We are doing a complete bathroom update. Denise and her staff were wonderful to work with. They helped us with shower tile ideas and flooring. It was personal, hands on service. Other places we went just pointed out where the tile and flooring samples were and left us on our own. At Midwest Stone they made sure we left happy and satisfied with our choices. If we ever need flooring or tile again we will go straight to Midwest Stone. It was a pleasure to do business with a friendly, professional and local business.

I am very pleased with every aspect of my 2024 kitchen remodel. Micheala's design opened the house up - they turned a wall into a peninsula. The building materials Midwest used are beautiful - the stone countertops and hickory cabinets are eye candy. The work force & subcontractors were excellent - the work is impressive and completed on schedule. The biggest problem, besides not having a working kitchen, was a faulty faucet (manufacture's defect) that was replaced in a day.

So far so good. I worked with their designer so that I will have my kitchen remodelled. There was a lot to choose from. I'm very excited and looking forward to having the work done this summer.

Denise and her crew at Midwest Stone Source provided my wife and I with a truly wonderful experience. They installed kitchen countertops and backsplash remodeled a bathroom and installed new LVP flooring throughout our house. Denise was very helpful throughout the entire design and the crew scheduling. The craftsmanship exhibited by the work crews is immaculate and artfully done. They took great care to protect our house when working and we’re just plane nice to be around. Thank you Denise, Kevin, Brent, Chris and the entire granite crew for giving us a wonderful home.

I wanted a full bathroom remodel. After talking to multiple contractors, Denise was the only one willing to think outside the box with me. Her team was always professional and great to work with. They completely gutted the bathroom and built the bathroom of my dreams.
If you are questioning if you should hire Denise and team the answer is YES!!! They will blow your expectations out of the water.

Midwest Stone provided an inspired remodel design of our master bathroom and executed that design/vision beyond our expectations. The staff and work crews were professional and personable, and never hesitated to contact us with questions or concerns. They managed to work within our schedule and availability, and we felt very at ease while they did their job. We would highly recommend Midwest for any remodel task.

WOW!! We couldn’t have anticipated a better experience working with Denise and the team at Midwest Stone, from our initial meeting to our completed kitchen & bath project. They truly surpassed our expectations as we felt they ALL genuinely cared about our project as if it was their own kitchen/bath renovation. Their attention to detail, high level of craftsman ship, communication and cleanliness throughout the project was 5 Star throughout - just like their professionalism!

We love Denise and her team. We had a stellar experience with both tile and carpet installation in our new home. We live in St. Charles, IL and keep coming to Rockford to Midwest Stone due to the excellent customer service and prices that are significantly less than similar stores in our area. (Yes, they will come to the suburbs for installation).

Midwest Stone has the best customer service in town. They were less expensive than other shops, some thousands less, and for a better quality stone. The service team was excellent and the installation team was very respectful and did great quality work. I wouldn’t bother with any other group in town. Just head to Midwest Stone!!
