them I have no choice but to stop payment, then they shouted at me to return the cabinets and get the credit subject to the cabinets are not installed and in the original packaging. At the time I returned the cabinets to them, they also gave me the hard time and told me there are different of soft closed hinges, I told them I know what soft closed hinges are, not the same kind of what they so called "soft closed" from this store. I will never go back to this store ever, and warn anyone that want to get business from this store to consider carefully.

I am singing the praises of this little but powerful business. Recommended by a seasoned local contractor, they came through with flying colors for me with professionalism, but also charm; attention to detail as well as flexibility. I began working with Jan Li, who was willing and capable to help me act as my own general for my kitchen cabinet and counters replacement. I came in to their unassuming showroom with a only rude sketch of my ideas and together we designed a very much more workable kitchen than I had hoped for. Jan knows from much experience what works and what doesn't, what looks function the best. She was creative thorough and patient. She is a rare find. But there's more. Chen was in charge of the install, coming out to the house to double check all measurements and offering design refinements . His workmanship was excellent. Finally the materials themselves were sturdy and classy, with no voids in the plywood, and enough choices in stock for counters so that I was fine with what they had on hand. Couple that with prompt responses to my many phone calls, an itemized quote with no hidden charges, a less than three week lead time and flexibility in scheduling - I feel privileged to shine a light on this hidden gem.

We went to Modern Way for white stone countertops for our kitchen. It was easy to order and a great price. After they measured the space and went back to cut the stone, there was an issue with one of the slabs they had pulled - there were stains. They immediately called us and worked diligently to solve the problem. Great customer service! Even better, the install still happened the same day as the measurement and they worked just as hard at that. With white stone you worry about the seams, but they look great. They also worked late instead of just walking off the site to finish another day. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others.

Wonderful place, I just rediscovered it. Had a great experience with my Granite counter tops last year, and then recently after looking for a shower at a million different places, I came back across them. The prices are great, with good service and good quality that you normally don't get with those prices. Victor was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The process was seamless, the installation quick and efficient. If you don't check this out you are wasting time and money.

We remodeled a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We went to many different showrooms to check out granite selections. Modern Way Home Supply had a good prefabricated granite slab selection. We were allowed to go to the warehouse to pick out the slabs and back splashes needed to complete the job. The fabricator came and measured the job. He cut the slabs at his workshop then came and installed 2 days later. He did an excellent job with the seams and cut outs. The staff at the showroom were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We also found fossil limestone tiles for a fireplace surround. We are very happy with the end product.

If you are looking for something different that you can't find in your local Lowes or Home Depot, then this place might have something for you. We are looking for some glass tiles to remodel our kitchen and decided to stop by here. You won't be greeted here tho, but if you have a question find them at the desk and they will answer. Prices can be found behind the tiles located on the wall, just lift them back and turn it over. They have many different styles of tiles. Unfortunately we didn't find one in our budget. They have a large selection of granite, tiles and faucets too.

Came here with the husband in search of kitchen materials including but not limited to cabinetry, quarts counter slab and sink basin. Here is the conclusion: 1. Grey shaker cabinet is average price (second cheapest) with mid low quality. Immediate stock with ~5 day turn around +1 2. Quartz slab one of the most expensive places!! Be careful as they quoted me Calacatta classic prices for Calacatta borghini slab (I can tell the difference). Also, the prices here for quartz were more expensive compared to more upscale establishments. -3 3. The sink basins had similar pricing to the neighboring competitors. +1 All in all, if you are looking for quartz slabs make sure you know your sh*t or you will be spending more than you needed. There are many other suppliers in the neighborhood that will give you better prices so don't forget to shop around.

Very poor customer service and incompetent installers. We spent about $10k here on cabinets for our kitchen remodel. The installer they work with installed the countertop granite the wrong way so that it's floating on dabs of adhesive instead of flush to the plywood. When we pointed out the error the woman behind the desk denied any responsibility and screamed at me on the phone. The installer offered us a warranty but the store refused to acknowledge it. I do like the affordable cabinets and granite, but I would never choose this store again.

So I got my Quartz shower stall installed this past week from Modern Way Home Supply. I have used them before to install my kitchen countertops and results were good with affordable price. Hence, when I was thinking of redoing my bathroom shower I had no hesitation to use this company again. Jan, who works at the company was excellent, and answered all my questions and gave a great price. I went ahead to make an appointment for install. Day of install...Installers come on time that morning and everything is running smoothly. They bring over the quartz slabs, and cut the pieces in my backyard. After the project was done a few hours later they take off and say they are done. Only after they left did I realize the installers made a mistake. There's was a circle right by the shower head where I believe the installer initially mismeasured. There was no mention by installer of his mistake, and he left without saying anything as if I was never going to catch his mistake. It's at eye level and it's a permenant mistake, as it's etched in the quartz by the circle bit. Classic example of "measure twice, cut once." This is something a DIY person can make a mistake on, but not a professional you hired! The thing that made me really upset is if you made a mistake shouldn't you inform the customer, and not assume it's ok to slap a big slab of quartz with a obvious imperfection on it. Once the quartz is glued and sealed to the wall it's really hard to come off without tearing apart base layer. There was no communication of mistake, and how to remedy the situation. Totally unprofessional on the installer, and that is why I am writing this negative review. I did complain to office and got a slight reduction in price due to installers mistake, but this could have been handled so much more professionally then just not telling the paying customer and leaving job site like everything went well. So every time I will take a shower i will look at the ugly circle on the beautiful slab of quartz and be reminded of his mistake. Be a stand up man next time, admit your mistake and remedy the situation. Everyone makes mistakes in life, but it's how you correct it shows a true character of a person. Very unethical how the installers can do this to a repeat customer.

BUYERS BEWARE this place is a huge scam. Ordered cabinets for a remodel from them and I never received the shelf's for the inside. THEY GAVE ME THE RUNAROUND FOR WEEKS, Called multiple times and sent numerous emails. This place is very unorganized, and literally ruined my order. To avoid that nightmare remodel TRUST ME AVOID THIS DUMP. Go anywhere else to get garbage customer service.

Horrible customer service-actually nonexistent. Please do not give them credit and think that their behavior was because the store was busy, because it was not. I was the only customer in the store - and then you had five workers. Not once did anyone approach me, rather I had to approach them and when I did it felt like I was interrupting their conversation. So I left and took my $10,000 down the street! They truly deserve zero stars. Yelp you really need to give zero as an option for businesses, such as this one, who truly deserve it.
