They fabricated and installed quartz counter tops in my bathrooms and kitchen. Very please with them all around. Installing was very fast and crew was very professional. Reasonable cost. Plumber and tiling subcontractors did a wonderful job as well. I plan to use them again in the future for tub to shower conversion.

We got all new cabinets in kitchen bathrooms and living room built ins. Our Cabinet guy offered his counter sub contractor and the price was really high. I looked out my own starting with Yelp, I’m a big time Yelp’er. Found Mirage Marble and Granite there then on to google reviews to get more feedback. Bj the owner was great from the first call. I had all my measurements to share ahead of time and he gave me a price right way via text , $3k less than the other guy. He came to my house to measure, another great experience. We went to his shop to sign a contract and pay about 40% down. Bj gave us a time line and he met it to the second. I never had any doubts working with him A three man install crew came right on time and performed professionally with quality and attention to detail throughout the job They cleaned up and left my house perfectly clean The counters are great, I’m picky and can’t find a single flaw Bj put in all my sinks too and drilled the RO faucet in the location of my choice ( a little different from what they typically do, but I have good reason for it). I already recommended Mirage to several of my neighbors and now to all of Google too I will install my kitchen backsplash ext week

The owner, BJ, came out and produced a quote on the first visit. I also had 3 others make quotes (after the fact). Out of the four, Mirage is the only one that had an Arizona contractor license. I liked Mirage and BJ from the beginning. They have done an excellent install of new countertops throughout my home in June 2024. I totally recommend them.

I cannot recommend enough Mirage marble and granite. They did a beautiful remodel of our kitchen. The guys that came out are hard-working, respectful, and they did a beautiful job with a clean up afterwards. We had a great experience with Mirage. I would not hesitate to use them for more work in the future. BJ, the owner, returned my phone calls and texts promptly, came to our house to see the project (replace granite countertop, sink and backsplash) and gave us a quote on the spot after patiently answering our many questions. Once we decided to go with them he came back out (punctually, as always) to write up the contract. There were no surprises vs. the original quote and no upfront payment was required other than the price of the granite slabs we selected, and not until after we had selected our slabs. Payment for 100% of the fabrication and installation labor was not required until installation completion. Such a refreshing way to do business! Sergio came out to do the precise measurements and template using a computer aided video measurement device that was really cool to watch and led to a perfect fit. The wait time for demolition and installation was a reasonable 6 weeks and our appointment was never changed or delayed. Three guys (Aleksander, Ben and Chip) came out to do the work and all 3 were very pleasant and respectful of us and our house. We had a full granite backsplash that they removed from the wall without damaging the drywall or surrounding paint which was amazing. In the same visit they disconnected the sink plumbing, removed the granite from our massive island and counters, installed the new sink, and their plumber redid the plumbing so that we had use of our kitchen that evening. Everything they did was with the customer's convenience in mind. They cleaned up after themselves and left a beautiful new sealed countertop. As is inevitable with a construction project, there were a couple of minor issues that Chip came out promptly to take care of to our satisfaction. The tile person they partnered with, Vasyl, did beautiful work on our backsplash, including a couple of difficult spots. He too was right on time, prepared the surface and laid all the tile in one day then came back to grout the next day. He left the kitchen immaculately clean and his price was also very reasonable. All in all, we were very pleased with how the project turned out and in how easy it was to do business with BJ and his team. Great job Team Mirage!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My builder could not accommodate certain requests in my home. Upon finding this company they were able to fulfill everything we needed. The prices were very reasonable. The service men that helped come in and swap out a countertop with quartz - Chip and Jon were excellent installers and so professional. Then they worked with us to install it. (Install had to be delayed a couple times because a sink I ordered from a different supplier didn't come time.) They were professional & affordable. This is one of the best business's I have ever worked with since I have purchased my condo 12 years ago. I have a lot of experience working with contractors, handymen, etc. and this company has been one of the best ever. BJ the owner answered my initial call promptly and gave me very straight forward answers. His business installed the exact quartz counter tops I wanted and gave me the best in pricing. BJ came Christmas Eve at 8 am to take measurements of my counter space to give me a quote, which conveyed to me he is 101% dedicated to his business arriving on a holiday morning....amazing!! Once the quote was given it was a matter of a week I had my new countertops. Every question I had was answered, every call and text I made to him he answered promptly with no middle man to deal with. BEST IN CLASS!!! I want to write this review before I forget, because the valley needs to know EXACTLY where to go for the best service and installation of granite/ quartz/ marble counter tops. I've put off this project in my home for years- one, because I had a few estimates in the past and didn't feel comfortable, the other reason is sheer laziness. I finally decided to research on yelp/ other social media review sites for reviews of counter top installation companies around the area and came across Mirage. I called BJ, he called me back within a few hours and we setup a free estimate. I want to mention when BJ (or any of the crew) set a scheduled appointment, they are ALWAYS on time... if not earlier and will give a courtesy text that they are on their way. BJ came and performed the estimate, gave me a ZERO hassle price breakdown, laid out the pros/ cons of the type of material I wanted for my counter tops, and a location (Aracruz) to choose my slab. I was also offered a free undermount sink (which is gorgeous!) This was a completely different experience than I had with previous estimators, as every price they quoted for labor/ plumbing would "vary". The next 2 days, I went and chose my slab at Aracruz, and notified BJ. He promptly responded, came over to take measurements, I paid my deposit (price of the slab), and scheduled an install date. There was about a 3 week period from the time of the estimate to install, and BJ actually requested to come take a few more measurements to be accurate. In this scenario, other companies would have just guessed, but BJ wanted to ensure everything was perfect. I literally had my counter tops installed a few hours ago, and Daniel and Sergio completed about 30 minutes ago. Again, they showed up right on time (very punctual), were polite, efficient, QUICK (~2 hours total), cleaned up any mess, answered any questions I had- and were extremely friendly. I was also gifted a beautiful matching quartz cutting board- LOVE IT! I cannot express how great my experience was with Mirage, start to finish... it was a completely painless process! I will be referring this company to all my friends/ family, and will use this company moving forward with any counter top renovation needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a good experience with this company and will recommend their work to others. We had multiple vendors come to our home to give us quotes on replacing dated granite countertops in the kitchen. BJ, the owner, came and did the quote for us. We told him we wanted the work started asap. He worked with us to find quartz slabs that were discounted, so his price came in very competitive. When he reached out to us the next day with an even better price, we were sold! Great salesmanship. We were even able to set up a start date only a week away, while other vendors gave us various reasons why we'd be waiting 4+ weeks to have the counters done. The workers who came were all business- these guys are there to do quality work. If you're expecting a bunch of guys in your house joking around and goofing off the entire time, think again. While they are all friendly, getting the job done properly is clearly important to the company. Sergio and Jakob finished the job and had me inspect every square inch to make sure the work was up to our standards. They even threw in an extra piece of quartz on the window ledge which was great! Nice finishing touch. If you're looking for a company that insists on perfection and is willing to work with your specific needs, Mirage is a good choice for you. We recently replaced all the granite and fixtures in kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, wet bar, and desk. After interviewing four separate companies, we ultimately decided to go with Mirage Marble & Granite based on a combination of perceived quality, value, and professionalism. From the get-go we were extremely pleased with the attentive nature of Bujor (BJ). We are the type of client who asks lots of questions throughout the process and BJ was 1) promptly available and 2) helpful/effective with every response. The removal of our existing granite was particularly difficult as it was improperly installed. An example of this being that the cooktop was glued to the granite. Chip, Sergio and Greg worked extremely well as a team to determine the best plan of attack - being that they didn't want to damage the cooktop - and kept me in the loop the whole time. The installation was also tricky being that we had changed from 2cm to 3cm granite and wanted to keep the original backsplash. The crew did a wonderful job fitting the new granite into the existing space and making it look great. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship the whole crew of Mirage Marble & Granite put into our home and highly recommend this company!

Bujor and his crew did a professional job from day one to the install. Bujor (BJ) might sound a little grumpy on the phone, however, he was always on time, reliable, knowledgeable in his profession, respectful, friendly. With three other crew members he arranged the pick-up of our 5 big Quartz slabs that were stored in our garage. It worked out smoothly and nine days later we had them delivered and professionally installed (big kitchen and 2 small bathrooms) by four crew members and himself within one day. BJ made sure that he worked the slabs economically so that we will have the maximum use for our new construction home. That we appreciated a lot. We were very satisfied with the installed countertops. Also the crew members were very friendly and treated our home respectfully. We will definitely use them again for our next projects and recommend Mirage Marble and Granite to our friends. They truly take pride in their work.

Out of the way hidden little gem. The man I dealt with was professional but I wished he was a bit .... more personable. Not that he wasn't friendly, but he seemed like he was super stressed out or something. A smile from him would've given this company 5 stars. Personality in business is a big thing.

I give this review reluctantly. I am a snowbird and BJ's company installed our granite bathroom countertops while we were gone for the summer. The granite work was beautiful and all I could have hoped for. When I arrived back in AZ in November I immediately noticed that one of the faucet handles was not positioned right and was hitting against the backsplash every time I shut the water off. I called BJ and told him he didn't need to be in a hurry, but I would need it fixed when he had his plumber in the area. I did receive a call a while after from the plumber, but I was away from the house that day. I tried two more times to contact BJ and left messages about this matter. I finally got it fixed without his help. I am really disappointed that he wasn't a man of his word.

Measured wrong, had to reorder granite because they cut the sink wrong. LOL. Then I paid for them to install a new faucet. First day installed brand new MOEN faucet leaks. Without even looking at the faucet when I called BJ he told me it was my problem and was in fact a bad faucet. Could not be bad installation, (AFTER they already proved they can't handle simple details, like measuring and cutting correctly.) When installing the splash guards they were so sloppy with the caulk there was no choice but to touch up the walls as well. I can't believe without even LOOKING at a faucet they can tell it's the faucet and not their installation.

They did a very mediocre job, the Kitchen Island Miter was poorly done, the Kitchen stone was cut crooked, seams at the niche is coming apart. My wife and I tried to reach him to have him go over to our house to show his shoddy work. He has not responded as of yet. I plan on filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. Uses filthy language.

The quality of the granite is good but we were quite disappointed with the quality of the tiles we bought. Service is ok, friendly but hypocritical to say the least. Be careful what you choose at the store, it will cost you a lot to change your mind.

I chose this company based solely on their reviews, but was I wrong. BJ arrived and within two minutes in my house he was arrogent and condescending to me. He would not do the countertops the way I was asking him to. He said it could not be done that way. I told him that I was quoted with the way I wanted it, and he told me to go hire them. Even when I agreed with the shape he proposed, with a little correction, He said it couldn't be done. It is my belief that he entered my home knowing that they didn't want the work. If I'm going to spend thousands with a company, I want to feel like I'm appreciated. I would never hire this company.

Not happy with finished product the workmanship is poor at best. Theycheduling was a nightmare. Multiple people tried charging me extra.. Would not recommend. You responded to a 6 month old review. You said you would refund my money after you removed the counter tops and we would be without countertops until we hired another contractor. We fixed your work and you said you would pay us a reasonable rate for finishing your work lol. Have a good one work is bad still a 1 star.
