John and the Milliron staff go out of their way to make sure our clients expectations are always exceeded. We deal with many of the stone fabrication centers in the Sioux Falls area and can say that Milliron does a great job of communicating and keeping you up to date on schedule.

I had never used Milliron before, but had heard such good things, I gave them a call. Kent was amazing and got right back to me. I had some adjustments that needed to be made to my current granite and he sent someone right over to take care of it! I had never been their client before, but felt like I was a priority. Justin and Mannie cut the granite and spent a lot of time cleaning up. They were the nicest guys and did such a great job! We will definitely use them for our next granite purchase!

We got our two bathroom counters and sinks redone by milliron. They were fast with the quote and had the granite counter tops in our home quickly as well. They look beautiful! It was a seamless process.

Would not recommend working with milliron, we purchased quartzite countertops from them for our kitchen. They showed up late for installation and Immediately after instillation we noticed significant water intrusion stains where the stone had been cut. This was not mentioned to us at all. We called to ask about it and we’re told it should go away on its own in a few days. Over a week went by with little improvement so we contact them again… it took 3 days to get a reply and then they sent someone out just to tell us it would take longer. Staining was still noticeable after over a month in some spots so we tried to get in touch again, again got no response and had to reach out to the controller to get someone to respond, they sent a tech out to look at it and he said that this issue was due to them sealing it immediately after cutting and not letting it dry out, he got the remaining spots to lighten a bit and said there was not much more that could be done without ruining the stone. At this time I also asked about water intrusion we were having around where they installed the sink and was told “that’s just going to happen”. Now we are left with countertops that still have a few water intrusion spots and had to seal the rim on the sinks ourselves to try to stop further spots showing up. If this was an inexpensive countertop I would understand having an issue or two but we choose milliron because they were “professional” and I expected professional quality and that is not at all what we received.

Beautiful quartz. We found exactly what we wanted when we walked into the warehouse. We were able to look at huge slabs whereas at a competitor we were shown very small pieces which made it difficult to imagine how it would look in our kitchen. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Process was easy. Will definitely go back in the future.
