This is a great local business! Both Lucy and Russ were great to work with on our project. They really go out of their way to make sure you get the product that you're looking for in the fastest possible time. Which, can be very hard these days. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a lot of slabs and prefab slabs in stock. I highly recommend Modello!

My husband and I have been looking to remodel our kitchen for a couple years we were excited to finally pull the trigger and we purchased multiple slabs and had received great service from the entire Sales and warehouse team members. They are the best of the best! The best Team! Every single person I’ve worked with has been kind, patient, knowledgeable, hardworking, incredibly responsive and made it happen quickly. The best prices. They got me a beautiful Cesarstone quartz slab for half the price of another local store. I first came to Modello after I’d gotten a bunch of damaged marble tiles from another store. I cannot express how happy I am that I found them. First, they steered my away from marble in my kid’s bathroom. I thought it was only hard to take care of in the kitchen. They educated me about the upkeep and I couldn’t be more grateful that they did. I wanted something beautiful but low maintenance, especially for my kid’s bathroom and they helped me chose something that I get tons of compliments on and I am thrilled with how it turned out. We are now doing our bathroom and our kitchen and we wouldn’t dream of getting our materials from anywhere other than Modello. They truly take they stress out of getting materials. Home improvement projects are stressful enough, so why not alleviate some of that wherever possible. If you visit Modello and they don’t have something you’ve seen in another store, ask them. They can likely get it and you will not regret working with them. Shower tile and slab on the tub are both from Modello! I’d already gotten the prefab salad for the vanity or that would have been from Modello too :)

Great tiles and stone choices but a little pricey.

My wife and I have been looking to remodel our kitchen for 4 years. I met one of the Sales professionals Lucy a couple of years ago and had a great connection with her fast forward to a two weeks ago my wife and I pulled the trigger and purchased 3 full slabs, a half slab and tile to remodel our kitchen and butlers pantry. The job came out great but a huge thanks to that entire sales team and Minton who is either the manager or owner he was great as well and even personally drove to San Jose to pick up some of my materials. He didn’t have to do that, because of this experience we will also remodel our bathrooms and purchase all the materials from Modello tile and stone in Pacheco. Thank you team for the amazing experience.

Such a beautiful store. Lots of spectacular choices with their products. All the staff I had experience with were incredibly helpful, friendly, & professional. I worked most with Nash. He was excellent. I would most definitely return to purchase from this store for any future purchases, & would recommend them to others.

The owners take a personal interest in their clients and the outcomes that their clients desire. They are problem solvers who work on behalf of the clients with contractors. They are patient, knowledgeable, and professional advisors. They are easy to work with and I recommend them very highly. I will be a confined client!

Appreciate the owner going to bat for us when only a part of our large order arrived at the warehouse as expected. He arranged for one of his drivers to make a special pickup and delivery to help us meet our schedule. It was on a day they normally don't do pickups from that location.
