Modello tile studio provided us with an exhaustive and curated selection of ceramic and porcelain tiles for remodeling our powder room and guest bathroom. Cihan and team showed expertise and guided us to make thoughtful selection to ensure we choose tiles that are gorgeous but also easy to maintain at the same time. He gave us all the data points with clear pros and cons to help make us an informed selection. We initially had thought of using Marble stone a lot due to their past popularity but Cihan introduced us to us some amazing Porcelain tiles that had the look of Marble but provided the strength and stain resistance. He also got us samples in just a few days to ensure we take them home to test in our home lighting. He gave us tons of catalogs to get some design ideas based on our preferences rather than hiring a dedicated designer, it was so much more fun that way.

Beautiful curated selection of tiles, an amazing and warm customer service, and most importantly a great sense of design sense from Cihan (the store owner) took my 3 bathroom remodeling to next level I first entered this store 12 months ago, I never thought that I would be visiting this store many times in future. Cihan and team did a great job in collecting our requirements and preferences of colors, vibe, existing layout, etc. He sat down with us multiple times to brainstorm possibilities of our bathroom layout based on our learnings and requirements. He is a wizard on his 3d modeling software, I specifically enjoyed and benefitted from his magic. One of the best thing he did was to encourage us take samples home and try, this was a game changer and we never realized how the lighting in homes vs store can make a difference. His amazing customer service didn't end after the purchase after I needed a few more extra tiles, and he whipped them up in no time. This store is lot more than just the tiles or countertops, its Cihan's wisdom and learnings that make a real difference in having beautiful but practical space of your dreams.

The folks at Modello were enormously helpful and skilled as we renovated our master bath. They generously gave their time so that we could select the perfect tile combinations to create a spa-like space, I highly recommend Modello for your tile needs.

Great experience with Cihan, he is very knowledgable and directed us to the right products for our kitchen project. He did have many options for kitchen countertops. We were looking for quartz material and he had many options with vast variety of different brands. Highly recommended.

My experience with the owner at Modello Tile in Walnut Creek was truly exceptional. I came in with a list of what I wanted for our bathroom remodel and he was able to find several options for me in his shop that checked all boxes and were available immediately! He even went out of his way to bring tile samples to me so that we could compare them to my vanity countertop. His expertise as an architect and designer shines in his work. Overall, it was an overwhelmingly positive experience and I am very happy with how the project turned out. I will definitely return for future projects!

Great tile store with quality tiles. Great example of quality vs quantity. Not the biggest tile store you'll find, but definitely the best selection of quality tiles. The store is evenly lit with great lighting for viewing the tiles on display. The store owner is very friendly and helpful. My wife spent hours there on different occasions and Cihan (the owner) was always helpful. We had to pick shower tile, shower floor tile, and bathroom floor tile. I appreciated that Cihan wouldn't just agree with our choices but gave us his honest feedback. In talking with him I found out that his biggest priority is that the customer loves the job when it's finished. We couldn't be happier with the choices he helped us make. We love our new bathroom. I initially visited Modello Tile and appreciated the expertise and attention to detail but was worried that their shop was out of budget. After visiting multiple other shops and getting pricing, I realized that Modello was the right place for our project. Not only did Abby help show us our options, we found a single slab that we liked that could accommodate our entire kitchen and backsplash! Install was seamless and they were really accommodating as my schedule shifted. Highly recommend!

Cihan was great to work with for our countertop project. We were looking for a specific quartzite, which is a natural stone and not easy to find. He had connections to a slab yard where we hand picked our slabs. Most importantly his crew did a beautiful installation to my exact specifications. Our kitchen looks stunning! Everyone that sees our kitchen is blown away. Most importantly, we love it and are very pleased with it. As a designer it's important to know companies that can deliver and this place is a gem.

Even after purchasing, he was readily available to help us with our tile installation questions and provided needed tips. I love this place! We have been coming here off and on for over a year to order samples and try them in our bathroom. We've moved through several selections and have gone back and forth a lot. The employees have always been patient, kind and super helpful. In recent months we started working with Nash. Boy does he have an eye for what works well. We got new selections for the shower, tub and vanity in know times. After getting everything measured we will be ready to order. I am always happy to come to Modello Tile. When I started remodeling my kitchen, it suddenly turned out that no one was selling a made-to-measure countertop kitchen. All the shops only want to sell the material, and then it is your problem what to do with it. To my luck, after a long search, I found a Modello Tile Studio in Walnut Creek, that not only sells any material for countertop, but also installs it. If you don't want to have a headache, then you have to run to Modello. They have a huge selection of countertops manufactured by many companies and the quality of the setup is phenomenal. Prices are also quite competitive.

I came to the store across, and I loved the rich options the selectivity on products and the help provided was very polite and helpful, I'm totally recommending this place. Pre-fabricated slab saved me a lot of money. I met the owner who is a Finance guy who used to be a Real estate agent and got so much information to my home project.

I stopped by since it was right across the street from Ace On Mount Diablo, the owner greeted me immediately and patiently spent 20 minutes with me walking me through the many different kinds of flooring and tiling they have. His design background was helpful as he walked me thru various options for all three of my rooms in need. And I also learned about some new options for kitchen backsplashes that I did not know prior to my visit. So a very positive experience.

Modello Tile is a wonderful place to chose your tile for your next home upgrade. When designing our bathroom, the owner went above and beyond to help us find tiles that worked best for us by narrowing down our style preferences, and providing us with tons of considerations we wouldn't have thought of on our own. The tile arrived timely and in perfect condition. Even weeks after receiving our tile, the owner FaceTimed with us to help with design elements of our bathroom while the contractor was there, including the transition from wood floors to tile, how the tiles should be placed and cut, and more. I can't say enough about how wonderful this business is. I received amazing product and learned so much from the owner. I feel really great about our purchase knowing we don't only have great tile, but the placement and design techniques shared with us will make it even more beautiful!
