This is a great local business! Both Lucy and Russ were great to work with on our project. They really go out of their way to make sure you get the product that you're looking for in the fastest possible time. Which, can be very hard these days. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a lot of slabs and prefab slabs in stock. I highly recommend Modello!

My husband and I are redoing our kitchen and three bathrooms. On November 20 we went into the showroom and was assisted by an associate name Nash also known as Andrew. We explained to him that we had gone to the Vallejo granite store and they informed us that the Trevi by MSI was not available until December 25. We also proceeded to give copies of all the drawings they had done as well as the estimate. National informed us that he was able to get the courts that we wanted from the same distributor called MSI. On November 20 we paid Of over $11,000 to place our order and get on their schedule. Unfortunately, yesterday I had to call and cancel my whole order. To make matters worse, we have two little ones at home and an elderly father. Overpromise and under delivered, they also were more money. I would not recommend selling here.

They are the best of the best! The best Team! Every single person I’ve worked with has been kind, patient, knowledgeable, hardworking, incredibly responsive and made it happen quickly. The best prices. They got me a beautiful Cesarstone quartz slab for half the price of another local store. I first came to Modello after I’d gotten a bunch of damaged marble tiles from another store. I cannot express how happy I am that I found them. First, they steered my away from marble in my kid’s bathroom. I thought it was only hard to take care of in the kitchen. They educated me about the upkeep and I couldn’t be more grateful that they did. I wanted something beautiful but low maintenance, especially for my kid’s bathroom and they helped me chose something that I get tons of compliments on and I am thrilled with how it turned out. We are now doing our bathroom and our kitchen and we wouldn’t dream of getting our materials from anywhere other than Modello. They truly take they stress out of getting materials. Home improvement projects are stressful enough, so why not alleviate some of that wherever possible. If you visit Modello and they don’t have something you’ve seen in another store, ask them. They can likely get it and you will not regret working with them. Shower tile and slab on the tub are both from Modello! I’d already gotten the prefab salad for the vanity or that would have been from Modello too :)

My wife and I have been looking to remodel our kitchen for 4 years. I met one of the Sales professionals Lucy a couple of years ago and had a great connection with her fast forward to a two weeks ago my wife and I pulled the trigger and purchased 3 full slabs, a half slab and tile to remodel our kitchen and butlers pantry. The job came out great but a huge thanks to that entire sales team and Minton who is either the manager or owner he was great as well and even personally drove to San Jose to pick up some of my materials. He didn’t have to do that, because of this experience we will also remodel our bathrooms and purchase all the materials from Modello tile and stone in Pacheco. Thank you team for the amazing experience.

My wife and I recently completed an entire master bath remodel. We visited several stone and tile businesses in the East Bay to select materials that met our specific objectives. We ultimately decided Modello Tile and Stone in Pacheco, a locally owned small business, that provides professional, one stop service, was our best option. Metin Aydin, the owner, assisted us in selecting the floor/shower tile and countertop materials. During our initial visit, Metin suggested complimentary material that met our style and quality needs. Metin also patiently explained pros/cons of the various countertop material. During subsequent visits, Metin was readily available to answer our questions and ensured the accuracy of our order that arrived in a timely manner. He also recommended a counter top installer who is very experienced and completed his portion of the project onsite. Material costs are also competitive. Wandered in here last year on the advice out of contractor lookin for some materials for our reno and randomly met Alysia who has been the best resource I've worked with thru my entire year long project she found me the perfect flooring tile, countertops for my kitchen, and just when she prob thought she was done with me, I came back inquiring for master bath materials. Without even discussing details, I came in to browse, and wouldn't u know she's had a sample of shower floor tile picked that was exactly what I envisioned. When we needed to replace our counter tops and backsplash I went to Modello Tile and Stone. Alysia came up to me and immediately asked how she could help. I showed her pictures of our kitchen and told her what I was generally looking for and she was able to find a perfect stone for our kitchen counters. Found Modello through a recommendation of another kitchen store. We were looking at counter top options and visited several establishments, but didn't quite find the right style. When we came, Alysia greeted us and was friendly to work with. My wife was very particular on her vision and Alysia was able to guide her through the process and give great recommendations. Modello has a large selection, but even then, Alysia recommended we look at some additional places such as a distributor they work with to get better options and price points. We appreciated the friendly and pressure free environment. After looking at what felt like hundreds of slab options we settled on a quartz counter top. We came back a few days later and Nash assisted us this time around due to availability. Nash was also super friendly and helpful as well. We highly recommend Modello for any tile and stone needs. I was looking for Cambria quartz, specifically in Britanicca, in the largest slabs in 3cm that would be available ASAP. Although no one greeted me or helped me out initially (they are always helping customers), I took the initiative to walk to their warehouse in the back to take a look at their slabs. Great selections!! Once I picked out the slabs I wanted, I went right to their ordering desks, and placed my order with Lucy. There was a slight misunderstanding, but that was all resolved after speaking with the manager. In the end, I'm very happy with my purchase, high quality quartz, and would definitely do business with Modello Tile for new projects. Some of the samples are super unorganized, but just ask the staff, and they'll do their best to try to find you a sample to take. Also, FYI - if you want to do a perfect waterfall edge (all the lines and veins match down the side) on your kitchen counter, you'll have to order the Cambria Britanicca quartz in 1cm for a perfect picture book slabs. However, if you have a really good fabricator, they can match up the lines/veins as best as possible for your 3cm slabs - this is what I did and it looks amazing!!

I would honestly give this store 7 out of 5 stars. I feel like in the last couple of years, great customer service is a thing of the past. The first day Metin helped me greatly figure out what serves best for my lifestyle and encouraged me to take some samples home. When I came back, Metin showed me the slab showroom and introduced me to his design department for my kitchen cabinets. You should check the prefab slabs if you don't have a huge island which helped me save me a lot! Anyhow, I was done within a couple of visits thanks to this amazing team of people with great knowledge and desire to help.

If you're anything like us, you've driven around looking for a good tile store...we searched high and low and found this place on Yelp. We walked in and were lucky enough to get helped by Carla. She was truly nothing short of amazing throughout this entire process. We were buying quite a bit of tile for two bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash, and she was so helpful and consultative - we were newbies to the tile world and she guided us every step of the way. I also had seen a tile I liked online, and she was able to order directly for me a well. She gave me a fair price and followed up with the vendor multiple times as it was originally backordered, and she knew it was time sensitive. She would even text me updates on her days off! And she always was there with a smile. Look no further - I fully recommend Carla & Modello!!

I was referred to Modello by our builders regarding tile, backsplash, and countertops. We met with Metin and he couldn't have been more helpful. He walked us thru several different combinations to find the one that was just right for us. During the installation our builder needed more backsplash to complete the job and Metin was great to rush the order thru for us. Everything turned out great and Metin has followed up with us several times about it. We will definitely use Modello for any other remodels we do. I highly recommend them!

Most of our friends have SPC floorings for their houses and we love the idea of no chemicals and waterproof wood look floors for our house as we have dogs and kids. Normally we have friends who asked us if they can take their dogs over, and we can't say no, so SPC floorings is the way for us for easy maintenance. Like every customers, we shop around to see the variety of spc floorings out there. After shopping at 7-8 stores, we saw that Modello Tile & Stone carries the highest density SPC floorings in the Bay Area at 2,100 psi. We also noticed that many stores don't have their SPC floorings' density listed anywhere and their sale people don't know it as well. To my understand, the higher the spc floorings density, the more durable it is as it's well made with good materials. I saw some stores are carrying 1,500, 1,800, 2000 density and their pricing are much higher than what Metin at Medollo Tile gave us for the Medieval Floors 8mm thickness and 2100 density. We ended up purchasing the Troyes color from this brand (pic below). It looks exactly like hardwood floors, but the easy maintenance style. We love Metin as he is super easy to talk to and easy to negotiate a deal with.

I am currently remodeling my bathroom and I knew that finding the right tile would be a big decision and I needed a lot of help. Prior to my visit I called ahead and made an appointment with Metin. He is the owner of the store and he is absolutely wonderful to work with. Metin is a tile and stone guru and he is very dedicated to his customers and staff. Modello has fantastic quality, variety, service and price. They really do it all. We needed tile and and counter tops for a bath and laundry remodel project. We were able to work directly with the owner of Modello, Metin. Metin and his staff are very knowledgeable, and can help with design ideas, as well. We were looking for some very specific type of products, Metin was able to get us exactly what we were looking for, and the quality is outstanding. Not to mention, all orders came in earlier than expected. Communication was fantastic throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about our experience (having worked with other tile places for other projects in the past, the difference is truly amazing!). Wonderful experience from beginning to end! We remodeled two bathrooms. The entire team (especially Russ), was very professional and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new bathrooms.
